We stopped at the Lunney Museum recently (really a beautifully restored arts and crafts bungalow) and had a very enjoyable visit to the home and with Doc, the docent. Doc gave us a personal tour of the home and shared many stories about the house, the restoration (which he supervised) and local history. Well worth a stop if you are in Seneca SC.

What an unexpected treat! My boys and I had a chance to tour the home with Dr. John Martin. We learned a great deal about local history and the detailed love and care that goes into a historically accurate restoration. A very interesting addition to our summer.
