We have such a wonderful time visiting here. Always something new to discover.

Well curated. Thoughtful. An impulse visit after a wrong turn, but an impulse visit that answered many questions I had about the reservation and the tribes living there.

Museum at Warm Springs is a tells visitors the riveting story of the People of the River and how they became the Conferated Tribes of Warm Springs. Visit before the end of September to view the RESILIENCE Exhibit about Government-mandated Indian Boarding Schools, that took children away from their families to "kill the Indian, make the man."

HIGHLY RECOMMEND This award winning museum is a place of peace and contemplation. The exhibits are educational and the changing gallery always well laid. The gift shop offers music, and many affordable as well and finer art gifts.

Walter Waheneka

Excellent!!!

Informative. Exhibits are in good condition and interesting. Could use more lighting on some of the scenes/exhibits, but I'm sure they depend on donations to cover expenses and additional improvement. There are a lot of artifacts and examples of various aspects of daily life. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but don't suffocate you with too much info. Nice outside trail to finish and round-out the tour. They provide information on upcoming events.

Awesome place for young tribal members of our reservation to learn about our tradition and history of our tribe. I took my kids there N they really enjoyed it specially because it does not cost anything for tribal members to go through the museum. The gift shop is nice but not really affordable for anyone on a budget that's for sure.

I have been here occasionally and the place has great historical facts and objects on display, recently it has started a colaberation with the Warm Springs archive, I have seen the empty compact file storage it has on a collage credit opportunity. The museum has a gift shop if your into that but the place deserves a 20/20 because its that great.

Ramona Moore

Such a peaceful and beautiful place..exquisite architecture. ..wonderful greeting inside from staff and lovely artwork /jewelry /books in the gift shop - great spot to stop and learn.

Oliver Steinmeier

Wonderful exhibit. Learned a lot.

Micha Mayotte

Informative, small-ish museum. Very easy to walk through with a small child. Adult admission tickets were only $7, kids under 5 were free. There were a couple of crafts for kids to try, plus the usual expected museum exhibits. There was also an outdoor market with vendors selling huckleberry pie, beaded jewelry and crafts, blankets, fry bread, lemonade and such. We liked it!

Lilith Mist

This is a wonderful museum with interactive displays and a beautiful collection of Native artifacts. I stop here with my kids every time we travel from Portland to Bend, so it merits repeat visits too. I learn something new about Oregon history and every time we visit. There are picnic areas and a nice trail along the river too with interpretive signs. It's tempting to zip on by, but it's well worth the stop.

The museum was worth visiting. Unfortunately the projector bulb was burnt out and we were unable to see the award winning video although we did listen to it. It seems a little odd not to keep a spare bulb on site.

A good place to visit and learn some additional Oregon history if you are in the area or as a stop during a road trip. It describes with great detail and artifacts the lives of the people who have been living in the area for hundreds of years, and how their lives have changed. Despite the adversity, traditions have been kept alive. The short videos throughout the museum are worth watching.

Don't miss this gem. The Museum at Warm Springs is a wonderful place to learn about the three Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. There are rotating art exhibits and a lovely gift shop. Take time to walk the path along the river and enjoy local plants and wildlife. There are informative plaques. Try to find the beaver tree
