Great park to stop by for a couple hours, weather permitting. Lots of historic airframes to look at. Most of them have a historic connection to Tinker AFB, either through OC-ALC, or the Douglas factory. Each airframe has a pedestal explaining its connection. The park is right by the base entrance, and the commissary, so if you're there at end of the day, you'll see all the servicemembers stop and render honors as the flag is lowered. Very neat to be in the presence of.
