I heard great things about the tour so it was a surprise when the lady who schedules them was rude and unhelpful on the phone. She clearly does not care about representing Braum’s in a positive way. That’s unfortunate since our family is a huge fan of the products.

Oliver Acevedo

Rachel LaRae Anderson

We got to see their bakery and ice cream factory. But we didn't get to see any of the cows, which was a bummer. At the end of the tour we received a cookie and an ice cream bar

So amazing. I wish I wasn't allergic to dairy or I would have enjoyed this so much more than I already did. I loved to look at the factory and watch the process through which the foods are made. And talk about delicious.

Weldon Schultz

Amazing! I was impressed with how clean they keep the place. You cannot see the cows being milked, you can only see the bakery and the milk processing and packing plant but it was very interesting!

Outstanding tour and very informative. Amazing historical background and commitment to serving a consistent quality product, which is monitored by the highest of community standards. The Braum's ice cream bar helped seal the deal. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the tour and found it interesting. I'm much more likely to purchase my dairy items from braums after the tour. I was impressed. Tour guide was not very personable though. Seemed to just want to get it over with. Still glad we took the tour.

Excellent way for kids to see how milk, ice cream, cookies, and bread are made and packaged! Wish the tour included seeing their milk barn or herd. But still pretty fun and they take a free group photo and give you a treat at the end :)

Scott Sattler

I went to make an appointment for a tour. I was not sure how advanced I needed to make the appointment. The lady on the phone was so rude. She said "I am booked for the next three weeks!" Then she slammed the phone down! Not even giving me the option to make an appointment for a time that was open.

A great free tour for all ages! Very informative and still fun for kids. The tour is short enough that the kids won't lose interest and the cow bus is so fun for them. The property itself is beautiful with lots of bright birds and other wildlife.

Perfect place for a field trip! Get to go on a tour around the factory & bakery where can see thru windows. And the field trip ends with a sweet treat!

Olivia Ellison

It's a limited tour. We got to see the bakery (buns and cookies) and the creamery (milk and ice cream). It was pretty neat, but no cows were seen. At the end of the tour they take your picture (you aren't allowed to take pictures while on the tour), they give you an ice cream, and print off your pictures and give you a cookie for each to take home. The tour bus is not stroller friendly.

Brenda Jo Falkenberg

I took my homeschoolers to the tour. It was a very good tour. Your food at Braums is very fresh! We liked the cow van they take you around the farm in. The moooo is funny!

Family owned and operated. See a local legend provide local flavor from start to finish on the awesome tour.

Shawna Yost

Only wish they had a tour of the farm animals, like milking cow. Kids would live this. It was hard to keep kids interested as it is now.

Family fun day out adventure. Would have given it five stars, but do to lack of handicap accessibility. The tour was educational and entertaining. It was nice as the workers always waved and smiled. It seems they enjoyed their jobs, as well as two of the workers engaged us with their nonverbal movements to show us their cool moments at work. Free ice cream and cookies at the end of the tour. It would be nice if various things were added. 1. Tour became handicap accessible. 2. Variety of cookie choices for those who can't eat chocolate. 3. See the production from start to finish. Maybe some hands on activities with supervision of course. But it is free so can't ask for much.

It was really pleasant! (Besides the cow smells LOL. Don't ask me why I didn't expect it.) It's cool to learn how the Braum's farm runs and the efficiencies they utilize to get everything done on the scale they do it. Plus it's free! Only downside is that we couldn't take photos. But oh well, it let us really focus on the tour itself.

Wish we could have seen the cows!! And they won't let you take pictures inside the buildings. We got to see the factory lines. How the milk, bread products, ice cream, waffle cones, pasteries are made/packaged. Everyone in our tour group got an ice cream sandwich and a cookie at the end. Overall a fun, free family activity.
