So much cool stuff!!! A really comprehensive tour and explanation of the exhibits! Great to see all of this amazing Christmas nostalgia landing somewhere safe for people to enjoy!

Donna Thome

Love it however make reservations. We did walk in and waited 1 and half hours in line

Sharlene Dean

What an awesome place. Worth it. We took our granddaughter there (she is two). Mark Klaus is an amazing artist. I can't believe all that work. It is truly a labor of love. We will make this a tradition very year.

Doc Loomis

Are you kidding? This place is way too much. What a great collection...gotta golf while you're there! Superfun...

michael vacca

A very cool place to go to. The Christmas scene here was amazing. The staff is very friendly. They change it up every year. I would definitely go back again. I also highly recommend others to go here as well. You definitely get alot of sweet stuff to check out for your dollar. Help support!

Scott W

The guy that owns this place is an absolute genius! CHRISTMAS 365!

Ed Hutchinson

It was neat 3 years ago when we last went- this time it was fantastic- you can tell the time, devotion, money, and love that has been put into Castle Noel to make it the best Christmas tourist stop in Ohio- great job guys and ladies!

Todd Lewis

What a fun place to invite friends and family from out of town!

The Pros: Castle Noel delivers on the Christmas Spirit. Definitely the most Christmas-themed film memorabilia per square foot outside of Hollywood itself. Lots of authentic props and costumes on display. A clear labor of love. A big part of this collection consists of Christmas window displays from New York department stores. The gift shop features many unique sculptures created by the owner. The Cons: A major detractor of this attraction is how time is managed for guests in line and on the tour. We walked up at 4:45 PM and got out at 9:30 PM. A walk up will cost you: - 1.5 hours in line outside - 1 hour in line inside the gift shop There are no benches available, but if it is raining they do hand out umbrellas. There does not appear to be a clearly established guest ratio when admitting reservation guests vs. walk-up guests. The staff/owner clearly want to accommodate everyone, but their admission system seems quite off-the-cuff with no apparent rationale for balancing reservations vs. walk ups. This means the walk up line is painfully, painfully, painfully slow. You will see this echoed in many other reviewers' commentaries. By the time you are admitted to the tour, you are copletely tired from standing for nearly three hours. The tour system is strictly chaperoned and takes at least two hours. There is no option for a self-guided tour, something Castle Noel should seriously consider adopting into their scheduling. There was one restroom and water fountain at the very beginning of the tour, but it was not announced to visitors. Be warned that there are no restrooms along the tour after the photo gallery (so far as guests were informed). Some reviewers have complained about the pacing through the galleries, or the recorded video presentations about the history of the exhibits. I think this could be alleviated by doing a couple of things: 1. Place descriptive label panels in with the props. There is so much context to outfits and objects that would be better read rather than broadcast from a television. I think playing snippets from the films is good atmosphere, but shouldn't be the main focus as it detracts from the objects. 2. Don't make video presentations a mandatory part of each exhibit, but rather a kiosk that people can read or watch if they are interested. After waiting 3 hours in a slow line, it is frustrating to not be allowed to freely explore an area. The whole night was 5 hours of standing and waiting to be let in somewhere, or being hurried past things that you wanted more time to enjoy. Recommendation: it is totally worth seeing, but get a reservation first. Be prepared to wait, wait, wait. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, and you will definitely leave with some fun photos and a story.

Brian Bjorklund

A trip to Christmas past! Our group ranged from 13 to 75 and everyone felt like it was made just for them!

Leechburg Lights

You have no idea how much fun this is for kids of all ages. Had a fantastic time with my friends and their family

Warren Lang

The attention to detail is nothing short of FANTASTIC! Amazing, magical place to visit! We will definitely visit again!

Justin May

I was hoping this place would be super cool because the $20 price tag was a bit more than I was wanting to spend. It was! It was clean, huge, well managed, and very impressive. The tour guides were all very nice and you even get to go through their restoration department to see some stuff not displayed. Would definitely recommend.

Tina Schwarz

Haven't been to been to this location yet

Ashley Hatfield

Where an adult can be a kid !! I haven’t smiled that much in a long time! Just amazing how much love and life has been put into this place. Been wanting to go for ages and regret not going sooner! A MUST DO on the bucket list!!! So much joy and energy from all- a rare find.

Robert Turner

Absolutely amazing

Sierra Prindle

My family and I visit Castle Noel every year during the Christmas season. My boys are obsessed with The Christmas Story, they look forward to sliding down the slide. We have always enjoyed our time and look forward to returning next year!

Andrea Hendrickson

It was fun and interesting. The staff really enjoys what they do and are very engaging.

Jason K

What a wonderful place! It truly is Christmas all year round! And the detail and hard work Mark has put into recreating the windows from New York is something to behold.

Dejah Conaway

Castle noel has made every year special for our family! It's a family tradition! The work that goes into this magical place blows my mind. Mark and his family are such a blessing! If you haven't taken your family yet, please do!

Kevin Meier

An experience like no other. Castle Noel should be put on any fan of Christmas wish list.

Alan Winter

Largest year round Christmas attraction in the world! Window displays from New York department stores and Christmas movie memorabilia. Have to see it!

Raymond Ludwiczak

Castle Noel is a gem here in North East Ohio. It is nice having a place like this here! The staff and tour guides are very helpful, and there are so many beautiful displays!

Karon Cook

Had my sons birthday party here. It was amazing! Food was good! Staff was wonderful! And the kids had a blast! And being around Christmas the party room was decorated for the season which the kida loved as well!

Patel Billock

We went on a Thursday it was great was very interesting my niece is 10 years old and she said it was very interesting to her too we had a great time

Cheryl Iorio

It was so much fun!! All the staff was amazing and informative!! Of course the slide was the best part!!! :)

Jack Taranto

I’ve been working at Castle noel for the past 3 years and I have to say it’s been an absolute pleasure working for Mark and Dana Klaus. Their passion for the spirit of Christmas, movie props and costumes is remarkable. Castle noel is the gem of Medina’s square and must do activity around Christmas time.

Carole Brown

Very qualified tour directors. Great event

Manny Sclimenti

Great local attraction. Very interesting to hear how the pkace evolved and is always obtaining nostalgia.....

Zach Curtis

Seriously amazing. Of my favorite places in the world, this ranks just slightly behind Disney World. This was our second time through and we vow to go back every Christmas season. The guided tours are AMAZING, the thought and detail put into each room is insane. Anyone not giving this five stars is a complete Grinch. This is Smithsonian quality and BETTER.

Robert Render

I thought the entrance fee was a little high until we experienced all that Castle Noel has to offer. We had 3 generations enjoying it... We all found many things to enjoy.

RT Boss

Pretty cool place! Reservations suggested though, especially around the holidays.

Mitch Gabel

MAKE RESERVATIONS DURING CHRISTMAS SEASON! The line gets super long. We waited nearly two hours with an infant and a toddler. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the exhibits are incredible and you can take photos with nearly everything. But I'd gladly pay a few dollars more for a self-guided or audio tour. They spent a lot of time telling how cool the hallway with pictures is, but it would have been best to spend some time in there looking at them. The ornanent room was very cool, and my toddler loves Elf and could have spent all day in the Elf room. Some of Mark's videos were a little obnoxious, but he definitely has pride in his well-run museum.

Adam Miller

If you haven't been here, make time to do so. If you haven't been back in a while, it's worth coming back! There's more to see!

Bryon Wright

This place is not only amazing but very special. If you're looking to get into the holiday spirit with family this place is definitely for you!

Kami S

What an amazing place! If you enjoy Christmas this is a must see. Many movie prop and costume memorabilia. Even if you haven't seen the movie, still fun! Our guide Natalie was wonderful and made the experience even more enjoyable!

Devin Thomas

Very good place to take family.

Mike Wilson

Me and my wife have been twice. Once last year when we were just engaged, and then this year. My wife is in love with everything Christmas , and just the look on her face was worth the price of admission . Harvey was the best guide, and we would recommend this tour to anyone of any age.

Amanda Jenior

it was an absolutely wonderful place to go for Christmas they have so much to see the only complaint I would have is the touring part is a little dragged-out when you have little ones to try to keep entertained. The gift shop was also great has fantastic stuff and not too expensive. the best part I thought was the last room where you're there to see Santa and take a ride down the slide from the Christmas story!!!!!

Jim Bell

Love it. Great place to take kids of all ages. Wonderful displays from NYC store fronts and movie props. The slide from The Christmas Story. Carey's Grinch sleigh and present bag. Too much to list. Elf costume. You'll love it. Old store front and church combined. Displays from downtown Cle from the old days. Really busy during Christmas. Christmas in July is better. Go, no one other place has all this.

Brandon Holthaus

A total blast. If you love Christmas movies you will love it here. Only improvement that needs to be made is the gift shop. More items with the castle Noel logo instead of generic movie merchandise would be great.

Caprice B

MAKE A RESERVATION IF YOU ARE GOING DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. If you only take away one thing from my review, take away that. We stood in line for over 3 hours in the rain to get in. With that being said, the staff provided umbrellas, Mark (owner) tried to make it less miserable by doing trivia. Other than that... everything else was super cool. Mark seems very passionate about it all and it shows in the tour. A lot of people brought children but I think it's more a teenager to adult thing. I don't think a child will really grasp the sentimentality. Castle Noel Staff - please put a recommendation on your website to make a reservation during the holiday season and warn of the lengthy wait time if no reservation is made. I think this would be the courteous thing to do. I will gladly change my review to 5 stars if you do so. Thanks

Morgan McCullough

This will become a yearly tradition! This place is amazing!

Danielle Foster

Amazing, a must! Christmas Windows Past from NYC and Chicago. Whole movie sets from The Grinch, Santa Claus with Tim Allen. The RV from Christmas vacation. Everyone in our tour loved it.

Jeni

We had a great time looking at the displays and props from well known movies. The guides were excellent, and the whole experience was interactive. We will definitely visit again!

Tim Passerell

Ton of cool Christmas deco from movies, storefronts, etc and you can tell they're passionate about this stuff!

Lynn Holthaus

What a happy place! Guides were amazing and there was so much to look at. Awesome displays. Make sure you ride the slide! It is a great experience and so much fun!

Beverly Frederick

Would not go back to Castle Noel. It's not worth the pricey ticket amount. They are to concerned with all there TVs and videos. I did not feel it was pure Christmas.

Evan Stickney

A unique Christmas museum that is constantly improving.

Craig Dubois

Been here couple of years ago and it was great. This time we were pushed through. Not allowed time to see displays. Tour group was so large, could not see what guide was talking about. When we finally made our way to the exhibit, we were ushered into next area.

Paige Pulliam

Its nice but not for young children or people with physical disabilities. The videos where nice but my 2 year old really couldn't stay interested. My grandmother w hi o was in a wheel chair couldn't go up stairs because they didn't have a ramp. I would suggest to go during the holiday season it's beautiful.

Dan Steele

1st time here. The line can be long but totally worth it. Great experience

Angie Moore

Reserve tickets, we waited in line for over 2 hours without a reservation. It was fun, but way too long to wait in the cold.

Sand Sutton

Fun, family friendly. Call ahead & book your time otherwise you will wait around forever for tour to start... forever!

Andrea Schneider

This is an amazing place to get in that Christmas spirit. Enjoyable for all ages. . . Excellent displays! Phenomenal tour guides! Most impressive and friendliest Santa Claus we have ever met. Thank you for creating this magical place where everyone can believe!!!!

Sarah Opalach

Such a fun place! I've gone twice now and they switch it up each year so there's always something new. They have something for everyone. Definitely puts you in the holiday spirit!

Susan Marie

Awesome place for kids and adults alike! 2 hour long tour with a GIANT SLIDE to go down for everybody.

Richard Strickling

Took our 4 grandsons ages 10 through 16. We all had a blast! The tour was very well done. .. entertaining and informative. The Vortex, the slide, and the pink bunny pj's were all hits. Hands on ice sculpture outside was an unexpected treat. The Alien Vacation mini golf was hilarious!

Jeanette VerBunker

My daughter and I LOVE Castle Noel! We’ve gone four times times the past five years, last year we unfortunately weren’t able to make it out. But we look forward to this every holiday season. My little one is nine and she lights up at every single thing still, even the things that she’s seen before in years past. It is truly one of the most magical places I’ve ever been. Can’t wait to go back again next year!

Kelly P

I absolutely love this place! The amount of work and effort the owner has put into it and just how much he loves it is so obvious. The enthusiasm of the staff is quite contagious. I don't think there's one particular age group over any other that would get more or less enjoyment from this; there's something for everyone! When we were there the slide wasn't operational but the staff allowed pictures at the top anyway and offered passes for people to come back just for the slide if they wanted to, so they made every reasonable accomodation. You probably need to visit a few times to really take everything in, but tour guides are thorough with the history and answer any questions you might have.

Gloria Deeser

Loved this. A lot of fun. Highly recommend people go through. Very interesting.

Kelly Knowlton

I am so glad we made this part of our holiday celebration this year!

Michele Gioffredo

Fun place every time we go and the kid's science classes are a blast!!

Simone Levingston

Loved it! Definitely call for reservations though!

Norene Kenyhercz

I would give this zero if I could. Waited a half hour after our reservation time to get in only to find it is a strictly guided tour and insanely slow. Every room was dark and tiny and very claustrophobic. I am amazed at the good ratings for this place. It was extremely expensive for an amateur operation with obscure memorabilia. Even the gift shop is lame. Oh, and a word to the owner - stop posting rebuttals to your bad reviews. It makes you look like a toddler.

April Mong

Love this place

Sarah Treanor

We had our first trip to Castle Noel this past Christmastime and it was unbelievable. The man who runs is, Mark Clause, has a true passion for Christmas and it shows in everything he has made and collected here. From movie props of some of the most beloved holiday classics to window displays from New York City department stores to the original Christmas Story slide you go down after seeing Santa, it is sure to bring out the kid in you and make wonderful memories with your own kids too! A must stop if you are in the Northeast Ohio area! So much fun.

Brian Dickman

Took me back to my childhood!!! Excellent place for children and adults!! We will return!

Lori Langland

We had a spectacular time. All the displays were magical and the tour guides did a wonderful job.

John Cottrell

I enjoyed all the displays, but to be honest I felt very rushed. I know it was more crowded because the holidays were coming near, but I truly would have liked to have more time to enjoy the pictures, toy sections, and all of the movie props.. At almost 20 dollars a ticket I thought there'd be more time.... Felt very very rushed

Karen Dale

Castle Noel is a really wonderful place to visit. The knowledge the tour guides have is amazing!

Christine Hart

Totally worth the 7 hour drive and price of admission. The town it's located in is a dream too. Awesome staff and incredible experience for Christmas lovers!!!

Frank Kuebler

My company had our Christmas party there and the room was absolutely perfect. We chose the food and they had it all ready to go for us. They also had someone to provide us drinks. It was a really wonderful set-up. After our party, we went on the guided tour of cattle noel. It was appropriately two hours long. That seems like a long time but it flew by. This time of year is obviously crowded ( specialty on the weekends) so get there early. It was definitely worth it and we will be back again!!

Scott Bolster

The most amazing place ever. It's where all of your Christmas Dreams come true, no matter what your age is. I'm 42 and cannot wait to return and bring family when they come to Ohio. My wife and I had an Awesome time. Truly one of Ohio's hidden gems. Worth every penny.

Monique Babe

This was soo much fun for our family. Beautiful to go so see!!

Christopher Schmidt

This place is awesome and probably better for older kids as the tour takes a few minutes to get started. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Displays are thought out and unique. A great place to take the family any time of the year.

George Morrison

Some really great things to see. The tour part can slow things down a bit but it's a fun time worth it to see.

Ethel Hazelbaker

Very nice place. I loved the old toys

Eric Crawford

This place is worth every penny of admission and then some. The amount of detail they have put into preserving and showcasing all of the Christmas Memorabilia is remarkable. It is apparent that it is a labor of love to the owner and his staff. This rates up there with the best museums/exhibits in the country. Thank you for the great experience!

Tim Cantrell

I guess it was the time of year but it took 2 hours to get in. There is a lot to see, but if you bring kids they may get bored because you cannot touch anything. Also, there are too many videos. You even have to watch a video before you enter, which is a people when there is a line going around the corner.

Karen Fullerman

It was cute with a lot of movie props but not worth the $20 to get in. There were too many videos of Mark talking and one of him singing! The couple of other people in my group also thought that too! Chaotic check-in with no signage of where to go with reservations.....need better signs!

Ted Julian

Would have preferred a self-guided tour. The owner clearly has passion for the collection and i like that they are contantly working on it and changing/improving it. Personally i could do without the constant patter of the tour guides and the really bad scripted jokes, but YMMV. Worth a visit. My favorite parts were the movie props, especially the replica of Cousin' Eddie's RV from Christmas Vacation. There is some stair climbing, some narrow areas (I am a little claustrophobic) and some very very dark areas, so be aware. I would find this tour very uncomfortable during the crowded holiday season (November to February).

Mark Corpuz

Such helpful staff and the continuous updates made, make it a joyous experience for all, year after year! All will relive their youth!

Jason Tipton

Wasn't too bad, I'm not a fan of tour groups I guess. I like doing things at my own pace and not so much talking and cheesy jokes. Should cost less, but the are some nifty things to see.

John Wilkinson

Long wait, make sure you get reservations. Better than expected, Mark truly loves Christmas

Candi M

Please make sure you make a trip to Castle Noel! You are sure to love the walk down memory lane! The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. So much thought and creativity has gone into this. Mark Klaus.....you are amazing. Thank you for bringing all of these displays and props back to life. Worth every penny!

Brian Isherwood

Take the family here every year. It's amazing.

Paula Hardin Steele

Loved it! Only giving it a four because you definitely need to make reservations for your tickets. Waited in a long line with nowhere for anyone to sit, especially you have someone in your group that would have that need. Otherwise, wonderful collection of Christmas movie memorabilia and NYC Christmas store window displays.

Antoinette Vales

Visit yesterday was awesome a must do for a nice family outing you will love the ending with a slide down the big red slide

Christian Randolph

This place has all kinds of cool movie memorabilia and old store windows from NY City and more. Definitely one place you have to visit.

Sage Culley

Truly a gem in Medina.... Was my first time and it was MORE than I expected all the lights & glitter captured the magic of the holidays while the guided tour and entertainment captured the spirit and FUN of the holidays. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Brenda Arico

My husband and I had an amazing time! You are so talented! It was our first time. We'll definitely be back with more people. Love the Arico's

Rylee Oberlin

More of an adult Christmas museum. I personally think it's super cheese how the owner has videos of himself all over the tour. Attention:NO ONE WANTS TO WATCH YOU SING LET IT GO .

kym russell

Staff is friendly and enthusiastic. A lot of interesting stuff. WAY bigger than it appears from the outside. It's clear the owner is passionate and takes this seriously. I wish they offered a self guided tour , mostly.because I don't like to be in crowds (about 15 per tour had to stay closely together ). But given some of the interactive stations it wasn't possible. Definitely an experience. I think kids and seniors would enjoy it the most.

Heather Frank

Had a great visit! An awesome place to go especially for movie lovers!

D Miller

It was even better than I expected! So many amazing and breathtaking scenes to take in. The staff was cheerful and you could tell they love their job. We found a new yearly tradition!!

Christina G

We go every year..love it!

B. Evans

Awesome and unique assortment of Christmas window displays, movie props, and interactive attractions to get you in the holiday spirit

Sue Walzer

Love this place! Worth the admission

Jeff Schwandt

One word: GO! Mark Klaus is an amazing man with an amazing vision. If you love the big screen Christmas movies, Christmas toys or NY Christmas window displays, GO! Castle Noel is housed in a former church building near Medina's quaint downtown. Go when you have plenty of time and be prepared to shoot lots of pictures & video. Try to go when they're not busy so you can be in a smaller tour group. I only wish Castle Noel had more space to work with and was all on one floor so that it could be wheel-chair accessible.

Michelle Murray

Staff very nice and personable!!! Kind of rushed through the second half of the tour . Tour started 35 min late from reservation time . Mark is a fantastic man and is very passionate on his dream !!!!

luke Mattern

Very kid friendly loved walking through it

brandon beatty

Had a great time at Castle Noel! It was a tour definitely worth the wait! Enjoyed all the attractions and costumes. Lots of fun for Adults and kids!

Kim Carter

I always have a wonderful experience here and enjoy talking to the staff. Good family fun or being out with friends.

Brad Lunder

This place is amazing!!! MUST VISIT!!! "

Amber Marie

We specifically picked a time around our toddler's nap schedule. Got there 30 minutes prior to when our tour time was just to be told they were behind schedule. Which would have been fine if we didn't pick the time for a specific reason. What's the point of picking a tour time if they're unable to keep up with it. It was still a unique experience, even my husband enjoyed it and he's the Grinch. My toddler also loved Santa and the slide.

Cyndi Waid

The displays are amazing...staff is funny and knowledgeable....

Carrie S

Castle Noel in Medina, OH. This was so much fun! If you love Christmas and Christmas movies like me then you have to visit this place! They have original movie props, (including cousin Eddie’s RV), costumes, Original NYC window displays and get a picture with Santa at Santa Klaus Mountain and then pushed down the slide from The Christmas Story movie! Love, love, loved it!!! Make reservations to lower wait time BUT any wait time is well worth it here!!! I love how the owner and staff have so much passion for their job!!! Amazing! Will be going back!!! ❤️

Alex Rasnack

A nice, Christmas themed blast from the past. Tons to look at and very well designed for the size. Fun for birthdays, but a bit crowded during the holidays.

Andre DeArment

Beautiful place to visit, tour was 2 hours, we made reservations as suggested, and everything was very smooth, would highly recommend!!!

Leslie

Amazing experience! We absolutely loved this place! So well done! Made my holiday season extra special!

Darrell Miller

Honestly this is a movie museum that is interesting and interactive as well as fun and entertaining. All ages will enjoy it. If you like Christmas you'll love it here. Absolutely buy the pass for the Alien Vacation mini golf. It's fantastic too.

Pamela Scott

The family had an amazing time. It's not just for children.

Chris_M _58

Amazing collection of items from the past and great tour staff! Would love to go again!

Irish GuyMC

Not for kids. This is a movie prop museum with 2hr guided tour. The slide at the end is cool but kids were bored, tired, angry by that time. We asked to leave the tour and go directly to see Santa. They would not allow it.

Laura Diffendal

Wow, what a passionate group with a unique and interesting concept. They are doing something that no one else is doing and you have to admire the energy and high level of customer experience they clearly strive for!

Diane Bayley

We visited on Oct 17th. The electricity went out minutes before we arrived. The city fixed it and we started our tour approx. 8 minutes later. Harvey was our tour guide. Very awesome personality!! He was very engaging and encouraged our participation. Mark had a wonderful vision that he is sharing with everyone! It brought back so many childhood memories and put huge smiles on our faces. My favorite of all was Mark’s American Idol “audition” and Rendition of Let it Go! We will be returning with our family in November. Warning: for older folks who do not climb stairs, or have walking issues, there are a few flights to master and alot of standing.

Jason Luebke

This place is great! We met the owners (Mark Klaus and his wife). Great people who have poured their heart and soul into this place. All the workers are friendly and very knowledgeable. Its worth the trip for sure!

Rick Spearing

Lots of fun for adults and kids alike. People are very friendly and know a lot about the awesome displays.

Kristen Hon

A unique experience. Go ahead and give it a whirl!

Joe Watson

Everything Christmas movies is here. So much Grinch movie stuff, Santa training obstacle course, The TV from Christmas Vacation, The Snowman "Frosty" from Christmas with the Kranks, the suit of Turbo Man from Jingle all the Way, and a slide that you can go down after seeing Santa, just like in Christmas Story. Of course, I can't forget the costumes from Elf.

AJ Miller

Unfortunately they are not handicapped accessible but feel if they show you a tape it's all right. Very dissatisfied.

mark ferrara

Nice place to enjoy Christmas stuff but very over priced on everything especially the gift shop. Guided tour is helpful but visitors should be aloud to take their time if they want to look closer.

Mark Ferguson

Had a great time walking through the place. Tons of stuff to see.

John Chaney

Totally AWESOME! A FIVE STAR TOUR & EXPERIENCE. WILL COME BACK DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON

Holli Lehman

Literally such a waste of money. Made reservations for 4:30 and didn't get to start until 5:05 - sat in a dark smelly lobby - then once we did it was the world's slowest tour ever. Instead of just getting to walk thru and check things out you have to watch videos and listen to tour guides the whole way thru. It's the tour that never ends - and you're stuck there for hours!!!! The owner clearly thinks really highly of himself as he made obnoxious videos to watch throughout the building... I'm not just being rude - literally no one wants to drop that kind of money to watch some dude lip sync songs from Frozen! Please please don't waste your time or give this business more money! Medina is such a beautiful town with so many cute things to do - do not waste your day at this place!

Margaret Stephens

This place is such an awesome family experience.

Nicki campbell

Had a wonderful time going back this year with more family

Nikki Droney

What a great place to host a toddler's birthday party! We had such a blast and the staff was so very accommodating. Thank you very much for helping us make wonderful memories!

Elion Mahguire

Such a wonderful experience, so much soul and heart within the people there. Just a wholesome place for the whole family to enjoy. Only bad part about my experience is I was trying to secretly buy my Mother a Christmas gift, an ornament that recreated a scene from her favorite holiday movie. I go to the counter and I tell the woman that it's a gift for someone and she says very loudly and in full detail what the item was as soon as my mother walked into the room. Surprise is ruined lol, very funny experience.

Orlando Carmona

Wonderful place to enjoy with family members of all ages. I highly recommend stopping by to get a taste of Christmas year around.

Cassandra Gallagher

This place is amazing. I can't even begin to describe the beauty of the displays. There is a long wait if you don't get reservations (which should be expected!), but we came last minute on a Saturday last year and were able to get in after waiting in line, so who cares? They try and keep you busy while you wait, and you can tell they are moving lines through into the lobby as quickly as they can. Once the tour begins, there is literally not a second where I wasn't transfixed by a display. They give you time to take pictures and videos, and are very friendly and accommodating in every way. I cannot wait to go back this year, it is worth every single cent. I'm a huge Christmas nut, but you can tell the people who run this endeavor are even more in love with the spirit of Christmas than me. AMAZING. Go, you'll love it!

Hooked Like Helen

LOVE Castle Noel! Every year there are new things to see and it gets more and more beautiful! Its become a tradition for our family to visit the Christmas magic at Castle Noel and we are so happy its just a short drive away! You can feel the genuine love and passion that Mark and Donna give and its like no other place

Krista Gibson

Awesome place!! Don't miss it!! If you love Christmas, you'll love Castle Noel!! (And even if you don't, you'll learn a lot!!)

Thomas Kilbane

Love it. I went with family and all the stuff just brought back so many memories

Kevin Adams

Great place to take the family. Have went 3X with family from out of town. Groups were way too big to get the full experience.

Neal Smith

Great for all ages.Very well put together by Mr.Klaus.You will see something from your past that will bring back memories.

Sherri MCDermott

We Loved all of the scenes.

Annmarie Palermo

Best place ever to kick off your holiday season. Mark Clause loves the magic of Christmas and brings out the child in everyone. Staff is great. Last year we didn't make reaervations and waited two hours but worth the wait. Would recommend purchasing tickets in advance. We did that this year and didn't have to wait. As for self guided tours as mentioned in previous reviews these are very valuable one of a kind Items. I am sure they don't want anything damaged or stolen . I can understand why they don't let people just roam around. And the tour explians how they acquired the items, what movie they are from and the craftamenship that was involved. It's fun and very interesting. We love castle Noel. No place like it .

Susan Nelson

My family make a hour drive every year to visit Castle Noel. It is a magical, wonderful start to the Christmas season.

Deanna Barker

If you love Christmas, you will love Castle Noel. it is truly magical

J Stoff

Great surprise. Didn’t expect this little gem to be as great as it ended up. Visit this place.

Jamison Fennel

Very interesting place to check out.. It's one of those places that you need to check out for yourself.

JOE HANIGOSKY

This place is awesome. Diverse collection of all things Christmas. Staff is super friendly. Would have given it 5 stars, but we wished we had more time to explore the exhibits before moving to the next section. Even keeping moving, it took 2 hours to go through it.

Deborah Kruis

Never got in. Two hour wait in the rain was just not in the cards with two little kids in tow.

Tim Trowbridge

Cool place lots of nostalgia and the staff are very engaged in there jobs..was a pleasure and we will come back.

Dana Kosiorek

Our large group was treated very well. The tour was top notch. And the gift shop is full of fairly priced items. If you enjoy Christmas and seeing items from several Christmas movies...this place is for you.

Anthony Medina

Wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was fun and interesting to see the Christmas store displays from Macy's and Nordstrom. Costumes from Elf and other epic Christmas movies. We even met the creator who was working on new creations for the upcoming holiday season. Kids and adults will enjoy it.

Holly Pytel Bias

Great place but the wait is too long

Michael Sage

Sooo much stuff to see in here! The tour is guided by several staff and hold on now... It's 2 hours long! I felt I could have spent more time in the photo hall of fame but overall the time spent on the tour was just right. The Blizzard Vortex was a wild experience..hold on to the railing!

Steven Intermill

Truly entertaining, the place oozes with the passion of the owners and staff. Very cool to see someone's vision manifest in a positive and fun way.

dawn lemon

So glad we went! Definitely brings out the Christmas spirit and the little kid in everyone!

Julianne Stidham

If you are really into movies and props this is the place for you. A ton of work has gone into this place. I'm not much of a movie fan so the props didn't interest me. The window displays showed great artistry. Staff was awesome.

vanessa norris

We visited last year and it was even better than we expected! We hope to bring our family again this year. All ages will enjoy this. The Christmas Story slide was the best.

Jeff Suhanic

Great time going back in time! The tour guides added to the festive feel...especially Mr. Grinch:) The original New York window displays were spectacular! The two hour tour flew by faster than the ride down the Christmas Story slide! Kudos to Mr. Klaus and his team!

Julia Blair

Fantastic displays! Really got me in the Christmas Spirit. Appreciate your love of Christmas and the movies and store windows. Thank you!!

Traci Banks

Was really neat to see all the different displays of things from the movies, the tour guides were friendly, the last person did a real good impression, he was funny. And the slide was fun too. Would definitely recommend going to see the museum

David Laurence

Very neat place. Could definately spend more than 2 hours here looking at everything, but the tour keeps you moving along.
