This a really cool place with detailed history about the governors of ND. The wormwood is beautiful. Seeing the different wallpapers of past decades will be interesting. Do not forget to check out the carriage house!

Take a tour of this place, it's neat. If you work wood it will give you ideas. If you decorate it will give you ideas. Lots of old stuff to look at, totally worth the time if you're into historical sites.

Beautiful house. There's an attendant there as well so if you have questions or anything he can help....the gentleman we had was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no admittance fee. Plaques mounted to the walls to describe the different living areas. They've actually peeled away different layers of wallpaper and paint as well as the lath and plaster. Definitely worth stopping to see.
