I went with a large group and everyone was in awe of what we saw. it was amazing you could touch nearly everything (in a controlled setting) but none the less amazing. i loved it so much that i went back with my family and it’s by appointment only so it was us and another family so we had more opportunities to feel things and ask questions. highly recommend to anyone looking for a super unique museum experience

Great place in Jewish Education

My grandmother and cousin made reservations. They had a terrible experience as the museum made them go with the Yiddish speaking group. My grandmother and cousin don't speak a word of Yiddish. There were some objects that the tour guide gave the men in the group to hold but just passed it in from of the faces of my grandmother and cousin. I would never recommend for anyone to go here.

Was there many times in Brooklyn and in the catskills. It is FASCINATING and very educational. Can''t get enough of it. Worth the trip from anywhere especially if you love history.

Lots of beautiful real animals and exhibitions, lots of artifacts. The Rabbi's claims of going into dangerous animal's cages and coming out alive because of being sin free is obviously false. He doesn't visit any real wild and dangerous animals. All animals he visits are either very safe or tame. Very nice place.

It's a great opportunity to see everything live from the Torah and the tour guide Rabbi Deutsch is taking you around through everything you come out of their you're head is open you start to understand everything when you learn, they have old things from the בית המקדש and the times then and their is all types of animals even a huge head of an elephant, it only cost $10 per tour try it out, they have tours all year round, and you could make an appointment as well.

My organization took a bunch of students to the museum and they were blown away by what they experienced. It was very informative. It was truly surreal for us to be able to touch pieces of history from thousands of years ago!

Ok so this place is nice to go for the tour's of the old jewish world like 2000 years ago they have old coins old war stuff now they also have tour's for kids all about the life of all types of animals it's interesting but the service is terrible like i was there once & i waited & nothing it must hade been like 45 minutes when i decided to leave i was very disappointed but what can i do so it's a good idea that when you call you make sure everything is running on time enjoy

Very interesting museum. Can see & even touch ancient artifacts, while R' Deutch explains history behind it in his entertaining manner. R' Deutch is fascinating person in his own right. Of special note is the gripping story of his battle against a messianic cult. Worth visit for that alone!

This is one of the most unique and amazing museums in the whole NYC. They have a LOT of animals stuffed by Taxidermy which you can touch and feel. You are also allowed to take pictures. One of the videos they show has an Elephant drawing a painting of Elephants. The same video shows Elephants playing Soccer and Basketball.
