Great place to stop an just walking around outside you don't have to pay to get in if you don't want to. Very well kept. Very nice 30 minute stop if you like to see the trees up close.

I arrived after the place had closed for the day, so I just did the little trail outside and read about the different horses. I'd like to go back and look through the museum itself but with hours like that I dont see it happening. The grounds are clean and the states are very lifelike (at least to a guy who knows nothing about the breeds ha ha)

Very cool. Worth every penny of the already reasonable entrance fee. Truly enhanced our visit to this area by anchoring the land in the history of it's people and development.

This was a wonderful experience and a must to visit when in the area. The metal horses were beautiful and awesomely designed. The stagecoaches were pretty interesting and my 15 year old son was very interested in the videos about the different types of guns that were made back then and about Billy The Kid. They also have an interactive area for kids that was pretty nice.

When this place first opened it was very nice. The gift shop/admission area is still nice, but the rest of the place is run down. The exhibits are dirty and dusty and articles just sort of slapped on the wall, torn. My granddaughter did enjoy the activities, but the Hubbard family should really go in and do repairs, hire professional cleaners and hire people to nicely display articles.

Amazing place of discovery. The evolution of carts used in early wagon trains on the Oregon trail and pioneer transportation. Lots to see, loved it!

We spent hours here! The kid's dress up & imagination areas were wonderful! They can also complete a booklet and get a prize. No kids? There is a lot to see. Art, wagons, clothing, etc. Dont miss the horse sculptures outside! Handicap parking is available on the lower level.

This place was great place I loved it, one of those hidden jems I recommend taking a tour of this place was nice and clean had a little of everything the collector had a great collection. It's a small place but worth the 7 bucks friendly people working there nice little gift shop. One of the exhibits was closed but it was still worth taking a look I would do it again take the kiddos to check it out

You must visit! It is an amazing museum full of history and information. Great place for kids and adults. They have areas for kids to touch and play, they can also to dress up. Museum is well kept and clean. It is wheelchair accessible so no one can miss the fun. They also have an area to buy souvenirs.

It was closed! My cousin and her husband were here from St Louis and had to leave Thursday morning. It was Wednesday 16 May. Google brochures said it was open Monday through Saturday. The sign at the Museum said it was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Very disappointing! They need to get the hours of operation correct in the public notices.
