It's pretty cool to look at if your interested in Ripleys books, most of the stuff is replicas or art but some things are authentic (George Washington hair is on the wall) Take some quarters in, there are a few machines and operational things that take them. The maze game was pretty LiT.

I visited the Ripley's museum in Niagara Falls and this one is no where near as nice. There's more reading than actual exhibits and this place would not hold a teenager's attention for very long. If you're gonna spend the money, I'd recommend the Ripley's aquarium and the sky wheel. Otherwise, save your money or buy the actual book.

Ripley's is on the expensive side, $19 per adult but for my husband and I had a fun time. Lots of facts inside, some replications and some original items. Overall it's bigger than it looks from the outside and alot to see and read. Cool learning experience.

It is Ripley's, which has strange facts and is always pretty cool. Ripleys is a place for both adults and kids. I only gave this place 4 stars because - crowded and less attractions compared to other Ripleys. Further it did not give me the feels that I wanted to come back to it. It's fun; but not amazing!

I paid $50 for my Wife, 5 year old and Myself. So I already had a bad feeling from the start. There were a few mildly interesting things. But not kid friendly. Fake mummies, plaster statues and some short educational videos. Only thing our boy liked were the Iron Man and Bumble Bee statues. I could have seen all this stuff on Discovery Channel for free and not had to occupy my kid while my Wife read all the plaques. Overall, this place is a rip off and doesn't have much worth seeing. My Wife and I talkwd about it on the way home and after dinner. We both feel like it's a money trap and we have been cheated.

We were in AC for a week and Ripley's was right next to our hotel so we figured we would make a visit. We had a $1 off coupon and we ended up paying $37 for two of us. There were some cool exhibits but most of them were really boring to us. I imagined it being more of the wacky records like the Ripley books are but it was more historical weird/odd things/facts. I think out of the 10 themed areas only 3 really interested me. If I could go back I definitely would spend my money elsewhere in AC. This was a waste of our time.

This place was definitely fairly interesting. For 16 bucks I suppose that it was a good buy for Atlantic city. However beware that you have to pay to park EVERYWHERE in Atlantic city. Either way I enjoyed this place, everything from the tunnel that almost had me falling over the rail to the laser maze that they had. I'd definitely visit again if I went back to Atlantic city.

A great place to bring your family, a little on the pricey side but there's a good amount of things to see. In terms of "oddities" there's not that many. Plenty of fun facts and interesting things to look at though. There's some suprises hidden around so keep an eye out for those. I'd say to really look at everything. There's always something new I seem to find in there. I've been there about 4-5 times in the past 20 years. There's really goofy things you can spend money on but they're not worth it. It's a great time out of the heat and sun!

Ripley's Odditorium was a unique place to visit but not near as nice and clean as other Ripley locations in the country. The lighting was abnormally dim, no A/C and the elevators were not working. We were told they weren't working but with already buying tickets before the trip we had to use them. Needless to say we had to cart a stroller up and down steps.

This was so much fun! Everyone was so very friendly and it was crowded, but not overly so. We were able to see all of the attractions and not feel pressed to move on or get random people in our photos. The staff even took some photos of us on our phones! Amazing. For a small additional fee, you can play a mini escape room game before your tour of Ripley's. Pay for the add on because it was totally worth it. Our guide/host was Conrad Grant. He was warm, welcoming and friendly, and he made us laugh after a long day of walking in the city. Even though I was certain he had guided this experience over 100 times, Conrad never looked bored. I could tell he enjoyed watching us try to solve the puzzles to proceed through the adventure.We've done a lot of games like this and determined that the game master or guide can make or break that experience. To the management: Conrad is a great asset to your attraction, and ought to be training others, if he isn't already. He remained in character and made this already immersive experience that much more so.The museum itself was bizarre and disturbing exhibitions, some of which made me lose my appetite, like fingernails that were four feet long, torture devices, and other stuff people are capable of doing to themselves. The freaks of nature we're less disturbing, like the two-headed goat. It was kind of cute.If you like oddities and have a few hours, it's a fun place to go, but I can't emphasize enough that you don't want to miss The Relic mini escape room. It was so much fun and I will never forget it.

Do not waste your time or money. We were very disappointed in this particular Ripley’s in Myrtle Beach, SC on Ocean Blvd. They didn’t have many of the replicas needed and it was very, very small. Instead of having replicas about several particular “believe it or not” stories, they used the SAME ridiculous looking mummified doll in the same jar, repeatedly. It was a real rip off! I am a business owner and I would never, ever represent my business this way, especially at the cost required. If you’ve been to other Ripley’s before, then you will see how lame, dirty, and fake this one was. Total waste of time and money. Very disappointed. Don’t pay for what’s promised through the doors because you won’t be amused.

A nice place to spend time on a cold or rainy day. Building was clean and staff was amazingly friendly. Exhibits were set up nicely and I found it interesting that local and state community was featured throughout the hall. There are some strange and wonderful things in New Jersey.

Great activity to pass the time along the boardwalk. Near the arcade. Cool info in the exhibits, but you need to do alot of reading to understand why its "odd". Smaller kids can lose interest quickly. Not for kids under 7...my daughter was a little 1afraid with the dark lighting & everything in some exhibits. There was a $5+ laser tag mission center at the end of the tour, which isn't included. Overall, a little pricey. It is also stroller friendly.

It is the dose of insanity necessary to vacate our minds after a day of endless reading and commiserating with the Elizabeth's and Beth's we adore too greatly, but just greatly enough. It is Ripley's, and you had better believe it...Or not!!!

I expected a lot more bizzare objects but not quite what I expected. I would recommend getting tickets to the Aquarium as you can get this as an add-on for 6 bucks. Keep in mind that they are in separate locations that are about 10 minutes apart.

It's a Ripley's :-) just like the books but it's under glass and you can't touch it. A little expensive at $22 just for me. It was more like $12 of entertainment. And make sure to bring lots of dollar bills and quarters is all kinds of little machines in there.

Ripley's needs to refresh this attraction, because if you have ever been to Myrtle Beach and seen it, then it hasn't changed.

I love Ripley's Odditoriums and have been to several locations around the country. It's got strange, funky exhibits and facts, plus interactive stuff for the kids and an arcade. It's kitchy fun and a great way to escape the heat & take a break from the beach. Lots of discount tickets online & elsewhere if you want to visit the other Ripley's attractions in the area.

Was fun take about an hour as where most ripleys museums take a couple of hours for what you pay. Kids had a good time. Just a small museum on the strip. Wished it had a bit more different stuff. Kids were super excited about the trex. But other than that. It felt like it went to fast.

loved Ripley's!!! we found $2 off per person coupons online and we were able to use them when purchasing the tickets, saw some really cool things, we were all laughing and in awe almost the entire walk-through. I'm huge on museums so of course this thing is just right to entertain me, but my 8 year old son had a blast too, as well as my boyfriend who is usually more into activities that are more high energy. can't wait to hit up another one!

The employees were very courteous. The exhibits were gun and entertaining I bought the aquarium and 4 exhibits thinking I could take my granddaughter on the glass bottom boat ride only to be told I'd have to pay extra for it the only other thing that bothered me was having to go to the beach to see the other sites . I seem to remember that everything was be within walking distance when I went to the rippleys in Faytona

Nice place to get out of the sun for a while. Kids liked the neat things they had. It was not as big as expected and is getting a little dated. Kids liked the interactive dance screen that is setup. You exit down into an arcade which can be for some more fun for a little more $$.

What a great place to discover and learn so much from artifacts to historical pieces. Everyone enjoyed from grandparents to our children. They even had a play area with games and more. There was a bench to rest for abit. Kids loved the TUNNEL highly recommended.

Located on the boardwalk of Atlantic City NJ, this place is a good fun location to visit. Never crowded so you won't need to stand and wait in queue. They even serve water bottle for $1. Public Parking is available with a walk of 0.1-0.5 miles from the location and fees range from $5-$15 per 8 hrs on weekend atleast at different locations.

A little over priced, but we were tourists at a tourist attraction. What else could be expected? It was a really fun time, very interactive. A fun thing to do in town while it was raining. Could have used more 'local flair' to personalize experience. Felt like every other Believe it or not museum, not like one specific to city I was visiting. Still, lots of fun things to do and see. Great 'date' day with my spouse in a romantic city.

There's Oddities from around the world in people and an object's it's amazing to see how strange things can be but the question is believe it or not!?

Went here yesterday with my wife and kids. Very nice time and easy met the cashier named Tyree very discreet,kind and informative.. Very impressed(Says he wants to get promoted so I give him a thumbs up on it) He offered me both the guide book and lazermazes he even helped my wife understand the prices(the tax can be confusing) but all and all great experience my kids enjoyed it would recommend!! Great employees and great experience!!!!! Will go again soon!!

Really cheap entertainment. Not cheap on the price though. Twenty bucks for one tour. I guess the savings were in the bundles. A cool little place, but the building needs some renovation. The floors are a little shaky... I still had a good time despite the underwhelming appearance.

We loved this place! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the exhibits are one of a kind! You must see the iron maiden and other old torture devices. The interactive dance studio is so much fun! Take the time to read the explanations of each exhibit. You won't be disappointed!

It's probably a 45 minute experience at best. I've been to a few of these, and they're all fairly similar. This is located in the super "touristy" part of MB, so parking can be a hassle and there can be crowds EVERYWHERE.

Not as much stuff as I thought there would be. All of it was still pretty fascinating though. Our 4yr old was scared of some of the attractions, so you may not want to bring you little ones. I would recommend it if you want to kill 45 minutes and cool off in the AC. $10 per person.
