If your looking to Check out a cool piece of history or go on a Ghost Hunt ,well this Prison is worth it. I was there 2 times with the Seekers club of the Paranormal and we had a blast .We recorded a few great EVP'S and some cool video.Be sure to stop over at the Ghost Hunter store a few miles away.

Well this was an interesting stop. And I'm glad I did. My sister and I were at the witches ball and we happened upon this prison. Lots of history here. The Boston strangler stayed here before he was the Boston strangler. They say it is haunted and lots of ghost Stories. The docents are well informed and excellent storytellers. Restrooms work clean and nice places to sit and relax.

We had a great time! The staff was polite, personable, & very informative. We spent about an hour there, & I really liked that we were able to go at our own pace. There's not a guided tour, but you can do an audio tour for only $3.

We went here like 2 years ago to the haunted theme on halloween and boy let me tell you.I always thought haunted houses was wack and i dont scare easy at all.But when we went man i had such a great time me and my wife.It was so fun and the costumes where on point it looked so real the blood and everything.We had such a great time we returned to walk threw the museum and we had our camera and got all kinds of orbs on the pictures this place is really haunted trust me and my wife also saw a black shadow the night we went to the haunted halloween night standing in line.Dont take this place as a joke people relly died there and there souls are still there be careful what u wish for lmao enjoy if u wanna get scared check it out 4 your self

Very nice tour. You are allowed to walk around freely without anyone forcing you to move on and it's just a nice time. You'll learn a lot about the are from this prison

Nice little prison turned into a museum with a budget friendly admission price.The staff was very nice and friendly.Lots of panels detailing the history of the place and preserved prisoner wall art.The only drawbacks of the place was having to comply with town fire codes and having modern fire alarms and also modern lighting takes away from the historical feel but it's still good enough if you are in town or looking for a day trip activity
