We went here for the antique truck day and it was wonderful. The tour of the house was so informative and fun. My baby especially loved trying on the pudding cap that babies used to wear to protect their head! The people are incredibly friendly and we had an amazing time.

Our family loves spending the day at NH Farm Museum - milking the cow, touring the house and making fun treats in old fashioned ways!

We were staying at a local lake and looking for adventures for our little one. We went everywhere within a 20 mile radius and this museum was by far the highlight of our entire trip. Tremendously friendly people, awesome farm store, farm animals, super kid friendly environment with enough to keep our little one running around "crazy happy" for hours. Great out door adventure, cheap entry (don't forget to donate). This is a gem! Enjoy!

A nice place for a short visit. For history buffs, it may be interesting to see how production of products, that we take for granted today, that are farm based were made. Kids may like the open space but may not have much to do. I wanted to explore the trails but was limited on time. The August farm celebration was nice with horse and tractor rides. Gift shop was small but quaint. The farm is scenic. I would like to visit again to explore the trails.

Families, bring your children and their grandparents! This place is a trove of expertise , with guided tours, attention paid to lost arts, and active farming! There are demonstrations galore, along with "please touch" opportunities for all ages. This museum is a treasure not to be missed!

The 3rd Grade from Newmarket Elementary School took a field trip to this wonderful NH Farm Museum in Milton, NH. They had the kids do a fun and educational scavenger hunt, tractor ride, visit with sheep and pigs, made butter by hand in just a mason jar, played with old fashion toys and did chores that kids in the 1800s would have to do.

Lovely little place with an amazing barn chock full of interesting antique farm tools and equipment. It creates great conversation with your children and friends and makes one think about farm life long ago. There's also a cute country store, animals underfoot and wonderful hosts and staff.

The museum is great, lots of history and New England heritage. (And I'm happy to report that the location on Google Maps seems to finally be fixed, and is no longer showing as located in Canada!)

Lots of old stuff. Good history. Looks like a picker's market. Unkempt, covered in spiderwebs and bugs, flies everywhere. In desperate need of some up keeping The pin up description of exhibits were folded over, faded and unreadable. Otherwise the grounds an fields are kept nice looking.
