Cannot touch anything and this is a very small rather boring museum. Our 2 year old and us went through the entire thing in about 10 minutes. Waste of money.

This place is nowhere near worth the outrageous admission fees to get in-it's a bunch of dusty dinosaurs and nothing else. As a dinosaur enthusiast, I was pretty annoyed by the bland exhibits and lack of upkeep. Fortunately, myself and the other two with me were able to find humor in the situation by taking pictures of ourselves inside of their mouths. I wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Place needs a change in management or a better budget.

Maybe not huge, but exhibits really high quality with interesting information. Plus my kids (5 & 3) went free!! Front desk lady couldn't have more friendly and met us with a warm greeting. I (as an adult) really enjoyed this for the price. Gift shop certainly could be certainly be better (only selling a few necklaces, hats and stuffed dinosaurs). But overall one of the best values for family.

Rather disappointing. We brought our 3 year old, and we were pretty underwhelmed. He asked us 3 times while we were walking through if we could leave. They give you a 'quiz' and a 'scavenger hunt' and both were pretty boring. For what it was, $5 per person would have been understandable, but they charged us $10 per person, so we are out $30.

Never go to this place. It has a bunch of fake looking dinosaur replicas and only 1 real bone! That does not classify as a museum! The movie is outdated, there is a putt putt corse there for some reason, and cost us 20 bucks for a 30 min tour! If you want good stuff, go to the Black hills institute, or the reptile gardens right next to this lame excuse for a museum!

The mirror maze was fun and they had a mini fossil dig at the end for kids. The rest of it, I was really underwhelmed. We were done with the whole thing in 20 minutes. We paid 38.00 for 2 adults and 2 children. Wouldn't go again.

Right next to the Reptile Gardens is this small museum that has plenty to offer and see for the price. Including put put (nothing special) and mirror maze. If kids like to look for bones they can do that too. If you have a nut allergy you may want to stay away as the sand is not sand but rather crushed up nuts. The gift shop doesn't have much to offer at this point. The staff was very friendly.

Was a great place to take my son who loves dinosaurs. It was pretty dark throughout the whole exhibit and it took about 30 min to walk through with a 3 year old. If you took the time to read all the facts then it would take longer of course. I did forget to use my coupon so I asked if the owner could help and she said no but would let me go through again... I was a bit taken back by that along with the gift shop prices... $15 for a dinosaur poster for my kid is a bit much but hey its Branson I guess. All and all once through was enough for us but my kid liked it.

I think you get what you pay for, for around $30 my dinosaur obsessed children got to run around and look at dinosaurs. The museum could probably use some upkeep but the exhibits aren’t terrible. It’s not the best money I’ve ever spent but not the worse.

Our family enjoyed our visit. Very friendly staff and reasonable rate. Rating a 4 because for the price I wished had lasted a little longer and wasn't as short. We were a family of 9 and maybe there 20 minutes. Very informative, I wish more of the dinosaurs or scenes would have been interactive or made noise.

This place is a rip off. You go in and come out in like 10 minutes. Just a small selection of fake dinosaurs. They left the windows open so it was just as cold inside as it was outside. If you want to use the bathroom, you have to use a porta-potty. It was cheaper for us to see bear country /w a family of 8 than it was to come here. Everyone was dissapointed.. especially the children.

Not worth the money. It was almost 40 dollars for two adults and two children. They lear you in with signs and internet post that say free. Then you get there to discover you pay to enter and the free things are a mirror maze and a poor excuse for miniature golf which is just so boards with holes no decoration that you normally see at miniature golf. Gift shop had small selection. . Giving 2 stars because dinosaurs were very well done. This should be about 5 dollar a person

Ever since my 9, 7, and 5 year old boys watched Jurassic Park, they've been obsessed with dinosaurs. We happened to be in Branson an extra day, so we decided to see what they had. The dinosaurs were in really good condition and the plaques were every informative. The boys were absolutely excited about it all. They loved looking for all the golden fossils and the little quiz really helped my oldest pay more attention to the information. The gift shop was pretty lacking. I felt they wanted way too much for the stuffed dinos. They let the boys color some dino pics and submit them to be displayed. They really liked that. All-in-all, it was nice, but a little pricey for what it is. If you're not much for reading plaques, then you're going to blaze through this place. Will I go back? No. Would I have gone knowing what I know now? Yeah, I probably would.

This is definitely a fun place if you are a dinosaur fan! The price is a little steep, that's the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Our 3 year old and 7 year old totally enjoyed themselves (as well as my 30 year old husband and myself haha).

The place wasn't what I thought it be. It had a lot of cool dinosaurs but it was in a shed like environment instead of a normal building. It was cold and the floors was uneven. The mirror maze was fun and the movie they played was pretty cool. They also had putt putt but it was very plain. Over all it was a fun trip .

The place is definitely interesting as it is really fascinating to see what a full size T-Rex looks like and other dinosaurs. However, it takes about 10 minutes to go through even if you read plaques. Essentially, you pay about $1 per minute.

We ended up loving this little stop. Interesting dinosaur displays. We had a BLAST in the unexpected mirror maze which we went through a ton of times. There was a gift shop, free parking, many photo opportunities. And of course, as there should be in every dinosaur museum, there was putt putt golf.

It was ok as a gimmick, but not a true Museum, and way overpriced for what it offers, especially since there is only 1 actual fossil bone available to view. One of the employees was sleeping in the movie theater area, and the mini golf area is very weather worn and in bad need of being repaired. For the cost, it was not worth the money.

For being a small space and not pricey it is a good museum. We had fun , we learned and the customer service boy was really nice and polite. My 2 years old girl loves dinosaurs and this was a nice stop in our road trip. It even has a small video room where you can watch videos about dinosaurs !

A really great experience if you have a dinosaur lover in the family. At 10$/person, it could be expensive for a larger family. But my daughter loved the exhibit and the mirror maze, and the putt putt golf. I think it's acceptable for the price because you see the exhibit, do the mirror maze, play putt putt and watch a movie. My daughter and her friends went back and forth to all the activities a few times, so that was nice. The staff is very friendly, interact well with children and handle mass chaos well. *** Sidenote: Due to the echo-y affects of the building, when there are a lot of people in there, it can become overwhelming for anyone with sensory issues, just be aware if that applies to you or your child.

We were the only people in side so we had no crowding and could take our time. Good displays of dinosaurs, the building is a little small so some of the statues seem crowded together. Lights were in bad places to take good pictures sometimes. You get a sticker at the end. I thought it was with $10 but also I think dinosaurs are awesome. Would be cool if they has some animatronics like "dinomation"

I think this place has potential but as of right now it's not up to par. I took my 15 month old and he loved it but I can't imagine older kids would stay occupied enough throughout. It's pretty small and could use some background music for atmosphere at least. Also the lights went out twice while we were there. I wouldn't recommend this for older kids but toddlers are easily entertained in general so it's a good place to kill time if you have one and need something to do.

We went as a large group, so only $6 a person to get in at the group rate. The exhibits were great to look at, easy to read for people. Also included a round of mini golf and a mirror maze that the kids loved. A lot of bang for the buck I think.

Don't go there, if I could give it less stars I would!!!! Our family was disappointed!! This business is smaller than my house and I have a small house. It was dark, dirty, horrible gift shop had like 3 items for sale, only had 1 reconstructed animal made out of bone and it wasn't even a dinosaur, it had maybe 5 large "dinosaurs" and the rest were very small unlike what they advertise and they were poorly made. They had a dig site for kids and barely had a quarter of an inch of sand in it, pretty sad. I didn't know there were two museums in Branson with Dinosaurs but we will go to the other one next time.

This place was horrible!!!!!! Kids screaming, yelling,, pushing, running , and hitting the mirrors!!!! We could hear them when we first walked in the building. The young lady did nothing about it at all. We finally made it too the maze The children ran into us several times . Still the young lad did nothing, we just left, I called and would not refund our mone back!!! Not worth over 40.00

It was a nice quiet museum that my kids enjoyed wholeheartedly. They have a little game where you look for the hidden golden fossils and you get 50% off in the gift shop. My daughter made a few friends by walking up to them and telling them where the hidden fossils were. Loved seeing the movie they have available about 2/3 of the way through, what little of it I did get to see.

It was so small. We were done within 40 minutes and that included my daughter coloring two pictures. It was over priced. But the dinosaurs were pretty amazing. I wouldnt go back. The walk through was very fast.

It seems more for families and children. I love dinosaurs and there were only a few skeletons and more dinasaurs in real life forms to show what they could look like. Some information provided under each one. I liked the mirrow maze and didn't try the putt golf. Seems more like a mish mash of stuff they put together to pull people in. Dinosaurs just seems to bring people in. I shouldnt say I enjoyed the mirrow maze more than the dinasaur part but I did. More like a game place while trying to add museum. Trying as I would say. Would not recommend if you want true dinosaur experience. Gift shop was small but had some cute stuff.

Branson has a massive amount of things to do and my son was really looking forward to going here. This place was a big disappointment. The building was hot and muggy, it was 40 outside, and it's poorly lit. When my 6yr old tells me he is bored within the first 5 mins, i know we won't be coming back. This place needs a huge upgrade and stop looking like it was created in the 1970s.

I am a single Grandmother raising two grandchildren on a tight budget and I need inexpensive entertainment!! I take the kids to Branson a few times a year and I always stop here!! I have been twice this year and the kids LOVE it! I LOVE it! And it's only $10 for me and free for the kids! And if you save the receipt they will let you reenter again in the same week!! Those that have left a negative review of this place? Shame on you!!! How can you possibly complain about it? You must be unhappy in life! You can spend $10 for junk food or $10 to spend with dinosaurs!! You want to talk about a rip off? The kids korner at the merry go round on the strip is the biggest rip off in Branson! $5 PER RIDE that lasts a few minutes! We love the dinosaurs and the staff is always friendly!!

About a 10-15 min walk thru at the most. Very small theater with approx 10 seats to watch a movie. Self guided tour....4 boys ages 8 up to 13....not impressed. Overly priced. Waste if time n money. Do not recommend.

I don't know why it's rated so low. My boy loved it. It's a small place, so 30 mins is probably enough to see it. It's also right next to a toy museum, so right after you can check that out as well. They have a deal where you save some money if you go to both places, just keep your tickets

So we passed this place headed up to mount rushmore and it was the best decision we made our entire trip! We actually did a u-turn just to go to it!!! They also have mini golf and a mirror maze that was super trippy!! We were all grown adults and had an absolute ball plus we learned a lot in the process!!! If you drive by this you HAVE to stop. I think it was only 4 or 6 bucks a person to!!!

Enjoyed looking at the dinosaurs but it was really a rip off. Had a miniature golf course with it that you cannot really play on, because it is Lumpy, bumps all over it, the green was all tore and flopped over to wear when you went to hit the ball it just bounced over it. Not level at all hit the ball roll sideways rolls back down the Hills. The miniature golf is free when you go into the dinosaur museum but it's not worth the price. Very overpriced. The owner needs to redo the miniature golf part, very terrible shape for such an expensive price to get in.

We enjoyed some of this museum. It is not finished and there are parts and pieces everywhere. Construction is not finished. Hopefully they finish "decorating" soon and finish the inside construction. It is a bit over priced in the condition it is in.

My 4 kids enjoyed the place. It's not overly huge but that's fine because after 20-25 minutes, my kids are bored and ready for something else. The scavenger hunt was a nice bonus to keep the kids engaged. Price is fair for what you get.

Decent place for what it’s called. Not really a museum so to speak. But cool and interesting none the less. Definitely not complete and some of the displays were broken. The mirror maze and mini golf seem like tricks to draw you in. The mirror maze is cool (but a lot like other mirror mazes). The mini golf is subpar (pun intended). It’s just 9 holes that are basically flat and boring. However, it inspired my family and I to go find a different mini golf place that was way better! Parking is fine. Staff was fine.

Right next door to Reptile Gardens, nothing major but just a cute little place that has huge dinosaurs. They have a mirror maze and mini golf. Signs to tell about the different dinosaurs. Just want to do something small and simple this is def worth the trip and visit. My son loves dinosaurs and was so entranced by how big some of the dinosaurs where. If we ever make it back out we will go back. For souviners they do have some. But most are the generic can almost buy them anywhere. Loved this place

Pretty cool twist on dinosaurs in an area with lots of exhibits. They have a mix of heads and full size models of dinosaurs instead of the fossils and fossil replicas. Placards had lots on information as well.

all places allow tourist related workers to come experience their shows, etc. so they are informed when guests ask about their business. Sadly, we are not allowed to do this here unless we do pay a local admission fee, which isn't bad, but don't feel like paying to advertise a business. I suppose the other reviews speak for themselves

A little expensive for what you get. It is right next door to Reptile Gardens and it seems like its receiving enthusiastic visitors that have great expectations then this museum doesn't really deliver. You can go to a library and get more information than you can get there. There is a worn out mini golf course that is part of the museum. They say they are going to redo it in 2020 but that didn't help us.

Great Dinosuars to see, especially for the kids. You can do it all in about 10 minutes, but you are free to go around as many times as you like. It is always a stop we make when down here.

Has a few different things to do. The life-size replicas are incredible with great info. A movie about dinosaurs runs, the mirror maze is fun with the kids. The staff was so pleasant. Entrance fee lower than expected. Mini golf is a great way to end the visit. It will be even better next year after they expand the mini golf.

This place is the bomb! An annual tradition for me and my family. My niece loves the mirror maze, my nephew loves the dinosaurs and we all love the mini golf. The staff is always wonderful and I can't imagine a year without the Dinosaur Museum!

Life size dinosaur museum is fun adventure on a rainy day. The walkthrough of this museum is about 30 to 45 minutes. They have a fossil scavenger hunt that is a little challenging if you are not paying attention. The building is starting to show its age so hopefully they can do some upgrades.

Don't waste your money if you have small kids. Thought it would be fun for a 5 and 3 year old but just fossils are not enough to keep them entertained. Older kids would have more fun. The movie theater is a tent inside the facility playing an out dated informational movie. Mini golf course is pathetic. Not worth the money.

Definitely recomend. It's fun for pretty much everyone. The statues are really well done and lifelike. They've also got a mirror maze that's pretty fun. Mini golf was a favorite of the kids and the gift shop was reasonable. If your in the area it doesn't take all day and isn't crazy expensive. Definitely worth it for the kids

The dinosaurs are definitely cool, but this is not worth the price. I visited years ago and I remember it being in a larger building with a lot more to look at. Again, cool, but I definitely wouldn't pay this amount for this experience again.

The facility is not temperature controlled so it was very chilly when we went. There is definitely room to improve at this museum but some of the dinosaurs were very cool. There is a large t-rex skeleton display which was the focus of the exhibit. The mirror maze was probably our favorite part. We went with kids ages 8, 7, and 3. There is a realistic educational movie that was also kind of entertaining. The kids enjoyed the small fossil dig but the lighting was poor. It was too cold for us to play putt putt since it was outdoors. Not bad but not great.
