Terrible, they got rid of their free dinosaur exhibits they were to make money on. They held a public meeting, the public said keep the dinosaurs and replace the BOD. The pictures show what's gone, along with the former president puppet. A waste of time. This BOD has lost Bollinger County millions of dollars every year for 19 years! Pathetic!

For a small museum in a tiny town- it's a good find. They have quite a few items from so many different places. Admission was reasonable (around $5). And there's a lot to see! They even have a hands on room for smaller kids. My personal favorite is the derpy taxidermy coyote.

It's a nice county museum. Right now there are a lot of exhibits under construction so it will be better in the future. There's no elevators for the public I relied on handrails to help me get to the second floor but they were loose.

Limited exhibitions but what they have is worth seeing. They have activities for children which my son loved.

Do your family a favor, rivals a large city archaeological museum

Great place, informative natural history and local history exhibits, Civil War ballistics exhibit is an eye-opener. Didn't know projectiles were so sophisticated in the 1860's.

Not a huge museum but enough to keep my 4 & 5 year old interested for a few hours. The exhibits are pretty interesting. Lots of civil war, dinosaurs, and other prehistoric animals. Also has a play room after you are done exploring which I had to drag my kids out of after quite some time. Our favorite part was there were lots of touch exhibits were you could pick up and explore dinosaur fossils and other things. Great prices also and a gift shop at the end.
