One of the best experiences of my life it was very fascinating and fun and we absolutely loved our tour guide Forest he provided a whole lot of detail and facts he was very sweet and I definitely think it was worth the trip i will totally bring my granddaughters back there:):):):):):)

This is such a lovely reminder of a time when gentility, and the plight of our African American brothers and sisters, clashed. We were so impressed with this visit we named our rescue puppy Rosalie. We just love Natchez.

This house was beautiful and their collection of original furniture can’t be matched. The history of the families that lived there is entertaining the last ladies that lived there were very interesting. This house did not have electricity, running water, or an attached kitchen and the people lived there up into the 1970s! I can’t wrap my mind around it. Again, it’s beautiful and worth the visit.

Beautiful home. The lady that oversees it could use some lessons in etiquette. My daughter booked her wedding this Sept 1st. The overseer was rude to us her parents causing stress for my daughter on an occasion that should have only had happy tears. She was also very rude to other guests as well. Maybe she was having personal issues or maybe she's just that type person. I would look into other options instead of booking this location. I only hope that her bosses will see to it that my daughter and her husband gets the apology they deserve.

Janet Woods

Lovely antebellum home. Filled to the brim with furnishing belonging to the Winston family. On the downside, if you are on the last tour the bathroom facilities are locked before you finish the tour and for those with breathing problems the house is quite musty.

Interesting tour, I wish there was more outside and about the property. I find it interesting how they blatantly avoid discussion about the "help", however the artifacts in the house and history in interesting enough. A little pricey for a family though. I believe it was $20 a person.

House was beautiful, tour was good but it wasn't a great value. It does go to a good cause.

Was very disappointed especially at the end when our guide went overboard with the bells. My friend from Texas felt real uncomfortable. Very racist and it offended the heck out of me.

Beautiful home. Tour guide was knowledgeable about house and furniture but, didn't know that much about family. Or just didn't talk about it. Very expensive for the tour.

We toured 4 mansions in Natchez, MS...Rosalie was the first on our list. Before touring the mansion we stopped at Rosalie DAR Gift Shop...Rouchelle, the manager, was helpful, pleasant and my goodness...she certainly knows the history of Natchez...she is a wealth of information. We bought refrigerator magnets for each mansion that we had on our list to visit. We toured Rosalie...the beautiful grounds, awesome building, unique furniture and décor was interesting to see but the tour guide Harry was the best part. Harry told of the history of the first family The Littles as well as the second family The Wilsons...the influence of The Civil War and so much more. What a nice man.
