It's not been kept up. The entire place was in shambles! What a shame. The Choctaw should make an effort to clean up and maintain this beautiful and sacred site.

This wouldn't look like much to most people, just a big hill in the middle of no where, but to a Choctaw tribal member it is so much more than that. It is our creation story it is a Spiritual visit for a lot of us and simply history to some, either way, just think due to the invasive arrogant white person we almost lost it completely...
