Awesome place full of history. I love trains. The locomotive is huge up close. Bigger than the modern engines. Just wish you could go inside the trains.

Small free museum with two rooms of exhibits on the outdoor collection of Railway stock. If you're passing between Jackson and New Orleans it's well worth a quick stop to see some real American history. Spent about 30 mins to an hour here.

I loved it, the Senior Saints of the CSCOC boarded the train to McComb Mississippi, it was beautiful

The train display outside is amazing! It would be better if you could go inside the cars tho. The museum is small but nice, and it’s a real train depot too!

Very small (2 rooms) museum which shows the history and layout of the now defunct McComb railroad depot and repair yard. There is also a fantastic old steam engine and some rolling stock outside. The station is still in use and is a stop for long distance "the City of New Orleans" (listen to my favourite Willie Nelson song, sung by Arlo Guthrie). The museum is free and good entertainment for small kids and those with an interest in railroads.

Not impressed at all, went on a Saturday and the lady there didnt seem to happy to have people in there. Also, couldnt even buy any gifts in the little store they had

4star only because theh were closed and I can't rate it al honestly. The exterior and all around it were very nice and kept up well. My sone had a good time here, mainly stopped here to have a nice place to stretch our legs
