It’s not that it’s very much to see, but for the price it’s great. It’s definitely worth seeing once.

A neat place to take your kids! Miniature trains with very detailed landscapes!

I really enjoyed this wonderful museum. I had the honor of meeting Ms. Lisa Miller who explained the history of the museum. When she heard that I was travelling from Cincinnati to visit my birthplace of Cleveland, she gave me an update on how well the city is doing and recommendations of places to visit. What she was too modest to elaborate on was what an accomplished painter she is. (Yes Lisa I did see some of your work in the Bolivar Commercial Spotlight). The railroad artifacts, the extensive and highly detailed railroad layout, and the historical photographs of area depots make this one of the best railroad museums in the Southeast. The proximity to the Cleveland depot, ICRR caboose, and old turntable, make this a must see while in Cleveland.

This is a wonderful little gem of a museum, quaint and super charming. Most of the space is taken by an absolutely awesome model train set representing Mississippi of the past. The guys who keep on building and expanding the model railroad are right there and can tell you all sorts of stories. It is free to the public.
