We are 'Far-Out' members of the museum and we're invited to a preview of a new exhibition about our planet Earth, it's climate and the effects on its ecology. AVAM always has a fresh, unique perspective on the world. This show is no exception. The museum is open until 5pm daily and paid street parking is close by ($2/hr). Unfortunately, the attached cafe, Encantada, has closed and we don't know when a replacement will open, but there is an excellent restaurant right across Key Hwy if you want to dine while visiting the museum.
