We enjoyed our tour of this museum. It is small but packed with kind people and filled with information that really connects you to the art you are seeing. The intimate size allows the children to feel comfortable asking questions and exploring. Very nice displays. The school program was very well thought out, catered to be age appropriate for each child. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, it was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. We hope to join more programs in the future.

Jeremy Johnson

one of the few places you can get some culture :)

Jessica Jordan

I didn't hate the place, just didn't care for what was displayed. I believe the Earth was created by God and renews itself as is needed. This entire museum was filled with trash pieces, outlines of dumpsters, etc. I told my fiancee that this museum was nothing but democratic propaganda. Thank goodness it didn't cost anything to get in because of museum day.

Few museums in the world, much less only one on the East Coast, the Academy, get to host the opening I saw there last week, Richard Diebenkorn, The Early Period. It was more than memorable. This is a museum you should support. They landed an exhibition that anyone who cares about modern American art should see. Okay, art snobs in Washington, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore! You need to see it. Over 100 pieces, lovingly hung in groups which paralleled the stations of development of Diebenkorn's remarkable life. Museum Director Benjamin Simon met us at the door and from there, it was all a fine experience. I'm going back!
