DESCRIPTION

Here you have all the opinions of people who used the services of WaterWorks Museum (Museum) in the state of Kentucky.

At the present the business receives a score of 4.5 stars out of 5 and that rating was based on 81 reviews.

You must have seen that it has an average rating is nearly the highest, and it's based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can say that the rating is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are pleased with the service, it works.

As you know, we don't usually bother to put tatings when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

This Museum corresponds to the category of Science museum.

It's great place to know how water is pumped from Ohio river to Louisville water supply. Zorn avenue has pipes underground which is pumping water for purification.

This was a great stop. Interesting to see the historical building and the museum. A guided tour of the facility is included for the nominal museum entry fee. Louisville was a leader in water quality filtration and disinfection. I know this sounds geeky, but clean pure water is a necessity of life.

Not very wheelchair accessible or double stroller friendly during the tour of the tower itself, due to the design of the building but the museum has slightly more wiggle room. Aside from that, it has a very hands on exhibit for children and I found it to be rich in culture and made me feel even more proud out Louisville and it's history. Also, the Water Tower can be used as a wedding venue.

This is a really cool place that really shows how hard it is to supply a big city with water definitely recommend this place. And a bunch of interesting facts. Also very nice staff

The Water Works Museum is part of Louisville’s historical buildings. The Museum and the beautiful park is enjoyed by many for all types of events. I was there a couple of weeks ago and got to just walk around - so sad right now that the park and buildings are flooded. Will be glad when they are back to their full beauty.

This museum is small and is mostly for those who are old enough to read very well. My kids 7,4 and 1 obviously did not enjoy this as much because there is not a lot to do for their level of learning. My 9 year old could read and understand and found some things interesting. The tour guide was great, very friendly and interesting, however this was definitely not something for all ages. The teens and adults seemed to enjoy the tour in my group and I learned a lot as well but the info seemed to be over the heads of my group. The tour takes you to several different locations on the property and is about 30-40 minutes long, which is great, just meant for students and adults 10+
