Excellent! Educational, very interesting, highly informative. Super awesome staff dressed in period attire that are extremely knowledgeable. Everything about the Adsmore is gorgeous, inside and out. Its truly like stepping back in time. I recommend visiting to anyone EXCEPT people with kids of any age that they are unable/unwilling to control. These are guided tours with the sweetest ladies that narrate throughout the museum, explaining each room/scene and what life was like for the family and community in that time period-so having loud, unruly children preventing others from hearing is unacceptable. Also, there are no roped off sections and nothing is displayed behind protective glass; the museum is exactly as if you walked thru a home many years in the past, therefore, kids of any age compelled to grab at things pose a danger to the vast amount of priceless antiques on display. Also, take note that no photos are allowed to be taken inside and cell phones need to be silenced. The tours last a decent amount of time- not too long or short and vary somewhat depending on conversation/questions for the guide. My daughter and I have made it a yearly tradition the last few spring breaks and plan to continue because it's so fun and interesting and we love to marvel at the beauty. Different seasons bring different themes, so do holidays, so it's definitely a place you can visit many times throughout the year and see all new decor and displays and hear all new stories and info each time. The Adsmore itself is a priceless, precious, and special place to create wonderful memories and traditions of your own.
