THIS WAS AWESOME! So interesting and informative. They change the exhibits every so often so just because you have seen it before, don't think you have seen it all. It now costs 2 dollars per person to get in but it's worth it. Don't go to Lava Hot Springs without seeing this Museum. Its wonderful!

Great family place lots of good history lot of local history. I come up the lava multiple times a year and I go Did the museum every time and I've been doing this for years. And every time I find something new I learn more about the town in the history

Details say with a handwritten letter saying times they will be open and nothing. A day later we go back and that classy handwritten letter still on the door and doors are locked. So yeah you get a 1 star for not following your business hours.
