A walk down memory lane and further. A hidden gem 50 miles south of my house in Caldwell. Must see if you are into lifelike museum settings.

Absolutely amazing! Spend the day here, bring a picnic lunch, don't rush it. So much to see. This place is truly a hidden gem. It may be a bit out of the way, but well worth it!

Amazing. The Lawsons are clearly wonderful people with a passion for history. This is the best museum experience I have had in rural Idaho and I wish everyone had a chance to view the most wonderful collection of collections I have ever seen. Do see!

This place is amazing. There is a lot to look at and learn. The kids have a great time and it's incredible how much there is! It's great to see and think about how much passion and time went into making it! The couple there are so nice and like I said, the kids love it. The trip is worth it!

Todd Jackson

This place is incredible! We were there for 3 hours and didn’t get to see all of it. If you get the chance this is definitely worth your time! The next time I go it will be for the day. The grounds are beautiful so would be great to enjoy a picnic lunch halfway through. Mr. Lawson couldn’t have been nicer! Little more than an hour from Boise, but well worth the drive!❤️

This is the most comprehensive, astonishing, entertaining Western historical museum you'll ever visit. Well worth an entire day (you can bring your picnic lunch if you need a break!). Without fail, you'll be glad you visited. As seen in the March 2019 issue of Idaho Magazine!

Mike Adams

Excellent place run by a very fun couple. Be prepared to spend a few hours. Collections are amazing and immense in nature. Very fun adventure and we will be sure to make a return visit

i think we stopped here one day back in 2010 or maybe it was 2009, coming back from grandview i think, it was like 5.00 for all 3 of us to go, it took hours to finish which is cool since it was so large and unique- we ended up giving them a 20.00 donation which they really appreciated- not sure if prices have changed but was very affordable and amazing at the time- im sure it still is great museum and yes you can see the EMU's

Sandra Moran-Jewett

So much to see that one visit is not enough.

Stuart Becker

This is a hidden gem that if in the general area, you should make it a point to visit, even if it means going out of your way!
