Nostalgic feeling with all the planes and old uniforms
14$ and pretty fun there are a few great places to take photos with the kids and Lott's of interest facts and even a simulation for an airplane for 200$ if that something you think you can handle.
I thought this was a great museum. I love planes and history so it is a great place to spend a couple of hours. It's good for kids who like planes too. They also have some interactive things for them.
Amazing! Tour guide was great! It's an amazing place!
Fun to see the older jets and the 747. Just a bit expensive for the smaller sizes museum.
Visited the Delta Museam a few weeks ago, being an aviation love myself this Museam is awesome, the 767 and 747 displays are very cool, the whole Museam is amazing, you could spend a good 2 hours here just admiring everything on display, highly recommended this place, we came from out of state just to visit here.
Cool place to visit if you’re an aviation fan(Delta fan). It basically shows every thing about Delta, like the history about it. It’s cool that you can have a look inside the cockpit, but you gotta keep one thing in mind, you can’t touch anything in the cockpit. The 747 displays at the parking lot is a bit disappointed, they didn’t display too much interesting thing in the plane, what I mean is if you had ever taken a flight before, it’s basically how it looks like in the cabin. General admission is like 15 dollars, which is really no big deal, and it’s located right next to ATL airport, so you can see actual planes on the ramp, taking off, and landing while you are visiting this museum.
Very interesting trip through aviation history
Staff was SUPER nice and knowledgeable. Mike in the Simulator is awesome. Had a great afternoon - definitely recommend checking it out. They have some really cool stuff on display.
Pretty cool venue to host an event and the food was really good.
The Delta 747 was a very interesting and unique venue. The cockpit, seating and lounge area was upstairs. Down was some seating with the rest open space for getting together. The history of the 747 was on the wall. What an amazing plane! Staff was super friendly & polite and very accommodating for handicapped visitors.
Amazing place with so much history behind, it's like a time capsule!
Awesome that they have planes on display that one can actually go into and see everything about it without the pressure of going straight to your seat when traveling
Night landing 737 simulator in snow storm was amazing!
Ok to spend a few hours. Do not expect a full "museum" experience. There is no cafeteria. Pricing is high considering that it's a small place.
One of the best museums in Atlanta I recommend that everyone visits they have some of deltas former planes on the premises lots of information on deltas history you can also enter the 767 to see the original cockpit and seats and more also they have the first 747-400 that was ever built delivered to NWA but delta acquired it through the merger overall great experience for an avgeek or a member of the public there is also a DC-9 and a 757 outside.
An awesome way to spend the afternoon! The whole experience was very educational and a real pleasure. I especially enjoyed the 747 part of the tour. Having flown on several of these planes, it was awesome to get to experience them up close. I would definitely recommend visiting this location while in Atlanta
If you love airplanes or have a particular interest in Delta or commercial flight history, by all means go. It isn't cheap, BUT military get in free with ID. The 747 was pretty cool, as were some of the old stewardess (it was an era) uniforms. I may have imagined it, but one of the ones from the lunar landing days had a very Star Trek feel. See pics.
747 and DC 3 on display really highlight a great aviation museum. We enjoyed our visit!!
Cool piece of Aviation history.
Kids loved it. Good for all ages. Very well maintained.
Gives a great representation of the history of delta.
Simply awesome... Wish I had more time to spend there. Will definitely go back again.
Great place to visit for a family. I have two young kids and they enjoyed it a lot. Lots of planes to look at and there are two pretty big planes where you can walk inside. Good experience for someone like me who never gets a chance to sit in Delta One haha
Definitely recommend everyone in Georgia to come here
Staff was SUPER nice and knowledgeable. Mike in the Simulator is awesome. Had a great afternoon - definitely recommend checking it out. They have some really cool stuff on display.
Top notch incredible museum. You learn so much here from the 1920s propeller Huff Daland Duster era to modern planes like the 737/717/A320. You really appreciate aviation and all the mechanics and human effort behind it after going here. I really loved going inside the 767 and seeing Delta's history in the 60s/70s/80s/90s. Such a great company too. Sylvester was a good helper.
Hidden Gem of Atlanta things to do. Great for anyone with an interest in history, aviation or technology. Terrific place to bring kids
Very interesting. Looks like it would be a great event space as well
It was nice! Early Sunday afternoon seems to be around the best time to go there if you're an Airplane enthusiast(s) or....you just have an pique interest in anything aviation.
I was here because a sales group had a training/expo. It was great. We even got to fly the simulator.
The Delta flight museum is simply amazing and worth more than the price of admission. Delta's museum of commercial flight and passenger air service is unmatched! The static displays of aircraft like the 747 are seen no where else.
The museum is full of exhibits from the history of Delta, from the days of crop-dusting through their growth as a passenger airline up to today. I loved seeing the up-close and hands on examples of aviation history. It was neat to see everything from full-sized jets to displays of the uniforms worn by stewardesses over the years. It was a good way to learn more and see things that you normally wouldn’t be able to. A fun place to visit.
Visited in 2015, now they have the Boeing 747-400 ex Northwest Airlines, the aircraft that should have been lost but the pilots did an amazing job of saving it and it lived out it's career and later became part of the Delta fleet before being retired and placed at the museum. That being said, they have added so much stuff making the experience even more exciting and I shall revisit again. They have a 737 flight simulator that is not for the faint of heart but if you have the bucks, well worth a try.
This was a fun thing to do with my kids. Fortunately it wasn’t busy at all, so my kids could have a little more fun running in the open spaces, and I didn’t have to worry about losing them in any crowd. They do charge to get in, $15 per adult. Not sure if kids, but I know they do charge, unless they’re under 4, which both of mine are. I do wish there were a bit more interactive things for kids to do, though they could walk on real planes. But, that’s basically it. There is a flight simulator that you can ride in, but it’s incredibly expensive. I’m talking about $500! Um. No thanks. But, it’s a quaint museum showing the history behind Delta, and I enjoyed taking my kids to see it.
Beautiful displays and very clean. Big shortfall: no docent or explanation available of interesting history points.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Musuem verywell showcases the history of Delta Air Lines. Flight Simulator is an awesome experience
A fun place to visit in the Atlanta area. A great history of Delta and wonderful aircraft displays, many you can tour inside. The prices are reasonable and military (active, retired and dependents) are free. The 1st Tuesday of the month is a guided tour at 1:00 by a retired Delta employee. Different aircraft are open on various days so check the schedule. You park on Delta property and guns are prohibited so be sure they are secured before entry. You have to sign in at the lot entrance and everyone must show an ID. We got a tour of the flight simulator for a 737-200 between bookings that was fantastic. While pricey we will consider trying this on our next visit. The instructor was fantastic and did a wonderful job explaining everything to my grandchildren. You do need to be at least 5’ to operate the controls and see over the instrument panel.
Had a great experience and the airliner show was good
Flight Simulation area was closed but other than that it was definitely educational!
Great place to learn some history about delta!!! This flight museum is like no other. What other flight museum can you walk on a wing of a Boeing 747 or see through the floor where the bags go? This museum has so much history in it that’s it’s easy to loose track of time. Plus you can hold an event in the big hanger under the Boeing 767. What a great place to go for an aviation buff. A definitely must do if you are ever in Atlanta ga!!!!
Very cool experience of Delta's history. Going inside the 767 Spirit of Delta brought back childhood memories.
If you like everything which is connecting to the flight, this is a good place. B747, b767 you can go inside and discover the whole plane. You can see the history of the Delta and so many interesting thing. Very good museum!
The Hops in the Hanger was simply awesome. There were several great breweries on site. Looking forward to next year!
Great facility being part of the Delta Family, it's a must see
Lots of history about Delta Airlines. VERY interesting.
I am an aircraft mechanic by trade and love the field of aviation. So its no wonder that i enjoy going to any aviation museum. You can actually walk through the static displays (747 & 767). You can smell and see the history of these planes. The museum has a massive model collection from the days past. It also has a computer flight sim that is great for the family and if you able to afford it, you can reserve time for the only 737-200 working pilot simulator that was once used by delta pilots. A must! Plus assortment of historical items from days gone past. The price of this museum is $15, but well worth the cost.
Best for real aviation geeks!!!
Went there for Hops in the Hangar event. Very nice event. The museum was fantastic. I want to return when it is not so chaotic.
#DeltaProud what fun snd full of Delta history snd culture. Great for family fun, dates, or field trips!!
The Delta Flight Museum was good, but probably not worth $15 per adult. There weren't as many aircraft as I expected (didn't research ahead of time). There were several items on display that chronicled Delta's history and the walk-throughs of the static Boeing 747 & 767 (Spirit of Delta) were good. Younger kids would probably get bored relatively early due to the mostly historical nature of the museum.
The Delta flight museum was wonderful and I sure did enjoy myself,I would recommend to bring the entire family to the museum.
Good for children who love airplanes. Hands on and up close
This was a great family experience! The exhibits were wonderful and being able to walk in and around the planes was awesome. Will be returning for another visit!
Lots of open space for kids to run around. Wish there was more interactive parts.
The staff were soo helpful and knowledgeable about the exhibits. I could see me taking relatives or friends here for a visit.
Loved it. Neatly laid out exhibits. Kids loved it as did the adults.
Nice museum if you are into commercial aviation. Can do whole thing in about 2 hrs.
If you're a plane or travel nerd, this is the place for you! It isnt huge, but what it lacks in size overall it makes up for in content. You can easily spend a few hours here wandering around and learning. the staff are nice, the place is clean, and it's very affordable.
Awesome place to visit if you're interested in air travel.
Very interesting exhibits and being able to study a plane up close
Prices are cheap in my opinion. I had a buddy who worked for delta and was able to recieve half price discount. For 7:50 it was a good price. A lot of knowledge to be gained. The place takes about an hour to casually walk through. The biggest attraction was the Delta Plane that we could walk in. I would say it's a great educational place to bring your kids to expose them to airplanes.
Best kind of museum. Focused on the planes from Delta's history without a disproportionate amount of reading vs artifacts. If crunched for time can clear most of the exhibits in about 75 min easily without skipping much. Other than boarding the planes themselves the museum is wide open making it easy to navigate with children. Recommended. Well worth the $15.
If you like airplanes you will love this place. It has some good exhibits such a restored DC-3, The Spirit of Delta 767-200, the 747-400, the 757-200, and a DC-9. The gift shop is nice too.
What a fun place to visit if you're picking up someone at the airport and have some time to spend. The highlight for us was the 747 which is mostly empty inside allowing you to get a sense of just how huge they are. There were a number of cool displays in the main building as well. If we went back we would call ahead and make reservations for the Flight Simulator, which looked super cool. (I believe they said that takes an hour and happens a couple of times as day.)
A great place to spend a couple of hours. School groups will also benefit from this.
Wonderful opportunity to climb around a 747 and 767 aircraft. You're able to get up close and personal with the equipment see where crew members sleep on long international flights. The historical museum on Delta and Western Air was interesting but the reason to visit is the incredible Boeing aircraft
Michael at the flight simulator was awesome. Whole visit was enjoyed by the whole family.
Very interesting , a hidden gem if you are an aviation fan.
We went with a 5 yr old and a 3 yr old. They enjoyed playing inside the 767 and 747 the most. They would have enjoyed a sit in cockpit though.
A hidden gem. Real 767 and 747 jets you can walk through plus other vintage aircraft. Traces the history of delta airlines and does so with class.
It was worth to visit this flight Museum. You See the 747-400 How the wires are Inside the plane. Everything had been taken out, except the First and Business Class. We could also sit in a DC-3 which is Inside very luxurious, so we had to carry gloves and special Socks over the shoes. The history and the uniforms were very interesting to See.
nice airplane museum my niece attended her prom there they had it arranged elegant
Wonderful experience. Anyone even slightly interested in aviation will not be disappointed. The 747 exhibit stole the show! The staff were amazing. Nice little hidden gem at ATL.
Amazing place and so much cool aircrafts to see and experience.
Absolutely loved this museum. It's a simple set-up with a very impactful layout and content. Great for all ages!!
Well kept exhibirs that take an older person (50's, 60's, 70's) back in time.
Tremendous display of vintage aircraft and very informative from a historical perspective. Staff very friendly and eager to answer any questions, great attitudes. A must see for every flight enthusiast.
Beautiful. Excellent way to reinvent a retired aircraft. Love my company.
The day we went the museum was closed to prepare for a private evening party. A pity. Anyhow we were allowed to visit the Boeing 747 on display which is amazing. Very friendly staff.
An amazing aviation spectacle.
Didn't know this place existed until recently. Very interesting place if you enjoy airplanes and their history.
A good place to learn the history of Delta Air Lines.
Great history for an amazing company, must see if you like or love aviation! Amazing staff and memorabilia!
Great place to visit if you have a couple hours to kill. It's the history of Delta Airlines, with a bunch of vintage aircraft. There isn't a whole lot to do, so it'll just be a few hours. You don't need the entire day.
Wow! Just airplanes. If you are in Atlanta, this is a must visit place if you like airplanes. It is all Delta flights, all you want to see in 747 aircraft. Take a tour and learn everything in this flight. Feel the old times by seating inside and that smell, uhh! It was not expensive to get in, like $15 per head, less for seniors and kids.
Absolutely lovely and fantastic place to visit
I expected bigger amount of items, but it's very interesting anyway! I specially liked the plane rebuilt inside as a museum. I had fun with interactive displays - one with old commercials was the best! You can see lots of original cutlery and uniforms, even the torch for Atlanta Olympics! Don't miss tour in Boeing outside at the parking lot!
Great history and fun for aviation enthusiasts!
It’s a cool place to see the evolution of Delta fleets. Actual hands on approach is available to the paying public. The only downside is that there’s no Braille on any of the information consoles. Nor are there any captions available on their videos. ADA law has been in effect since 1990 and still to this day, it has not been thought out clearly for the patrons who may be blind and/or Deaf.
Cool place. Big open spaces. It could be ideal for big field trips for daycare, and that sort of thing, as long as you have multiple chaperone's as there isn't much partitioning from exhibit to exhibit. It would be brutal if it was full.
Interesting museum. Admission was half price because the 747 was closed for an event.
Great museum with lots of airplane and company history. Lots of airplanes to walk through and even a simulator to fly if you buy tickets. Need at least 2 hours to see it all thoroughly. Will definitely come back!
Awesome place to visit for everyone, even those who aren't travel buffs.
I'm a big commercial plane fan and this place fits the bill hands down! My dad is terrified to fly but wanted to see and sit in a plane. He got his chance. The staff were great and the gift shop was not expensive. Already planning a return trip!
Great stop in Atlanta an Avgeek must see admission is cheap and you get to experience some amazing things walking through these aircraft.
Visited museum with my 16yr old granddaughter on a weekday aft. Only a few people there which allowed us to take our time and enjoy each exhibit. The gentleman manning the interactive flight simulation exhibit shared proud pics of his great gradaughter with us. A very pleasing experience I plan to share with other family members.
Fantastic experience! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Just know if you want to see inside the 747, check the schedule because it is not open every day. I also bought time in the flight simulator, and the instructor was very patient. It was worth the extra money.
We loved it here!!!! There was only a few people there and our two girls got to run around and got to really explore and had such a fun time.
Great place to visit if you're an Aviation buff or Delta fan. Friendly staff and interesting exhibits.
Lots of history. Really nice staff. Nice museum.
Awesome place. The 747 was an amazing add. Wish they would add to it. Maybe more hands on for the kids.
Very interesting place to visit... only thing was the 747 was closed for a private event.
Amazing and very interesting e informative
Really cool spot introducing the early days and equipment of Delta Airlines. The presentations were entertaining and informative without being too dry. The airplanes are very well kept, and so is the facility. Definitely a good destination for aviation enthusiasts! I'll certainly visit again.
Very nice awesome and historic place to learn about Delta Airlines it’s a relaxed fantastic great place. The staff is very helpful attentive courteous and caring in helping everyone.
This place is very nice! I had never been here and came for Smithsonian Museum Day. I am very glad I chose this museum to visit! The amount of history is amazing and the place is very educational. If you like to fly or are interested in airplanes or even a career in the airline industry, this is a great place to gain knowledge. I plan to return on a regular day when there are not as many people around to get the full experience.
Great place to visit if you have a couple of hours or more. Staff was friendly and helpful, you can sign up for a 15 minute simulator flight if that interests you. It is pricey but no of no way of experiencing a real simulator just like the airline pilots. Also being able to see the innards of a 747 without all of the seats and plastic molding we normally encounter was interesting and educational.
Very clean store the employees are very nice and very customer-friendly. the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely go back and visit this store again they had just about everything that I needed that I was looking for if not they told me where I could go get it.
Our family Really enjoyed the Delta Museum, highly recommended visiting
AI2019 found some nice things
This was an amazing museum. Great facts about Delta and the history of the airlines. You can even tour the inside of a 767. It was very magical for me. They even have a 737 simulator which can be used, however it is quite expensive at about 400 to $500. Up to four people can ride in it so it would be good to split the cost with some people. Overall, very nice experience.you can also tour the inside of the 747 that they recently retired.
We did this on our very last day of our US trip, as we were staying in an airport hotel in Atlanta and it was real good time spent, learning more about aircrafts. There is so much to see and learn about aviation in general, and Delta in particular in this museum. The 767 and 747 tours are "one off" experiences, and I realised how complex the mechanisms are, in an aircraft like 747.One can easilty spend more than 2 hours at this museum and never miss it if you are in Atlanta
Love this museum. Shows the awesome history of not only DELTA, but aviation in general.
Good, not great... It should be free or $5 not $15. I felt like I was going through Delta's employee orientation. That said, the history of the company, various artifacts on display along with the ability to view cockpits close up is interesting. Across the parking lot, you also get to walk through a 747. They cut part of the ceiling and floor out so you can see how it was built and view crew areas etc. Amazing how large that old aircraft is.
Beautiful, clean and spacious exhibits showcasing the origins of Delta through to current day. The flight simulator is pricey, but definitely worthwhile! Highly recommended to kill some time in Atlanta!
This is a great experience for aviation geeks, folks who fly, and anyone interested in the history of aviation and Delta's contribution to the industry. It's also a chance to step aboard a real Boeing 747! It's great for all ages and has a nice gift shop with lots of Delta merch. It's located on Delta's corporate campus, and just adjacent to Atlanta-Hartsfield Airport, so you can watch aircraft take off and land.
Great museum cataloguing the rise of Delta and NWA as well as those airlines that were apart of that ride.
For those of us who like to travel, aviation and airplanes, a great museum to visit.
My first time at the Museum. The space is amazing and the staff was great.
From crop dusting til today, the museum covers it all, with lots of static displays inside and out. Also has full size flight simulators you can use for a fee.
This was the nicest facility to be at for such a function.
Good history and planes. The real simulator is a great experience.
Wonderful experience with my colleagues and I ! We love Delta!
I came today at the end of a business trip only to find out at the guard gate that the museum hangar is closed due to filming. However the 747 is open and I could walk through. Upon entering the airplane I was informed that it was $7.50 just to walk through. I guess that just gives me one more reason to hate Delta.
A good experience to learn about the origin and history of Delta and aviation during the years. Kids would love the Spirit of Delta and the 747 experiences and biggest highlight is accessibility overall.
I received the flight simulator session as a Christmas gift. Was not that enthused. It was fantastic. Mike was a great teacher and we had three fun flights during our one hour session. Or teenage son and daughter also got to fly and loved it.
I was working an event here, the space is beautiful. I would love to go back to actually see everything. It was amazing though.
Historic hangers housing Delta's history and some commercial aviation history over all. Completely self guided and all at your own pace. Awesome to be able to touch and explore planes. It would have been nice to have had more personal touches though. We only interacted with staff when we purchased admission tickets, security and gift shop.
The Delta Flight Museum is a tribute to the history of Delta Airlines. Delta began as Huff Daland Dusters and evolved into the airline we know today. The museum is divided into two sections: The Prop Era and The Jet Age. The Prop Era has several planes that were part of the Delta fleet including a Douglas DC-3, several propeller engines and a replica of Delta’s first general office (hint: it’s formerly a gas station). A simple interactive display helps children (and adults) understand how the yoke and pedals control pitch, roll and yaw of an aircraft. Other displays show the development of Air Mail and cargo services. The Jet Age has a complete Boeing 767 and a Boeing 737 simulator among other exhibits. You can exit the museum, walk across the parking lot view a McDonnell Douglas DC-9, a Boeing 757 and tour a Boeing 747. Inside the 747, you can see not only how the cabins were laid out but also how the mechanical systems of the plan work including the flight controls and the air handling systems along with the history of the development of the 747. If you’re in the Atlanta area and interested in aviation and/or Delta airlines history, you’ll find a visit to the Delta Flight Museum worthwhile.
I love to go there I go all the time why every time that I have so I can see the aircraft.
This is such an amazing place! I love that they have "The Spirit of Delta" and the 747 open to tour inside. Seeing the history of where the airline started and how it has evolved was spectacular! I definitely recommend it!
We visited the museum as a family. At the gate they asked for IDs for adults. I was carrying my passport but my wife was not. They were kind enough to let us in. The parking situation is not the best. There are no clearly marked or separate parking lanes for the museum. The instruction was to "go over there to the brickwall building and park anywhere". There were maybe 5 or 6 parking spots with "museum visitor" painted on the ground. We parked there. There is nothing much going on inside apart from the shop and the 767. The 747 is parked outside and you will have to go through security again and show your ticket. The only inconvenience there was the attitude of an employee who was setting there having lunch and trying to tell me how to control my 3 and 5 year old behaviour. The museum is not worth the drive to visit unless you are hanging around that area which I was.
This museum was really neat! It had all kinds of cool and interesting artifacts. You are able to walk around at your own pace and take as much or as little time as you want. It wasnt very busy at all, so that was nice. They have airplanes to even go in and check out. Delta has quite a history!
A nice place to take friends, guess and family to tour.
It was a really nice museum to bring my father to, who is an aviation fanatic. It has history, nifty memorabilia, models, several full-size aircraft, some of which you can walk through. The cutaways inside the planes, so you can see the ductwork and electrical etc, was very interesting. It wasn't so big that it ate up an entire day and left you exhausted, so that was a plus in my book. Like Goldilocks and the Three Bears - it was just right. We went on a Sunday at noon, and it wasn't crowded at all. My husband was able to take several nice photos without people in the way. If the flight simulator hadn't been so pricey, we would have tried it out.
Great tour of the hangers by our guide 'Bill', and Veterans like me get in free!
Really cool experience for aviation geeks, travelers or those little ones who like airplanes. You have the opportunity to look inside different planes, including the 747. Cool memorabilia, gift shop, history of Delta airlines etc. I would allow at least 2 hours if not more (depending on how much you read).
Flight simulator experience was worth every penny. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This was my third visit and will definitely be going again.
Very friendly staff great place for family
I went to the museum for a holiday party. It was wonderful! It's so interactive and fascinating. They have a 767 parked within the hangar of the museum that you can go inside. I will definitely be visiting again.
Great place for all aviation enthusiasts young and old. Lots of neat exhibits and interactive displays. Cheap admission and you can’t beat watching the airport traffic from the wing of a 747.
Awesome history, front desk was friendly and helpful, they even took our pictures
737-200 Simulator demo was fascinating as well as the older Boeing 747 interior & exterior, modest cost- worth it
If you’re an aviation geek like I am, this is a must see! They have a full history of the airline and several aircraft that you can get an up close view of including the 767 and 747.
Really interesting to see how Delta has evolved over the years
Went for a corporate event, but got to see some of the museum. Absolutely awesome!
Great museum to learn about Delta Air Lines history! And don't forget about going to the 747!
This would easily be a 5 if we could have seen the rest. A Delta mtg inside closed the museum today so we could only view the 747. On the plus side, half price...but still disappointing if you drive there to find its closed. The 747 in its cutaway form and access is awesome though.
Great exhibits, but you have to check times for key ones-747, DC-3, and others sue to use as a meeting /function venue. Well worth a trip. Employees are extra nice. An underrated attraction compared to to others in Atlanta.
This is one of those amazing places that you happen across, and you cannot explain how you learned about it. We went and bought some porcelain dishes, a pair of PJs, some other serving ware. Saw many seats, serving carts, lots of Delta posters, DC-3 propeller, MD-88 tail piece and lots more. It is held once a month, in a support building behind the museum. I will be back.
I went on a Sunday, so the place wasn't crowded at all. Enjoyed seeing the planes up close. Wished the touch screen information pads worked so you could learn more about Delta and how the exhibit contributed to its success. Best parts though were the 747 Experience and walking through the B767. Next time i go, i would like to do the flight simulator experience. Prices are reasonable and parking is free. Staff members are helpful and friendly.
This place is huge and has lots of Delta history. There's plenty of space to move around without feeling like you're going to bump into someone else. I was also here for a party which made it way more interesting.
Me and my boys had a great time. Had to peel my two oldest boys to see other things. Promised them we will go back. Can't speak highly enough of the staff there, and their knowledge. Lots of fun.
If you get a chance to meet and fly the simulator with Capt. R.C. "Chick" Smith, do it! What an incredible man with an incredible career. He has served our country and had over 200 combat missions. He is indeed a treasure for Delta and this country. Make sure to thank him for his service.
This will be one of my unforgettable experience! I dreamed to become a pilot but because it is expensive I wasn't able to become one. At the Delta Flight Museum, I was able to simulate a flight! It is so cool and amazing! I will surely return again soon.
Pretty cool place to see some of the history of Delta. Adult admission is $15 which is probably a little steep but they do have some cool planes on display.
Awesome place to see Aeroplane inside structure and Vintage Aeroplans. Good place to visit with family
