REVIEWS OF Orlando Science Center IN Florida

Absolutely loved our stay at Port Orleans Riverside resort! The entire resort grounds, buildings, pools, etc. are amazingly well kept. Every cast member goes above and beyond to ensure you have a magical Disney experience. Disney truly does it best and it's worth every penny you pay for it! We loved the pools. The main pool was open to 11 pm so the kids were able to swim after long days in the parks. The life guards were doing their job but were letting kids be kids, not blowing their whistle at every little thing like we're used to at our community pool - really refreshing. We were amazed at the lack of bugs! In a tropical setting with lots of water, it was astonishing to not be swarmed with mosquitoes. Our room was very nice, the kids loved the little Tiana touches in the room, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. If we were going to be spending a lot of time in our room it would have been nice to have more space for our family of 5, but given we were in the parks most of the time, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

If you're looking for a fun, educational, and inside attraction- the Orlando science center is the best one in Orlando. With kids or without, you'll find an entertaining way to spend your day here. Local parents- get a membership. It's the best place to let the kids run off some steam in FL rain or shine!

Colin Clifton

I think I might have enjoyed it as much as my two year old did. I can't believe someone rated this a one star attraction. By far one of the best Museums/ Science based Amusement parks I have ever seen. The orange tree exhibit, the science based games, it just blew our minds. This is better than Disney imo for small children because there are zero lines. Just rooms and rooms full of games and places to play. If I could give it ten stars I would.

Stuart D Hamilton

Fantastic half day out for the kids. Staff are friendly and there is something there for all kids to enjoy. Lunch options need improving, but otherwise an awesome place.

Sean

Science Night Live is a great event that brings the imagination and wonders back.

The Whiskey Tasting

So much things to do. Especially if your kids love Dinosaurs. Loved their aquarium and small reptiles.

Sora Jang

Turtle and gater feeding is really neat to watch. I forgot the exact schedule, maybe around 2:30pm at the Nature Works 1st floor. Right now the center opens late till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The STEM workshop had a constellation paper circuit class on Saturday afternoon when we visit and my kid enjoyed it very much.

Sheray Patillo

Hard to navigate but lots of cool exhibits and hands on activities. The dome theater is awesome!

Oscar P

Well it seems like is empty of interesting things especially if there is not a major exhibit going on. Even my daughter who has gone many times in the past said “there is not much here, feels empty” save your money and wait for a major exhibit, otherwise avoid

John Niedzwiecki

Amazing science museum. So much to do and see. All of it is hands on for the kids. Areas good for many different ages, including just some areas for them to climb and explore. Kids really enjoyed some of the actual experiments you could do especially the non Newtonian fluid. There are various shows throughout the day both in movies and live. We saw the Kaboom show about explosions that was a big hit with the 4 year old and the laser light show projected in the dome with "summer" music. Absolutely will be going back to see it all. Best to come early because it's not very crowded at all at open time so much easier to get to do whatever you want at that time.

Nelle Soyibo

Great places for children to let their imagination run wild. Brought my 2 year old there and he didn't want to leave. Tip: if you're military(veteran or otherwise) , you get in free but your peeps get in half price. However you must pay the $10 parking fee for the garage. If you can find parking cheaper and walk to the center that'll be another option you can take.

Lindsey Perez

So many fun things for the kids (and adults) to enjoy! We spent almost the whole day here and had a great time.

Leah

I took my daughter for her birthday and this place is the best. She talks about it all the time. Sooo many things to do! Everyone is very nice and helpful also

Top Notch

What an awesome place! I enjoyed the Orlando Science Center as a kid when we went on a school field trip. Now, as an adult, I still enjoy it when taking my daughter. The cost of admission is extremely reasonable and the content is fun and engaging while also secretly being ultra-educational. In short, the kids will be having too much fun to notice that they're also learning science. How great is that?! As I mentioned earlier, it's even entertaining for us parents too. The annual pass is very affordable and well-worth it because the exhibits are always changing year-round. Parking is abundant; location is great; I really can't think of any negatives here. I'm looking forward to enjoying the OSC with my grandchildren one day!

Luis Rivera-Machín

The Dr. Phillips CineDome is the coolest part. We saw two different films today and we loved it! Although I wish they had a little bit more exhibitions for adults.

mokaddesul hoque

Great collection for toddlers and young adults. I liked the fact that most exhibits can be touched by the visitors. It was very crowded though, l think they should add a building or more space and spread things out.

Adam Perry

I bring my son here several times a week. It's a great annual pass to have if you have a family, since there are plentiful activities for learners of all ages. Pro tip: Teachers get free admission!

Harriet Nelson

We took our two sons here during some family time to have some out of the sun fun, and it did not disappoint. Three floors of fun with different areas for different ages. We have been to lots of these around the globe, and although nit as big as some, the OSC is right up there in the rankings. The facilities are nice and clean, and the staff were very nice, helpful, and professional. The large number of staff during our visit was a welcomed change from some science museums we've visited which are more messy and have a free for all atmosphere. Bonus - our membership to our local equivalent got us in free. Highly recommend.

Rhea Eva Crofton

Our family absolutely loves the science center. My daughter has loved it since she was just 14 months! It really has something for every age. I love that my daughter can play and have fun while also learning! And the staff there has always been so wonderful. Our favorite parts are the alligators and the fish tanks. It is also SO convenient to have covered parking and a covered walkway into the building. This is our favorite place to play in the hot summer and it's an added bonus that the summer storms won't catch us as we walk in. We are moving out of state and we will miss the Orlando Science Center terribly!

Adam Barreto

The science center is a fantastic place for young kids (and the young at heart) to spend a day with family. There are activities for all ages and their membership program is a great value for local residents. Almost all activities are indoors, so it's a great stop for rainy days to let kids run free and complete activities.

Rachel Mateya

A must for any local FL family, great for an indoor relief from the summer sun for tourists. The Boeing exhibit surpassed the Ninja Turtles but both were fun and enjoyed by the whole family. The dino exhibit is tucked all the way on the uppermost floor, don't miss out! Subway in the food court is your only option but the staff is friendly and the food is well prepared. We will be back!!

Connor Wyatt

Love the science center and how they are expanding. I agree with another reviewer, more food options would be nice. But it's a great place to spend a few hours and beat the heat.

Natalia Reynoso

We came for the Adults Only Science Night Dead event and it was so much fun!! They had a lot of intereactive activities, interesting talks and events going on from 8 pm- 11:30 pm. They also had alcohol and food for purchase. Overall great experience!

Jennie A

Science Center is a must do for Orlando, especially if you aren't planning to go to a theme park. Love that the science center has something for every age group. Always has unique quality traveling exhibits at a good price point. The staff is extremely friendly and informative.

chris cruz

Went to the Orlando Science Center for their Sensory Sunday event. As we went through, we were able to enjoy the activities in a quieter, calmer setting. Parents of children with autism, this is the place to be.

Katie Beach

Orlando Science Center was great fun: for all ages! I was especially psyched about the maker space and the art gallery here: I could've spent all day just in that section.

Liliana Pascuzzi

I am a OSC member and have enjoyed my trips. I have a toddler and newborn and my son loves the kids zone! I also love that the area has their own bathrooms and even a nursing room! As a breastfeeding mom I feel at ease nursing my newborn in my wrap or the room. My toddler also loves the water play area.

Daniel Troyer

There is quite a bit to see here. The admission price includes a movie so it is a pretty good deal. Lots to see and do with the kids.

Sheri Hakizimana

My favorite place to go. There is always something new to see. It's like walking into another world. Very interactive. Plenty of things to do for ALL ages. An entire area built for tiny tots, infants, and young children. Spend the whole day here. It's worth every penny. You'll certainly be back.

Ashley Arnold

We enjoyed the little time we had there... There a lot of fun stuff for families of all ages...

Timothy Ondrey

The science center was great. It really is a fun day for all ages. We saw the Apollo 11 film which was a great way to experience space. I wish there was more staff at the different exhibits explaining more. There also needs to be a Florida Science Center Brewing Company.

Karen Houck

What a great place. My students REALLY enjoyed their field trip today! I heard "cool" during every activity, from multiple, if not all of them! That's not easy to do. My only real complaint is that we didn't have more time to see and do more, but that's I-4's fault not the Science Center's.

Steve Britton

Such fun for the whole family!! And a great deal if you bank with Bank of America, they have free access the first weekend of every month u just have to show your Bank of America debit or credit card and your ticket is free!!! Gotta love that.

Mike Loh

Great for kids to play and spend their energy there all day so parents can be happy too. Lots of hands on activity and giant theaters with Educational documentary movies

Pat Ryan

Usually a 5 star review, however not informing public that science lab is closed and only open to summer campers was very disappointing. My grandson looked forward to going all month only to find the lab was closed. Try to explain to a 6 year old that he can't go in and do the experiments he loves yet sees other kids in there. Very disappointed

Analeese :D Bailey

This is a great place to take kids. It has lots of cool reptiles to see and interesting science activities. It also has a kids town exactly for kids.

Cat Awad

We love OSC! We've been taking the kids there for 12 years and we still enjoy it. There are always new exhibits going on and we never get tired of going.

Michel de Breyne

Great place to visit with kids. Tons of interactive exhibits. If you have a museum pass from out of town, they do participate in ASTC reciprocity program and grant free admission

Andrea Cleary

Amazing for kids of all age groups!! My son loved the aeronautical/jets and planes area with the simulators. We got the chance to build our own jets on a computer software program! I loved it, too!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor water play stations and other stations were very enjoyable for all age groups and family members!

Autumn Zimmerman

As always the Science Center is amazing! We greatly appreciate the cleanliness and there staff is polite. Love the ladies that run the activity center in the kids area.

Paul Jennings

It’s like a toddler version of heaven. This place will wear out a three year old. As any parent knows, that alone is worth any price.

Carter Brackett

Don’t miss out on such a unique asset to Orlando! Easy to spend hours here with kids of all ages 2-13 range. Extremely well maintained free to roam environment full of science that adults and kids can enjoy. Don’t forget to get in an IMAX film in the 360 dome cinema!

WILL YIP

Pretty small place. I wouldn’t go out of your way to visit.

Ricky Cuellar

Recently purchased a membership for the OSC and it has been a great value. There is plenty to do and see here. We love having somewhere to escape the Orlando heat and humidity with our little one. Looking forward to having our son explore more of the exhibits and screenings as he gets older. Parking is free with the membership and came with a few guest passes.

Debra Wiedemann

I brought my 18 month old grandson here. I was so surprised to see they had so much hands on for his age group! And a special are just for under 2! I will visit each time I visit him! Thank you for having such a wonderful place for kids of all ages to learn!

Leon Robinson

This was one of the best science museums I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few with my kids. There was something there for everyone of all ages. I think I had more fun than my kids just experimenting with all the different exhibits they had there. We went when they had the teenage mutant Ninja turtles exhibit and my kids enjoyed that. This is a great way to beat the Florida heat and it's not to expensive for a good 2-3 hour adventure

Brian Paul

Who doesn't love science?! The regular exhibits and activities are lots of fun, educational, and have good variety. Their changing exhibits have always been a hit, as well. If you think you'll visit more than twice a year, definitely get an annual membership! It is a tremendous value. No blackouts (that I've ever heard of), includes free parking, a discount at the Subway, and allows entry an hour before it opens to non-members. It's great for all ages, and the staff are awesome. Highly recommended!

Amanda Youngblood

This place is great for families or anyone interested in science. There are lots of different areas with different science focused and tons of fun activities for kids to do and try to help them learn about everything. They also have a rotating exhibit so if you go every once in a while, you'll have something new to experience. My kids love it and ask to go back a lot. They also have a very affordable annual plan for families.

Rita Moore

We absolutely love the Science Center. They update the exhibits often enough that it feels like a new experience everytime. It's the perfect outing when the summer heat demands air conditioned activities. Our toddler LOVES the kid zone area and it never fails to teach her a little something while she plays. The annual pass is WELL worth it.

Juan Cruz Martinez

My kid loved it, the toddlers space with the oranges is super fun for the small ones, and it's really cool how it's set up with the full orange production chain. Other kids sections are also great, like the water area and other activities. Great place to spend a rainy day or simply to let your kid run and have fun

Billy Clifford

This place was awesome. We went on adult night so there was booze which made it even more fun. The exhibits were interesting and fun for pretty much anyone. Nearly all of them are interactive which made it a great way to get kids into science. The building is Beautiful inside and out. The park around it was clean and spectacular at night. I can't wait to go back during the day and check it out. It's absolutely somewhere you should take the family for the day. Your kids will thank you for it.

Tristyn Lee

Something for all ages! They have an area called "kidstown" which has many different exhibits and places for kids to blow off some steam and learn in the process. They even have a 0-2 year section with an enclosed crawling area for safe exploration and discovery. With a cafe, subway and many blockbuster films included with price of your admission membership is definitely the best way to go. Less expensive and more engaging than a children's gym experience.

Derek Dickinson

My 1st grader loves it. He's delighted with the sphere that images of the planets are projected on. Could spend the whole day there.

MacKensie Maerhofer

The science center was a fun place to visit and learn for our whole family ages 2 up to 65. Many displays were interactive. 4 stars because they did not play the correct movie in the theater and when we said something to the representative he said that is what was loaded and they couldn't change it.

N Kelley Barrows-jipson

Well laid out floor plans with room to handle families. Great exhibits on several floors

Thomas Bracco

The Orlando Science Center has really stepped up their game in the last few years. I used to feel like it was a tired and sorry place for being located in a mid-sized city but the recent renovations and additions really hit it out of the park. My 4 year old loved the Kid's area and spent at least 3 hours in the various rooms amazed by what she saw. The rest of the exhibits are very hands-on and intriguing and make for a great afternoon of educational fun for the whole family.

Amit Kabra

Kids had a lot of fun. There were 5 kids in our group from age 1 to 7, and they all enjoyed. Neither one wanted to get out in the end.

Daniel Archer

This was the highlight of our visit. We checked out the exhibits, had fun with the physics demos, and watched a few interesting documentaries. Its about what you'd expect for a science center. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and we had fun. The multilevel arboretum with the aquarium at the bottom was a win.

Crystal Rose

A really fun place to visit. 4 levels of interactive learning/games and a theater. We got to do the flight lab while visiting here. My kids loved it! They felt as though the were flying an airplane. There are several different labs throughout the day. They have baby alligators, too! We got to make a biodegradable flowerpot with newspaper to take home. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed spending the day here!

Kathy Reynolds

Its was amazing! First time with the family, and we all had a great time. Staff was nice and shows were great! Our daughter was very interested in everything!

Stephanie Lero

Kids had the best time... Definitely will be returning And the volunteers helping with making the slime thank u so much for ur patience and understanding when helping these children make the one thing they ABSOLUTELY LOVE ...Will be returning again real soon

Joshua Smith

He had plans to go to the beach today but it was raining.. luckily wee heard the Orlando science Center. This place was absolutely fun! From are 15 month old all the way up to our ten year old, we had a blast! So glad we decided to go. We only got to be there for a few hours but could have spent all day there. Next time we are in town we will definitely visit again!

Dacus Grant, Jr.

This place has all kinds of wonders for kids to enjoy. We spent several hours here. Kids of all ages should enjoy this museum.

Beattie Therrell

THIS IS A KIDS MUSEUM!! Don’t expect the Smithsonian or any actual museum, this is basically a daycare. I blew $80 thinking this was an actual, cool museum. COME HERE WITH YOUR KIDS NOT YOUR BROS

Bill Gunning

Rivals the best and surpasses most of the countries Science / Children's Museums. Yet appeals to children of all ages, even to adults. Hard to say enough about the qualities of this great endeavor!

r Mason

Great place to go with family! Kids had a blast. Can't wait to visit again.

Walter Class

This is a great science center for children. The exhibits are generally interactive and children from very young to their early teens will enjoy the experience . Movie Times are in the afternoon and evening. It gets a little repetitive with a annual membership.

Zoomplayz

Awesome stuff! It's lots of fun and the shop has cool stuff. Just bring something to change into, if you go to the water part in the place. (Part not park)

Ry Guy

Kids had fun. Not sure I'd go often for the price though. Comparing season pass cost there to sea world.

Bri606

Really liked this museum even though it was more directed towards children and we weren't aware until after buying tickets. But it was fun to feel like a kid again, play on some exhibits, and learn some cool facts. It was a good use of our time in the area.

Chunk

place was pretty fun for my family. I like the fact things are hands on. makes it nice to be educational and hands on to keep the kids entertained. would definitely go back again. only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is a couple of attractions weren't opened.

Tabitha Carroll

I love this place! Fun for adults and children. My kids ranging from 2-13 all enjoy themselves. I would say the little ones like it more. Lots of interactive learning FUN! A lot of the exhibits are changed up seasonally so check the website to see what is going on while you're there!

Joseph Lazarus

A good Science center geared for 5-12 year olds. When I visited, the dinosaur section was off limits and reserved for a select group of people. There's a lot they can do to improve this science center. If you plan on going there, I suggest parking across the street which is free or else pay the parking next to the Science Center.

Lisa

Perfect entertainment for kids of all ages. (Great for when it’s raining or just too hot to be outside) Especially love when they have theme months and contribute a whole floor to new exhibits! (Check the website for upcoming events.) The kids love visiting the animals down stairs and there is a huge indoor play area that you can’t go wrong with! The shows are limited so be sure to check the scheduled air times and arrive a few minutes early to guarantee seating. There is also a subway and snack bar in case anyone gets hungry. (Coffee is offered at the snack bar) A parking garage makes it fast and easily accessible to the front entrance to purchase tickets.

Dimitri Mercier

We have annual passes here they always come up with new things for the kids to see and do.. there is an observatory for night viewings of the planets. Animals for kids to look at ... And plenty of cool interactive science for kids of all ages.

Jill Stafford

Educational family fun. Lots of areas with different aspects of science to learn and/or test.

Breece Wilson

Fun place for kids of all ages. We really enjoyed the Makers room. The kids theater and the laser light show. Highly recommend!

r rose

Love this place! We had a grandparents' membership so we could bring our two grandchildren. When we renewed with our daughter in law, we learned we could be added to their family membership for just a little more. Saved money for everyone. My young grandson could spend all day at the water exhibit. Terrific experience!, best to come on a weekday, not Wednesday. (We forgot and came on a Wednesday, but luckily it was a first Wednesday)

Eduard Azayev

Good spot to spend hot summer day in Orlando. Lots of fun for kids, clean restrooms on every floor. For family with kids.

tam ro

We had a great time in the tot sections water play and storytime.

Josh Miller

Great place to take the family! Learning and fun for all ages. Most of the exhibits reinforce the core concepts being taught in elementary STEM. Affordable options to purchase membership for families. A very neat place. A must see attraction in Orlando!

Jessica Camacho

Very interesting place . Awesome for kid and family. I went with a group and the dinámica is a little different, they give us a itinerary and a guide person that show us the different areas. This year was Lauren and she was the best guide so far. The children enjoy the areas in order and we spend the day learning and enjoying science in a safe place.

Laurel Ludwig

This is my 2 year olds absolute favorite place! We have become pass holders so that we can go often. I love that they are always switching up their exhibits so there is something new for us to see. I will also say that when we go with groups of older kids they also love it. My 15 year old nephew spent all day with us there and was NOT on his phone all day. It was amazing!

Izaak Hale

Annual pass holder. We love it. Perfect for rainy weekends, gives our little one something cool to do while learning something too.

Tim Langerholc

Membership is a great value, especially if you have kids. We just spent over 5 hours there with the kid completely engaged the whole time.

Stacey Simms

Great entertainment, a lot of stuff to do for the kids. There is a lot of science and dinosaur facts. A lot of Hands-On experiments. It is a great place to take the family.

Joshua Appelt

This is an amazing experience! There are interactive experiences on every floor that are relevant and working

Charles Entress

This place was great. My kid had an awesome time, the 5 adults had an awesome time. The wifi was spotty at best.

Laurie Jackson

I took my five-year-old grandson and what a great day we had together it was our first experience at the Orlando science center and we definitely will go back.

Billy Kof

All Indoors. We went with a 4 year old on a non-rainy Sunday. It wasn't crowded. Fun stuff for kids plus science exhibits they have were interesting even for that age.

C S

Great experience, amazing staff and while it's focus is on kid's attractions, adults will still have a good time. They also do tons of special events from a wide variety of themes, topics and for every range of age. It is a bit pricey and it makes it a bit less attractive to come back frequently but it's worth the price to go at least once a year and to a couple special events.

Richard Jett

Fun for all ages! They do a great job in keeping kids of all ages entertained while they learn. You will enjoy your time here making memories.

Treesa Benton

We have an annual pass. We go almost every week. Worth so much more than any other available theme park!

Michael van Zwieten

By far one of the best science centers around! Always a fun day with the kids!

Lutes J

A fun place place for kids to explore and do some hands on science experiments. I had a great time there with my 7 year old daughter and her classmate. We did the Magnet group activity, which I think was a wonderful learning experience. The staff were very friendly.

Stacee Johnson

This is one of my favorite places to take my son. Always so much fun , a lot to do, the shows are amazing and interesting. They change the themes often so it's never boring. Definitely perfect for the summer too because the temperature inside is wonderful !

Michelle Curry

Loved it! Went for Messfest and had a blast, I think we're going to become members...so much to see and hands on play. Great for kids from 1 to 99 years old (the grown ups had just as much fun)!

Tori McLean

A great place to visit. They have many hands on exhibits and movies that encourage a love of learning in children. Adults alike can benefit from the many experiences. We enjoy when they stay open late on select nights, as there are opportunities to use telescopes to view the stars and planets. The coffee spot on the second floor has been a wonderful addition, having coffee and pastries while your little ones explore and learn is amazing! If you live nearby, I recommend becoming a member. Membership offers some great perks and it's nice being able to pop in on a too hot or rainy afternoon for play!

Jessica King

We Love this place. My daughter loves it! So much to do. So much learning. Its a win win. Great for all ages.

Patrick Kuczynski

A wonderful time for our whole family. Spent easily 8 hours playing in all the different exhibits. My 2 year old daughter had a blast and the different areas were fun for my wife and I as well.

Ford ST

I needed a break from universal studios. So my Wife and I decided to check the science center out. It was a good experience. I have always been a fan of science centers / museums and this is a good one.

Chuck Em

Great place to take kids for a couple hours away from the parks and crowds. Good exhibits and a lot of hands on props. Multiple floors with multiple themes. There is only one elevator so be a bit patient as it goes quick. There is a parking few in the parking garage ($5) so advise to bring cash for quick access. Nice gift shop. Bathrooms are clean considering the amount of people that go.definitely recommend. Also, recommend the sites around the museum too.

Erika C

Amazing place, so much to do. Love the huge screen for the documentaries and the new quarterly exhibits. My kids absolutely love this place. The annual pass got the family is affordable and a no brainer. Great staff, clean and safe environment! We come at least once a month

Angie Ghali

Very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly. Lots of fun activities for kids of all ages. Highly recommend! The best part for us was the water park area and the toddler play area.

Eleanor Reeves

This was our family's first visit here and WE LOVED IT!!! Christian was super cool with getting us through in a timely manner at the registrar. It was our birthday celebrations for two of my granddaughters and they were super excited once they realized we weren't really going to Chuck E Cheese. There was so much for our huge family of 12 to do but did not complete it all, so we plan on coming back with more people!!! This would be a fabulous place for a school field trip!!!

Stephanie Rogers

My kids and I love the science center. The annual membership is very reasonable and so worth it. They have new exhibits often and my kids have a blast every time we go. It’s great for something to do indoors during the summer

Jose Fababa

Awesome Place! Very close to a lot of other venues, not too far from Downtown Orlando, O-Town, CityWalk or Disney Springs. Liked the vertical set up, lots of cool exhibits and a good amount of nature related items to peruse through. Some cool theater events and lots to do, kids or adults. Highly recommend the Science Night Live event they host.

Lillian Tirado

The museum itself has great exhibits but today was horrible to visit. Only one elevator working.

Lauren Friedman

The staff were super friendly and helpful since my friends and I had never been there before. The whole experience was awesome, even though we're all 23+. The artwork on the upper floor and the Pulse memorial were both really nice and unexpected. We also enjoyed the 3D printing lesson and cool token to take home! The live animals were also unexpected (we didn't do our research, obviously) but totally cool to see and learn about. Despite our initial worry that everything there would be for children only, there were also plenty of cool things for adults. (100% child friendly though--they probably even learned more than my friends and I)

Natalie Scott

Learning fun for all ages. Worth getting a membership for free parking and entrance to special events. Always something to do here. Love that there's a Subway on the first floor to lunch at and love the new coffee bar.

Christopher May

We had a great time at the Orlando Science center. My daughter had a blast looking and playing with all the cool fun activities to do. We got blended with different kids that were there for their summer activities field trips. Discovered a lot of interesting things that we haven't seen before and see a lot of variety of neat things that the center has to offer. The staff are very friendly and they had some help with some of the teens who are volunteers to help around and explain some of the things that are on display or events going on at that time. Overall we would probably come again for the price we paid. I think it was worth it.

Cindy Floyd

Fun for all ages with interesting exhibits. We enjoyed out visit and will be returning.

Jessica Chinchar

Our kids loved this place! We were able to use our EBT card and ID to receive a discount which made our tickets $3 per person. We will definitely be back soon. Cannot wait to see more exhibits.

Russ Thompson

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kid's Town is great. And the adults can do all the activities with the kids. We pack snacks and make a day of it. Wonderful for toddler age kids.

Michelle Hartman

A great place to take the kids no matter what the weather or age. There are different areas for different age groups so everyone can have a fun, learning experience.

Matthew Jay

Love my annual pass here! My 3 year old and I love coming here. Children can run and play and most importantly, they are encouraged to touch everything. It’s air conditioned and they can explore everything! Perfect for kids. I stopped eating subway when subway lied about their chicken content, so I too wish they had a better option. So we just bring our own food. Love this place!

scott

If you’re looking for a great experience for young and the not so young

Lillian Rice

Attended a birthday party, the room wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after it was supposed to start. The pizza was cold, the plastic table cloths that they used had been used so many times prior that they had holes in them. The hostess helped serve the food & there were no napkins provided until after everyone was done w lunch. No one picked up the plates after lunch. It was a disorganized mess. The empty pizza boxes were not disposed of or removed. The boxes were thrown on the floor where the kids were walking by & anyone could of easily tripped. Actually I would never recommend this venue to anyone. The party room looked uninviting. I didn’t even want to take pictures.

This place is fantastic! First off, it's indoors which obviously makes it very attractive during the Orlando summer. They have a playground area for little kids, and an exhibit hall that changes regularly, offering many different experiences (right now, it's a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle exhibit). I have a five year-old son, and he will often ask to go here instead of using our Disney passes. I highly recommend!

Such a great science center! My family usually visits at least once a year and they're is always something new and fun to do. Plus, my wife and I were married here so yeah, I like this place a lot!

I'm a 9/11 survivor visiting from NYC. I developed ptsd and anxiety and do not drive. Unfortunately Orlando Ubers do not provide car seats so when I asked OSC if they could hold my car seat for the 2-3 hours I'd be visiting with my toddler they declined. I wish I could have enjoyed this location with my son but perhaps OSC will decide to review policy and provide reasonable accommodations in the future.

I enjoy science night live at the science center. This is a 21+ event

Outdoor Adventures

Kids loved it here. A lot for them to do and keep them occupied. We spent several hours here and they couldn't get enough of it. Kids were 3 and 6. Great to get them into interactive games and gets their minds thinking with some of the things to do there.

Jessica Harper

Super fun place! We went for an event weekend. My two young kids has a great time. Good place to learn and have fun. They also got to make slime to take home.

Melissa Lee

We loved the live animals!! Great for younger kids, my son is 8 so he wasn’t so impressed. Always a good learning tool for parents. We are from Minnesota and have a much larger Science Museum.

Eya Bejaoui

It was a very good experience for my toddler the dinosaur was her favorite. My only problem was the elevator. I had a stroller for my baby and one elevator was broken and the other one was too slow

Amanda Ann

Went on field trip and had a GREAT time. Big awesome place. Lots to do & learn. But our school bus was late coming from Lakeland and than got stuck in accident rush hour traffic. So we ended up , 7 kindergarten classes with 20 to 25 kids in each, locked out and stuck in the court yard area for about 3 hours .! All of course had to pee. At 1st while they were closing the staff let the kids use the restroom, but then proceed to lock the doors.

Stephanie Zundel

My toddler loves this place and the staff has repeatedly gone out of their way to be helpful when I’m struggling with my two small children. Great for ages 2-8. Interesting exhibits and a lot of interactive stations.

Don Wynn

We have taken our granskids here for many years. It is always fun for them with lots of hands-on activities. It is fun for us too. We usually spend a few hours here so it is not an all day activity. Someone mentioned that there are limited food options in the museum. That's true but there are many food options in the area. Extend your time in the area with a visit to a nearby restaurant.

Bruce Wiley

Took our four-year-old grandson for his first visit. Can't imagine a better way to keep a youngster entertained. He, and we, had a ball! Plenty to keep kids and adults entertained for hours.

CM

Somewhat disappointing. Seems it's only popular for the toddler town. Brought the older kids here and a guest from out of town who were all terribly underwhelmed. The staff was very sweet and engaging which made the experience better. This is more like a museum than a science center.

Patrick Phillips

I was there for an after hours, private, catered affair. I got to see the patrons leaving; as normal operating hours were now over. It was good to see so many young families are still utilising this facility.

Kelly Pratt

This is a great activity for young and old. 4 floors of exploration to stimulate your senses and enhance your knowledge about various areas of focus. It is very interactive, and perfect for explorers and/or those that love to learn hands on. It's in doors, wheelchair accessible, very child friendly, and you can't beat the price compared to other activities like Ripleys and such.

Travis Webster

This is the second straight year we’ve been annual pass holders here. It’s funny how much we’ve done here and the kids always find something new and creative to do. Their summer camps are amazing, the day is always filled with events. Most of all they are really investing into STEAM activities. My kids have always loved experimenting and figuring things out. The older they get, the more intention they are finding behind each center. It’s an evergreen place and for the price, it’s probably one of the best bang for your buck deals in all of Central Florid.

Steven Solis

Attended the center while working a field trip during the summer. Had a blast taking my group around and showing them all the exhibits available. The staff were friendly and patient with the kids and even passed up some small souvenirs. Whenever I got the chance I also messed with the interactive exhibits. They did a great job making the center enjoyable for all ages.

Martial Trevett

What a great place for children and adults. We had a great time. The staff is very friendly.

Deborah Hughes

We took our two sons here during some family time to have some out of the sun fun, and it did not disappoint. Three floors of fun with different areas for different ages. We have been to lots of these around the globe, and although nit as big as some, the OSC is right up there in the rankings. The facilities are nice and clean, and the staff were very nice, helpful, and professional. The large number of staff during our visit was a welcomed change from some science museums we've visited which are more messy and have a free for all atmosphere. Bonus - our membership to our local equivalent got us in free. Highly recommend.

Karim sanchez

Enjoyed it with my girlfriend. A great way to spend the day

lizard man

Very educational. Kids love it. It's something to do...

Brittni Beard

Such a cool place! We are visiting for the summer and it's just me and my 6 year old daughter during the days so we love exploring. They have 4 floors of activities; dinosaur digging, ninja turtle world, STEM activities, movies, and the list goes on. Also has a subway & souvenir shop inside.

Ann Marsh

Best place to take kids. No long lines. A/C. Stuff to learn, lots to do. And then too let them play in the climbing room until they use up all that wonderful energy! If you have young kids or grandkids, the season pass it's the way to go!

Lizz Kholikov

So fun! My four year old loved this place and was so upset we had to leave. My 20 month old enjoyed herself as well but some things were a little difficult for her to do. Still would definitely recommend.

Marilyn Cardenas

They have a good parking space, really good for kids, a lot of activities, and if you have a ebt card you get a great discount.

Iske

really enjoyed this place with the family so much activity's for kids.

Mack Amorn-Vichet

Lots of fun for smaller children. Older children not as much. Free parking on the art museum side.

Nowuseeme92

really really fun to look around and play with everything. Great for kids all ages and adults as well. Can get crowded but overall is still a good time with the family or just you for a decent price

patty livingston

This Science museum will keep your children having fun with hands on experiences from room to room. Some rooms are labeled 2 - so parents know they arent meant for older children. There are also some climbing displays ,and some creating. I thought it was very interesting when you were able to learn about snakes ( and even touch one while a science person held it and talked about it. There were turtles, birds etc.

Jonell Orr

Went for the Real Radio 104.1 charity event for the Mustard Seed of Orlando. It was awesome! We want to go back to visit to see the rest of the Science Center.

Jessica Wolf

We had a great time with both my toddler and 7 year old. There was something for everyone.

Maggie M.

My 6 year old had a great time but if you are allergic to dust you might want to make other plans. There are fans blowing all over the place and we saw an air vent covered in dust. After about 30 minutes in there I was sneezing and my sinuses were irritated and inflamed for the rest of the day and night.

Cesar Maltes

100% recommended... Awesome place for kids, I got the membership, it’s worth it. Really educational and nice features.

Fabian Pomareda

Great service and very well set up. Definitely worth it and lots of things to do with the kids. Gift shop items are fairly priced and if you have a Bank of America credit card or debit card plus an ID, your admission is free. Student discounts as well. Parking is only 5 dollars across the street and its connected via a see through walkway on the second level.

Tara Morris

Great place to spend time with the family while learning and having fun. My kids are always learning something new. The Super Science Show is a big hit for our family.

Mar Love

Great place! Always a great time. Staff is friendly, special shout out to Esther and Lex for being so great with kids! Super fun, kind, interactive, and all around sweet! They helped enhance my kid’s experience. Only complaint is food options. Thanks, ladies, for being who you are! You guys are awesome!!

Vivek Shankam

Its great place for kids to learn so much about our planet. Its a whole day affair. So please make sure you have at least 6-8 hours to spend there.

Andy Shorley

This was our second visit to the Science Center when visiting family in Orlando. Both visits have been great. Our kids loved all of the exhibits and had a blast during the visit. We may make this a regular thing when visiting family.

Linda Martin

I have an annual grandparents pass, we all love it. Very fun and informative..

Ericka Potosme

I went with my one year old and he really enjoyed this trip, me in the other hand not so much. I went to the infant area and there were many older children unattended. The parents either on their phones or no where to be found. I was worried they were going to hurt the small children. It's really a free for all place.
