This Museum is included in the category of Rail museum.
Great family place for a quick outing. Just enough to not become boring. Both my toddler and teenager were amused. Nothing fancy and yes the trains are old, but it is a museum.
Very educational place for all. Had a good time.
Low cost train rides for the kids and adults.plenty of picture opportunities in the trains.only wish they could clean some of the old cloth seatd but that takes alot of money for maintenance and this is a nonprofit place.free to get in 1st Saturday of the month. They have a nice model train room where u can see replicas of trains and kids can play with the trains .
I did not visit inside the museum but did go on the polar express. This ride needs improvement. To start is not even a ride it's the train going one way and then riding back. Second it's very poorly decorated inside the train. Third the chocolate serve has an awful taste. I hate to say my friend told me so but I wanted to see it with my own.
Super hot not much to do. But cool trains
Very good place if you like trains!
Mixed review. Im glad it was free. I don't know what it is like on other days. I would have loved to walk into the double decker or have seen more trains. Enjoyed that they open their doors for local vendors.
Had a great day with my kids
Cool museum right next to Zoo Miami!
Definitely a place to visit in South Florida to bring your kids or for photoshoots. You are free to walk around the museum and there are many trains to climb on and check their interior. You should be able to see everything in about 2 hours.
Its a nice out for the kids..
Kids had a great time. Nice collection!
Excellent condition preserved cars. Great glimpse of history.
I took my son for a day with Thomas the Train. The cost for both of us was $52 with tax and "service charge". I had never been to the train museum so I didn't know what to expect... But I was hoping for an actual train ride considering its advertised as "a 35 minute interactive train ride on Thomas the Train himself" Instead we go and sit on a train car with a front engine that is framed as Thomas the Train. Inside of the train car there is almost no air conditioning and you have to wait a little while for the train to depart. During this time there is absolutely no interaction or even music relating to Thomas the Train. Once the train departs... There is some Thomas the train background music (since the speakers aren't loud) and a couple volunteers who hand out certificates and temporary tattoo stickers. The train goes nowhere. It moves at about 1-2 miles per hour to pull out of the train station with "spectacular" views of rusted train cars along the sides. It then pulls alongside the train museum and sits for a few minutes. Then the train pulls backwards again for another 3-5 minutes at 1-2 miles per hour with views of trees and shrubs and debris along the sides of the track. After this "exhilarating experience" it then pulls back into the train station and you get off the train. Outside of this one ride they have a "storytelling interactive train" which has 2 window ac units which cannot at all cool the train. Inside the train there is a single folding table with a few chairs and someone reading a Thomas the train book and a group of 10 or so chairs in front of an old tube TV playing some Thomas the train episodes/movie. The TV is small and not loud enough to hear even from the seating area and the storyteller has no real place to sit considering the width of the train car. Overall this event is really poorly setup considering the price and lack of attractions. Even my under 3 year old son thought that "Thomas is broken" when we didn't go anywhere and he was ready to go home in an hour.
Great place to hit up right before nap time
I came to the Gold Coast Railroad Museum to look at some railroad cars that I had read about. I was pleased to see that they were all there, they were represented very well with placards describing their purpose, and I was able to go through many of them and see the insides firsthand. Overall I was very pleased.
I personally enjoyed this museum very much, but it definitely isn't for everyone. I am not a person who is really into trains, but I can appreciate these locomotives at the museum. What I do love is history and these trains at the museum transport me to a time that I was never apart of so it captured my enthusiasm for history. For example one of the trains that I enjoyed the most was a train that seems to date back to the 50's and 60's and it was a passenger train. I could go into the different cabins and dinning areas and it really made me feel like I was stepping into history. In my honest opinion this museum is best for people who love history, vehicle engineering, and obviously trains. One last thing you can pay extra to ride in the locomotive (the front train car) and they let you drive the train it was pretty cool.
Love this place. Been coming here for 13 years and now the last year with the Boy Scouts. If you want to eat a good burger chips and hot dogs make sure you find out when the Boy Scouts are coming on a Saturday. It’s usually the first Saturday Of the month which the entrance it’s free. More than likely the Boy Scouts troop 23 will be there. They have a phenomenal grill master that can cook up a storm. Furthermore it’s a great place to take your young ones and old ones the reminiscence about trains and learn about trains to. Again if you make sure the Boy Scouts are there you’ll get to sample of the best burgers chips and hot dogs ever at the museum.
We came for the Thomas and Friends event which was fun for him. I wish the other trains were in working conditions and did not look so run down
First Saturday of the month is free. Small museum that has 4 rows of train carts. Excellent for small children, beyond that age they maybe be bored. They offer train rides at scheduled time for 6$ as of 2018. For adults there is not much to really do besides the Ferdinand Magellan train cart, that cart in and of itself is a national landmark. It was the train car that several presidents rode prior to air force one. It cost an extra 5$ to tour and is worth the admission, and helps maintain the preservation efforts.
My grandkids and I bought cab rides, Chris was a great engineer and they literally had the time of their lives. Unforgettable, wonderful.
The kids love this place and so do I.
The staff was great. But the trains are in bigggggg need of maintenance and cleaning.
Had a lot of fun ghost hunting the spirits came thought tonight.
The place Is amazing but it's Dirty. I couldn't breath! Too much humidity. Please, clean the Museum! It will be a great place to visit in Miami.
A little piece of history
Trains, we love trains! We have traveled on Amtrak, Metrorail, and Tri-Rail. We have traveled throughout Europe, and trains provide comfort, space, an ability to read, play games, and view the world as it goes by. The Gold Coast Railroad Museum offers visitors an ability to witness how trains have evolved, how Presidents travel, all that is possible by traveling on a train. Highly recommend that you visit, take your camera!
Great place to take the kids! Visit the exhibition about the station's history is a must; did you know that we had a zepellin squad based on this place, for the protection of Florida during the World war II ?
Experienced the Polar Express train ride. A lot of different locomotive cars to look at. Fun place and is near Miam Zoo.
Went during the week so a lot of the activities weren't available including the train rides. Walking through the trains was very nice, a lot of informative displays. Took my two sons 2 and 8 and they both enjoyed it.
This place is desperate need of some kind of huge renovation. The trains are in terrible conditions. The is nothing to eat. No wonder you go and it is always empty. You will be the only car in the parking lot (not kidding)... I went to take a few pictures of my two year old daughter and when I was leaving I was told that next time I was going to be charged $50 dollars and hour because I had a professional camera. What!!!!????..... guess what there will be no next time...They should be ashamed to charge $20 admission to this abandoned yard with old rusted trains
I have been going here since I was young and have been here over 25 times over the span of 3-5 years. This place is amazing. I have some recommendations before you go to this museum. Here are some do's and don'ts of the museum so you can have a good time Do: Have a good time. Be safe and careful around large equipment Be mindful of where you walk Wear closed toe shoes Behave in an orderly manner Go in the direction of the train corridor Watch out for any hazards Have common sense Don't: (and I repeat don't) Act a fool and ruin the experience for everyone else Climb or vandalise any of the equipment Treat the train cars as an attraction to be played on Try to access closed areas that are there for your protection Use any of the facilities that are non functional such as old toilets in museum train cars Wear open toe shoes as you may hit metal or wood and it will hurt. Try anything that may or may not cause an injury and will send you to the hospital. This is the train museum and has large locomotives. As such it is mindful that you help your children and other people board the train so they will not fall. Again, try and be respectful. The trains are very old and they are not toys.
Nice hidden place. First Saturdays are free and makes for a cool outing. Great to see the old trains up close and personal. Would return for the special events just to see how things are changed up
This is the place for all age groups, especially for kids and train lovers! There is a real vintage working train to ride. Terrific display of train engines and passenger cars from a various eras... 1800's - 1950's! Even a presidential car used by FDR, Truman and Reagan. First Saturday of each month free entrance!!! Numerous train artifacts displayed. Ample free parking and several food vendors. A military history museum is within walking distance.
Only 3 stars because we were able to enter only 4 trains. There were a lot of other trains in their patio but they were blocked to visit. 2 trains that could be visited had signs apologizing (they were closed for events). We did ride the little train and it was $5 per person. The little train was a cute experience for my kids (2 and 5 years old). I knew they had an activity room in the past but it was closed. We stayed for 1h and it was enough to see everything it was available. The trains were wet inside because it was raining the day before. But the lack of care inside the trains broke my heart. I thought that because they are a museum they would try to keep it a little better. I guess it is expensive to repair. It is a nice place to take old style pictures.
As a child who has always been fascinated by the railway era and locomotives, this museum has a special place in my heart. 10 years later I finally visited this wonderful place and I must say it was everything i could ask for. The whole experience was very nostalgic especially with the 60-70's classical music playing in the background which really added to the mood and experience. I am definitely making another visit sometime soon. I would highly recommend this place to any train fanatic and to any family. Wonderful experience, i cannot stress that enough.
A very cool train museum to walk around in and see how trains used to be. They also have the train car that Truman rode and carried the "Dewey defeats Truman" newspaper. I would have loved to take a tour of the presidential car the day we visited, but we were running short on time. I may have to make a return trip!
It’s a small place but i liked it!
Old , rusty , moldy train they provided for the Thomas the Tank expo. Horrible customer service and the trains they use should not pose such a health risk.
Great Museum and staff! Hidden Gem.
Cool place , recomended
Attended a special event for the holidays and rode the Polar Express. It was a little overpriced for the event but definitely something I suggest you try at least once. Great decorations and I know the kids all enjoyed themselves.
should have train rides on the csx homestead sub to Homestead, FL train depot would be awesome !
Its like an indoor outdoor museum. they have a nice collection of trains and equipment. And the location is spacious and wide open. Now some people have this thing for Trains. specially tho old types of trains. My uncle for instance would go crazy here. By the way on the first Saturday of the month they have a train ride on Free admission.
Well, make sure it is actually open because Google said it was but they are closed for seasonal redecorations until January '19. Kind of a bummer. Cool place otherwise.
Loved it but sad to see it lacking funding
Loved seeing the old trains. Didnt like how we couldnt go on a little train ride because the conductor got drunk the night before and didnt come in. Heard all about it from the staff. Also didnt like how you have to pay extra to see in the presidential train.
Nice museum that has a vintage vibe , cool to explore around !
We were here for the Polar Express ride! It was wonderful, the kids loved it, specially the hot chocolate! The decoration was great, the crew was very friendly and song all the time.
Everything is awesome.
Love going there. They need volunteers!
Love coming here and walking through the old railcars. Seeing the NASA locomotive is pretty cool, as well as the other railcar we found that transported Space Shuttle equipment. Great place to bring kids that love trains. Will definitely be visiting again soon!!
I don't know about spending the day here but it's a good place to take the kids for a couple of hours place has tremendous potential just seems a bit mismanaged and understaffed. I would love a job here so I can make some changes. But I got a feeling politics Prevail here.
For the price, I don't see the big deal of checking old, smelly, and moldy trains. They should reduced the entrance $
Couldn't get in. Closed to public because "getting ready for santa". This is understandable, but only if a simple note was added to the website so we didn't have to drive 1 hour for nothing
Pretty cool place! Follow me on Instagram: @i000 & @openiii
Very interesting place.
Good place to take vintage train pics. You do the whole thing in less than two hours. Good to bundle with the Miami Zoo.
Train museum is a little Antiquated and outdated but otherwise the trains are interesting to look at. In the model train area they need a train station that kids can play with
My Grandson Love Train He Love Gold Coast Railroad
The Official Railroad Museum of Florida - well worth a visit
Great place for the kids, don't forget to check out the model trains in the repair shop building!! Also first Saturday of the month is free admission! Love this place!!
My son had such a nice time. It was great seeing him so happy
Poor exhibit ! For photographers, there is not much to see as it used to be before. Same old painted few locomotives inside a hangar and outside the few machines that I used to do artistic photography are now surrounded by "Do not pass" fences, signs and maintenance material. If you are a photographer there is not much you are allowed to see. I would not call this a "Museum" any more, the place is getting worst every year The only reason visitors still go there is for parents taking kids to ride on the Thomas train. The rest is not worth it.
Run down yet, authentic. Definitely needs some TLC. Staff could remove spiderwebs, sweep stairs, cut the lawn, clean windows to freshen things up a bit. We visited on a Sunday at 1pm and the warehouse had one overhead light on, none of the many model trains were working and not a staff member in sight. The train ride costs extra and it sucks. What a shame cause kids loves train.
It's a nice spot for kids. I really enjoyed the murals.
Nice vibes. Need fans blowing outside. Very hot.
Awesome place to visit! Presidential tour of the Magellan was the best. Unique, fun way to spend an afternoon.
I LOVE this place, it has so much history in it. GREAT for photo shoots !!
The place is great for kids and if you like history about the world war 2. This way a naval base for WW2. Before the Zoo was here.
Awesome venue
I was here at opening time which is 11am. Lights were off inside the Trains. It was nice to see all the models. But they should be more interactive with the clients and keep in mind we went on a Saturday, which it should be packed. I wasn't feeling this place at all.
$8.00 too much for 3 trains no guides. Old equipment.
Great old Museum and wonderful people. An irreplaceable piece of Americana. We will come back to visit again.
Great museum to visit. A lot of history specially in the presidential train. Take the tour to the presidential train ($3 extra) is totally worth it. My kids loved it. A great experience for the whole family.
Pretty cool old trains! My boys liked going in them to see different old train cars.
I know it relies on donations and stuff, but this place is a little run down. I live going here though, cause the kids enjoy it. I wished more people were involved to donate, that way they can restore the other train cars.
The polar Express was awesome. I will definitely be going back next year
I was excited to visit this museum and had planned an entire day around going here. When I arrived, the place was closed and it was 11am on a Thursday. I walked up to the door and there was a tiny sign that said they would be closed until January 5th because of the holiday event they were doing. It would have been very very very very nice if they updated their hours on their website. Or maybe their Facebook page. Or maybe even their Google page. There was no signage as you drive the mile long driveway, no indication that they would be closed. Very disappointing. Sadly, I don't know the next time I'll be in Florida, so I'll probably never get to this museum.
The girl of the reception was super nice, I love the Museum it was hot inside the trains, it was clean, and the train was preserved. The prices are great to enter the museum and for the ride.
I took my 3 girls on the Polar Express at Gold Coast Railroad. It was the best experience! From the minute we walked in there were things for the kids to do while we waited for the train. Once we were on the train it was non-stop entertainment and fun. We sat in one of the " coach " cars and still had an amazing time. The cocoa wasn't too hot but it wasn't cold either. The cookies were actually really good. The only improvements are it was not easy to see from traffic and the restrooms were messy. However, none of that would deter me from going again. It was WELL worth the price.
Went to see thomas the train here. It's nice just wish they would upgrade the story time area, have more things to do with Thomas the Train and have his friends around for the kid to enjoy a little more. But it was nice still. My kid loved it.
That place has no wheelchair accessibility for 90% of the exhibits. And even worst after the first 20 there's nothing to do so in my opinion it is a boring place.
Its a small place with less than 10 trains to see. Its nice to spend about two hours there and kids love going inside the trains. Nice setting for pictures.
Totally awesome. Get to go inside the trains and look around and see different parts of the era. I loved it!!
If you want to see the old days of passenger train technology, this is the place. You have to guide yourself. Not real spiffy; not a lot of signage; and the exhibits are necessarily long so there's a lot of walking. But is is fun and interesting. There's a train NASA used, high end passenger train cars, old locomotives, an exhibition on race and railroads. It's also near the zoo.
Interesting experience for train enthusiasts of all ages. Locomotives and rail cars of every era. I was a bit disapointed that many of the rail cars and locomotives in the collection were off limits. There were some classic rail cars that you could walk through. You could get a feel for the grandure of train travel in years past. There was a section with models trains on display and some toys for the kids to play with. My son was just upset that you couldnt climb into any of the old locomotives. Safety reasons I guess.
The magical experience that the children have is wonderful. Had a lot of fun totally worth it
Very fun for you guys kids. Better in cooler weather than mid-June. Lol
Cool place... amusing
Nice museum if you are excited about the history of trains. They have some really cool stuff here from the very early ages of US railways. Loved the small model room as well. Bit off the beaten path but worth going there.
Fun Place Go with Family and Free 1st Saturday of every Month
Great place to see older trains that have been retired
Went with the family and friends. Fantastic history and lots of cars to explore, including a former US President's personal rail car!
It is clean and the trains are in decent shape. I really like the place. Good for the whole family.
Not very interactive. You can go inside a few cars but can't touch or do much. Highlight of the museum is a room full of train tables for the kids to play with but the room has no air flow and the AC is non-existent.
With good management they could create an amazing place, parties, recreation, history... acrually sadly close to be abandoned... during Christmas they charge an over the limit price, not accessible for lot of people, not worth it either.
If you are looking to go to a depressing place this is it!! If you want to waste your money for nothing, this is it!! There is no way to enjoy this place, staff is rude and uneducated! Nobody seems to care about the few trains or the amenities in the place! Everything is rusted and you can see that something is wrong as soon as you approach to the main entrance... Bad bad experience! I do not recommend to anybody! Is very sad because it could be an awesome place to spend quality time and learn more about how good it could be to the state of Florida to have more trains and more efficient ways to travel around the city...
Very cool place to visit, very nostalgic. Train lovers will like it alot. Very neat little WWII Navy exhibit when you enter the museum. Needs to be updated and revamped badly! Alot of delapadated trains and the grounds are not in great shape! Still a good little place to check out.
We came for Thomas and we were so disappointed. There weren't really any activities for the kids except for two bounce houses. The train ride was very slow and honestly boring. I feel like it was a total rip off. The museum itself seems so run down. There were two old locomotives and the presidential train was closed. Overall we are so disappointed with this place. We will not be returning.
My kids enjoy themselves had a good time with them I would recommend this before going to metro zoo which is next to GCRM.
Miami's best kept secret. Affordable and a must for history buffs
Awesome to take old style pictures and learn about history... The ride was good!
Bought a groupon $ 16 for 3 . Paid $5 each for a lame train ride . They should included. Staff very nice . They just wrk thr . Not their fault . Train should be included with the price of entrance .
Every time I go to this Museum it just keeps amazing me on how much history is kept Under One Roof. From the only surviving pillar of the blimp building to all the trains. The only thing that I have to say I was disappointed about was that you have to pay extra to go into the presidential train. On my last trip here I didn't have to pay to go inside. Still a great place and I look forward to my next visit. Love seeing all the NASA stuff there.
We had a surprisingly great time here ! The trains are interesting and in many cases you can explore inside. Having driven past this many times on the way to the zoo, I only wish we had come sooner. BTW adults and children can all enjoy.
We went exited to see al trains and possibly even ride one, but some of them were not accesible and there were no rides whatsoever.
Very calm. Take your time and visit each cart. There's a lot of history. Very interesting on how travels and transportation were in those times. Even today plays a great role.
The food trucks were their best thing. It is just a couple of old, rust trains
Really enjoyed the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. Take the private extra tour of the Pullman Presidential rail car... well worth the cost. Don't miss the model train building out back. The Naval Air Station was also Kewl!!!
The "Gold Coast Railroad Museum" is the beauty of Miami. The pinnacle of western civilization. Where else could you find trains that take you in record-breaking speeds of 2 mph with views that leave you in awe? Or the high-maintenance trains without a single breath of hot air? None other than the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. The majority of the venue is located inside rusty old warehouses (much like the trains themselves), which makes the entire museum look unappealing to the naked eye, but it's the trains that count. The trains themselves are kept very nicely. You could tell, with the paint peeling off and the amount of cobwebs it contains. The main attraction however is the train that plays dress up every now and then as Thomas the Tank Engine, The Polar Express, or whatever iconic children's train the low amount of staff could conjure up to roll in the dough. The view you could get from inside the train is pretty great too, the trees and the prison yard nearby is good enough to snap photos of. Overall this left me pretty satisfied. Would consider coming again if the admission is free.
Great. Kids love it i hope is a thomas train all year
Although the permanent collection of trains is limited and old, and the facilities are lacking, the railroad museum is a great destination for families with young children, particularly when the trains are running. The Polar Express is a great holiday treat for the whole family as well.
Polar Express train was a lot of fun
My son loves this place. Pray for birthdays and holidays
Great place to take your kids if they like Trains.
Kids and I truly enjoyed the Polar Express. Highly recommended!
Great museum! We spent there about 2 hours today! Nice exposition, you can go inside of many trains. They have a cute cat living there too.
Great place to take the kids and give them a history lesson hands on! They are also dog friendly and the staff is very nice.
The place looks nice but the ride with Thomas was very short and simple. I think they only have two rides, Thomas (big train), a small train that takes you around the park and a playground. We moved back and forth twice and that was the ride. They also had a few food stands that were awesome.
First Saturday of the month entrance is Free! My 3 and 5 year old enjoyed going through all the trains, specially the room in the far building were all the train models are.
Went to an event at railway Museum... Had a gr8 time
Brought 2 two-and-a-half year olds and they had a great time. We were a little confused by the sandbox with broken toys in it but, we let the boys play in there.
Was more of a train graveyard, which is a shame considering it’s supposed to be a state facility. Only a couple cars open to tour. Most everything else is rotting on the property and you aren’t even allowed to see half the equipment. The model train room is a dimly lit room with multiple train layouts but no model trains actually moving. Shame on the state of FL.
This is museum not only trains about, but aerostat's Naval Base as well during WWII. Very interesting place.
A must visit! Vintage trains in a very cool setting
Journey to the past. Excellent place for those whom love to admire the history of the things the human kind have done.
Fun day out with Thomas the train and family!! The ride itself was nice and pretty long, worth it. Not much else to offer other than the train ride tho.
Do not pay to go there. It is free first Saturday of month and is almost worth that The "25 minute train ride" was so disappointing. It goes there minutes, and then returned. Up and back. A three minute ride repeated 5x is not a 25 minute ride. The presidential car is only open for a tour that I did not see on the site. Offered so the coolest thing there you look thru a window. Do not pay to go in. And do not waste ,$6 on a ride I warmed you
You guys! This was so much fun! We went to the Polar Express 2018 and what a wonderful experience it was! We also have visited during normal hours and its always a great time! They have a free day once a month. I have a 2 year old obsessed with all things choochoo!
Interesting experience that is free on the first Saturday of the month. You get to tour inside the cars and walk around the big engines. We took the ride on the train. Nice experience for the kids where you feel the cars falling apart, convoy breaking and accelerating, switching tracks, etc. Great way to spend a couple hours with the boys.
Very disappointing. Half the trains are blocked off, you have no access to see them. Not worth the drive, or the money.
My daughter and I attended a volunteer activity here where she helped for more than 8 hours on April 10th & 11th this year. The expectation was that she would receive signed recognition and acknowledgment of her community service hours. She never received credit for her hours as promised. I tried to no avail to contact Alex and Elizabeth. I left messages by phone and email. Still no response. Due to these unfortunate circumstances, I have to say that our experience at this place was negative.
Very nice place for the kids and interesting for adults with rich US history.
Good, relaxing time with the family
The ONLY reason I'm giving this AMAZING place 4 stars, instead of 5, is not because of the Museum itself, but for the lack of money invested into it. The trains are great, the layout is awesome, and all the workers are very informed. I just wish the outdoor area, looked a little better, and had more information posted. But in all honesty, this museum is AMAZING for both adults and children. It's also great for parties and photo shoots!
If you love trains then this is the place for you. The train ride is about 25 minutes long
Fun time touring old trains. Only recommendation would be a/c in all the open trains. Also, someone should keep up with the outside appearance of the museum. Still, this place is lots of fun for the kids.
My family and I really enjoyed this place; it was such a cool and informative museum! We were all able to get $2 off general admission with our Miami-Dade County EASY cards which was a definite plus! Although, I did read somewhere that the offer ends at the end of the year, so make sure you take advantage!!
Don't go, the worts place to go in miami
We went for the Halloween special event in October. Total waste of time and money. You pay to get in and pay again to go on the train. That should be included with ticket price. There were only a couple vendors and maybe one person actually giving out candy to kids. It wasn't worth it one bit. The train was dirty and the haunted train was just a bunch of teenagers screaming at you as loud as they could.
Its a nice place
Super place to visit. We took advantage of the first Saturday of the month entrance being free. My kids loved walking through the few trains that were open and taking the train ride. My suggestion is to put a few more fans inside some of the trains, it gets so hot, smelly and there is very little air circulating through.
What a beautiful venue!
Looks like it's not completed yet or slowly falling apart.. However, it was such a nice experience and I would recommend to go there if you like trains and it's your first visit.
This place is great for it's blast from the past! Lots of history to learn from and experience here, not to mention their adorable mascot! You'll have to visit to see what I'm talking about, just ask to see Ash.
It has been a number of years since we had the opportunity to go to this museum...we were pleasantly surprised by all the additions and improvements, especially the history of the Richmond US Airship Base
It had potential to be something bigger, nicer and bring in more people. Nice place for pics but needs a big overhaul and remodeling.
