Children had a great time, they loved it. A great way to get out of the Florida heat.Just a note this is not a place where you can spend the whole day. Maybe 2 or 3 hours and you are done. Some activities are not included in the price. Food and drinks are expensive. Bring some wet naps just to feel better about all of the touching.

Stephanie Villagran

We had tons of fun making our own labels, making our own shape crayons and seeing her worksheet on the screen. Think flow could be better if had employees at each station to monitor whose turn or next in line. Would not believe how many adults are rude to kids. We tried to print our face picture but kept getting pushed out of line by adults from both sides of the chairs.

T. Marlene

Loved it. Very interactive. Impressed by the state of the art capabilities of making your art dance, walk the runway or play out a story. Took home many free souvenirs.

Sakina922 Cropper

Everything looked fun. Unfortunately some if not most of the inside attractions and games did not work paying to enter the factory and then nothing to do that didnt cost extra money was upsetting. The lines for the free make your crayon object were terribly long but if wanted something to take home from your experience that didnt cost extra you might want to wait.Maybe a child under 5 would of just loved being in there but any older then that would be bored.

The place is great for the kids. Kiddos had a lot of fun. But they're pretzels are absolutely awful.

Scott Ziegler

The mom of two: 4 and 6 gives it four stars

Heidi Omeara

This place is great. Make your own crayons, so much art products to do. Great staff.

Christina Harris

We need one in Texas!! Well worth a membership commitment! Kids loved it as well as the adults!

Dawn Cook

This is a great place to visit as a family or a school / summer camp for trip. There is so much to do for all ages. Thank you to the staff for everything! Our summer camp had a great time!

Kay Grave

The layout was not very good. When we entered there didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the layout and there was no one to greet us or direct us to the exhibits. The actual exhibits are good and interactive. Wish there was more organization.

A. M.

So fun to go with the kids! They have a playground, and a lot of activities! Annual pass is so much better if you're local!

Michael McCaffrey

Long lines, slow staff, and untrained staff. Everything can be summed up in just one experience: quarters. You need quarters for some machines. I tried to break a dollar to use on a machine. The quarter machine was out of order. Went to a cashier who said I had to use a machine. Told him it was empty and he pointed me to the other quarter machine at the other end of the room. Of course, when I arrived there it was not working. Both quarter machines had the orange light on which indicated they were out of order. This sums up our experience. Staff was unable to answer questions about birthday parties, they didn't care about machines being broken. This may have been nice before but it's not being kept up and the staff could care less.

I took my kids, ages 5, 7, and 16 to Crayola Experience for my baby boy birthday. We had a wonderful time! There were several different hands on activities for all of us. My favorite part was having the ability to personalize crayon wrappers and the create your own coloring sheet station. We also had bracelets engraved on site as well. I would definitely return and highly recommend going.

Cathy Miranda - Lopez

Had such a great time here with my campers... Its one of the very few trips that my kids request every summer to go to...

Lenny Jankowski

Pretty expensive for what you get and most of the exhibits were not working or had long lines. The season pass was only a little more than the ticket though. Maybe the lines wouldn't be as long during the week

Farah Yameen

My four year enjoyed herself for hours. There are many stations for her to color, paint and get creative. There are two play courses designated for younger and older kids which is very popular. There is a cafe serving pizza.

Roderick Westberry

The place is geared more towards 4-10 my son had a good time but I think he would have enjoyed the activities more once he was a little older. Honestly it's just due to the attention span. He is only 2 and he is everywhere. He did enjoy the mining event and the play towers. He also enjoyed the drip painting. Also the whack a mole game they had was a blast for him. Even though a lot of the machines had issues that would result in either them not working or eating your money/ token the staff would jump to helping. The staff personally I have seen bubblier crowds but I understand after a long day working around kids. The guy at the candy bar/ was. Counter was extremely patient with us so thank you Aaron I believe it was.

Gustavo Jacinto

30 dollars to get in is a great price.... But honestly it feels like a fancy carnival, rather than an experience. Place is clean and they are adding new stations. Workers don't seem to pay attention to broken machines, they rather just send you to "another working machine" instead of closing the broken one down and having it repaired. But eh, it's ok.

Marc Favreau

Lots of interactive fun. Children spend hours on playground. Educational crayon talks. Create your own unique Crayola masterpieces. Fun place for your next family portrait. ;).

Julissa Tavarez

My 3 and a half year old absolutely loved this place, there was so much to keep him entertained but what he really loved was the play gym. I didnt think i would spend 3-4 hours here like the website said but i actually spend almost 5 hours, excellent for busy toddlers!

Air Stream

Very fun. The only thing we didn't like is that adults are charged to get in even if they are not participating in the activities. I seen many adults just watching their kids. They are making a killing off this . Adults should not have to pay . It's not really for adults. Kids loved it though. The employees were not informative either, not helpful. We just figured everything out on our own.

Joshuah R

Well priced family fun that never disappoints and despite the crowds isn't overwhelming. My children ask to go here by name weekly, and the low price of admission, and amazingly well kept facilities make it an easy answer.

Diana Santana

I was ready to love this place and bought an annual pass before arriving. Upon arrival tho, they are sorely understaffed. The line to enter reached the door and only 2 people at the entrance desk, no toilet paper in most of the stalls, several exhibits had a line bc there was only 1 person there to help out, and there was no one behind the cafeteria at 1pm - food was just laid out. That said, the art and exhibits were fun and interactive.

Drew Calloway

So much to do! Make your own crayons, hand was molds, augmented reality, coloring (of course!) and so much more! Kids had a blast and the wife and I enjoyed ourselves as well. So much to do you feel as though it's money well spent. Even the pizza that comes with the tickets was good! Only complaint is how long it took to get the hand molds. In the end, it was worth it! Highly recommended!

Coretta Williams

It was a nice experience. Everyone should visit it at least once. My 13 year old thought it was cool

DONOVAN MCFARLANE

Great experience for kids and fun for adults also! Plenty of different interactive things to do and make. If you enjoyed coloring as a kid you will love it as an adult. The crayon label maker was one of my favorites.

bri l

Super rude staff!! The fudge was disgusting. No staff helped & most seemed to hate children. It was un organized & chaotic. There were a few staff members who were very polite and informative though. However the gift shop is WAY over priced.

Focal Leat

Interesting shop, great place for kids and gifts for special occasions. There is a kid zone available for parties and special events for those looking for unique party ideas. The service was pretty good, however we were not shopping at the time. No one asked if we needed or wanted assistance.

Cat Kraus

This place was so fun

heather fox

The crayola experience truly is an entire experice to be had. You are immediately surrounded by overwhelming sounds and bright colors and things to do. Melted crayons have never been so much fun. there is painting and moulding your own shapred crayons, spin art with wax, and a giant play complex for big and little kids to get lost in. There is something interesting for all ages, including a live demo of how crayons are named in the factory. Looks like a great place to have a birthday party too. We buy the season passes every year because my kids are never tired of crayola. Being in the Florida mall means better options for food and snacks in the food court than the limited things sold inside of crayola. a second awesome play area right outside of the crayola gift shop means we can pretty much spend all day here when it's rainy or way too hot out!

Hector Sanchez

Not that bad if your a kid. I personally only went cause we got a huge discount. My little boy got bored quickly. Definitely recommend a theme park instead.

Alex Treadway

Staff does everything they can to make sure the kids are happy. Lines weren't a problem either, they keep it moving.

DJ Peppers

There were lots more activities than I expected. We had a great time and made wonderful memories! The pizza was very good!

Olivia Smith

My son had SO MUCH FUN. He’s only 20 months, but there was still a bunch for him to do. Also, very affordable and lots of discounts available after a quick Google search. I’ll definitely be back!

Laila Puppers

Crayola Experience is always fun and less expensive than some of the other Central Florida amusements. They have recently refreshed some of the activity stations, (May 2019) taken out some older stuff and added new. We love drip art, modeling madness, and the new scribble scrubbies. We liked the older version of meltdown where you paint with melted crayon better than the new pen thing. They do seem to do a decent job of keeping everything clean and in working order considering the number of guests they have. They also seem to be trying to put healthier foods choices in the cafe, but those ¼ pound hotdogs are pretty good! Of course it all culminates in the Crayola store, but we always find something new to buy there anyway. The little one and I have annual passes, but I'm always happy to take her because I have fun too!

Marti Waller

So many activities to do. More than a days worth. Definitely going back.

Nik S

Enjoyed this attraction with my 6 year old. It was a little different from the other attractions because it’s mainly all about art, color and crayons! There’s literally crayons everywhere in every single color. My son had so much fun, as he is a huge art enthusiast. It’s also indoors, so the air conditioning felt so good. Our visit to Crayola Experience was definitely one for the books.

abby jacobs

Kids love it, adults hate it, but since it makes the kids happy why not endure it for a few hours? It was very very interactive and imagination boosting. I would say it was aimed towards children ages 1-12 and definitely a family friendly area! The inside is an open floor plan, which makes it very easy to let the kids go play, and not worry too badly about where they are. It's not a super large building, but full of different creative stations. You will definitely bring plenty of arts and crafts home with you!

Brenda N

I love this place. It had so much things to do there. I like it how also adults can participate as well as kids. It was fun making your own crayon and playing with the modeling clay. The drip art was really fun and cool looking. Also be sure to go and watch how they make crayons. You don't want to miss it.

Justin Stitely

Wonderful this time around everything was clean and organized, the staff was excellent and for the price of 5 dollars more we purchased the season pass, great time not really any complaints. Well except one, they had a cross dresser working at the crayon maker station. My only complaint about this is that it can leave a negative impression on kids. I'll have to check the next time if I go if this person is working, I don't want my kids getting confused on their gender due to one scary person working there. If this person is trans I understand but the problem I have with this is simply the person looked super scary and I wasn't sure if they were going to try and snatch my daughter or son up.

Clare Poulter

So much fun. We used a groupon but I would have paid full price. You get to do so much and the kids love it! They each get their own crayon, named whatever they want. A little pet they can color over and over again. Plus so many activity stations! It was great.

Mishary Al-Mudhaf

Excellent place to visit with kids but keep in mind the school tours might effect your visit.

raynard stewart

Definitely a stop for the kids. Fun little time for the family, although they could stand to update and fix a few things.

Nicole Andrews

We visited last July (2018) and my son still says it's his favorite. This is a great place to take younger children 3 - 8ish. Lots to do - photo booths, playground, little art experiments, you can make your own crayons and so much more. We happened to go at the same time as some sort of summer camp field trip. I'm not sure if this is something that happens regularly so be prepared for hundreds of tiny, screaming, wild children all over the place, just in case. Besides my eardrums being assaulted, we had a wonderful time.

Nisha Sanjurjo

So fun for the kids. So much to do and keep little imaginations busy.

Samantha A

Wow! What an amazing attraction! I was little skeptical about the price at first only because I wasn't sure what to expect but There's literally something here for everyone ! They have a toddler section for the little ones to play around in and over 20 different stations of things to do from making your own melting wax creations to photo booths it definitely worth visiting, the staff was super nice and the show on how crayons are made is superb

Mike Pete

It's enjoyable for kids, I don't recommend kids 8 and up going there for your visiting for a vacation. However it's perfect for a field trip. You get free crayons and drawings and a couple of other small things for free. You must try the booths and stations out because you might miss out. It's hard to believe we didn't walk out with a box of crayons though.

Jess L

Went after 5pm to get the $10 discount and was happy I did. Place is really nice for the kids but this place is crowded. Hard to enjoy the experience; however, overall it’s still a great place for the kids to see. Kids got to color a bird and watch it dance, molded a emoji and dog. My kids’ favorite activity was making the crayon art which it involved melting crayons.

Gene W

Decent experience but kind of pricey for two people. This place is on the end of Florida Mall and you cant miss it. I'm not going to spoil it for anyone thats never been, so i wont go into detail of what we did. All I can say is you have to experience it to justify the cost. Overall my daughter had fun and walking through the mall was another experience for another review.

Felipe Mavromatis

It's a fun afternoon for the kids. The annual pass is worth it, the daily pass is not.

HoneyBear

Went with my daughter and my sister and nephew. Was a very fun experience. It was a weekday. Not many people there which made it nice to be able to do things a few times without having to hey back into line. With admission you get to make a free Crayola crayon, spin art, wax rings, sharks, cars, seahorses. You can draw at one station with melting crayon wax. They have a detective hunt and find interactive game area that you use a tablet provided to play. At another station you can make a 3D frog or beetle and watch it dance on stage. They also have a coloring area and computers that can animate your colored pictures. You also get a free small bag of molding clay. They have other things you can do if you want to pay more. Everything mentioned above is included with basic admission.

April Rust

The place was awesome! It had something for app ages it seemed and even I had fun. We toured around and stayed for a couple hours and I felt that was enough time. My favorite spot was the coloring station because there are hundreds of sharp new crayons to choose from and lots of coloring pages. I'd go again for sure.

Nefetera Roberts

This attraction was very different. It give the kids the option and mindset to be very creative and express the skills they have. Me and my family will def be back.

Cristina Ferrer Lopez

Kids will have a blast here, especially with the playground area. For a family of 4 it's better to get the annual pass. My biggest complaint is usually some of the machines in the melted crayons sections/activities are not working, which can be frustrating. Also be prepared for the melted crayon smell, it can be bothersome at times. However the kids really enjoy it and love naming a new crayon.

Mark Harmon

Very fun family experience, we had lots of fun with my young nephew. Definitely an experience for younger children not so much for teens. We especially had fun using our tokens in the model magic machines to enjoy having fun with playdough style materials and work benches.

Jessica Clay

I am a 25 turning 26 year old child.. and this place was super fun! Me and my dad were just passing through and it caught my eye and we stopped in to see what it was all about. I am glad we stopped. Had a blast!

Michael Ketcham

Fix the entrance its chaos when you open the door, staff almost every station have zero care most don't even make eye contact. One of the melted design stations tool cover wasn't working no sooner than my son picked it up to use all the melted crayon poured out, pretty long lines for a Sunday. Place is okay but by no means worth more than a 15 min drive. If you have a discount maybe. Kids 4-9 IMO I don't think your 10 year old is going to be very amused.

Courtenay O'Connell

Who doesn’t love Crayola crayons? Or remember their first box of 8 colors? Or 64 with a sharpener? I do, and so do my nieces (48 & 9). So this was a must see experience for us. After paying for admission - only working teachers, not retired teachers like I am, get in free, and the prices are reasonable even if you don’t use a discount coupon - Olnika (very sweet) gave each of us a goodie bag for picking up treats at various stations in the facility, along with tokens that we used to create personalized crayons. We watched a movie about how crayons are created - baked and wrapped - and got a free crayon that had just been made. We visited various stations to make art using crayons. At one, you make a spinning masterpiece out of two melted crayons - you choose your own colors. Next time I’ll choose brighter colors. At another, you get a picture to color using melted crayons in tubes of various colors. It was messy and fun. Another station used digital art to take your picture so you could make a colorful mash. Then, after completing the mask, it was projected on a video wall AND sent to whatever email address you provided. We also painted a few bats, and watched them dance. There were a few more stations to visit, but we were running out of time. We paid an extra $5 so the 9 year old could learn how to make glittery slime AND keep what she made. She loved it! When we were hungry, we got a hot dog and pretzel, with a drink, and we didn’t pay a lot. The staff was friendly, the place was well run, and we all had a great time in a cool place on a hot day!

Maryluz Garces

This place have not food food for kids, they do not have any healthy food, just want to keep promoting unhealthy American food. Regular pizza saturated sugar sodas...... I couldn’t buy anything for my kids this is very ironic, a place for kids where they are supposed to expand their creativity with all this junk food. Not recommended. Very disappointed

Diana Philip

Cool experience for the kids. Just gets really busy, congested. The kids had fun.

Ocala Gem

Be prepared to deal with lines! It's a fun time, but you need to pack your patience. Also, Crayola has put a ton of chuck e cheeseish experiences in that cost extra.

Maureen Mueller

Its a great place to take the kids and let them have fun on a rainy day or weekend

Felicia Fefe Feliciano

So fun, colorful and exciting. Had tokens to just waste. Which was exciting. Everyone got crayons with names on them. Smelled like popcorn through out the whole place. I loved it.

Amy Norris

So happy we found this place!! So much for the kids to do and best part...4 hours with no meltdowns!! Food is not great but we snacked in popcorn and pretzels and we’re all good!!

Torey Reese

A good way to spend a few hours. There were lots of types of activities which is fantastic with a large age gap in kids. Plus fun souvenirs to take home!

Kaska Howard

Great option for an activities for any day but especially for a rainy day. Lots of stuff to do for young and old, great rate after 5pm.

Jordan Price

Great time! Was here for near 4 hours my 1 & just turned 6 year old both had a lot of fun

Njeri Gichia-Broussard

My son and I have had an annual membership for almost a year. For what it costs and all the options available it's definitely worth the money. We have regular play dates there with his best friend and her mom who also love it. We will be renewing for another year and I definitely recommend the annual membership!

Melissa Allen

Fun experience. We went as soon as it opened and got to do the majority of activities right away. We are in Florida during record high heat and this was indoors and air conditioned. Definitely a place to going you're looking for some low key fun for the kids.

Marcus white

My kids (7 & 9) and I had a great time there. Inexpensive and once you're in pretty much all the activities are FREE. Great way to tire out the little ones.

Jessica Ristich

Meh...probably not worth full price. Some decent activities for kids, but they were understaffed while we were there. The workers seemed stressed and anxious. Money could be better spent at another attraction, but it was a decent rainy afternoon activity.

Laura Rieker

I have been there 3 times. Twice I loved it. This last time there were 5 summer school programs there and the lines were too long to wait and do any of the activities and the free refill on drinks is very confusing. It states free refills with purchase on day of purchase but that doesn't apply for icees. That information should be stated more clearly.

Amanda P

Don't waste your money. Brought a 10yr old, she was barely amused. Lines were long at the activity stations. For how many kids that are in that place, it needs to be expanded. Adults should be half off since we are basically there to let the kids play/color, especially if you're not participating in the activities!

Caitlin Haulk

Quality has dropped over the years significantly. Half the attractions don't work, the other half cost extra money. It is usually packed with unsupervised school groups. The employees look ready for sweet death to take them and I don't blame them.

GrayC

Took our 5 year old grandson there for the first time. Had no idea how things worked and no one working there seemed interested in explaining it to us. Popular activities had long lines with kids staying as long as they wanted to at the activity--no time limit so other kids could get in. Employees only helped when kids needed it. The TV commercial is very deceiving. The room looks like a big warehouse that someone put activity stations in ---- not the bright, inviting , active place you see on TV. Very disappointed. Would never go back. My grandson could not wait to get out of there. Expensive mistake.

Keylin Howell

Visited on a Tuesday morning, it was not too crowded until about pass noon. The family bathroom didn't have hand soap. There were kids of about age 7 chasing one another through the toddler area (this is of course all on the parents). Food was pricey and it didn't seem like anything special. My daughter loved it so I will be coming back, but not my favorite.

Mean Bean

Very cool. When you walk in on the Back wall they have a very big assortment of crayons and markers that you can pick a tin and collect...There are 72 different crayons with the name and year that they came out with.. Great place for any Crayola collector...Very fun for all ages.

Joyce Giaquinto

Lot of fun and we went without children. I would say 5 and up would enjoy it most. Very colorful and lots of things to color, of course, and some things you scan and up on the screen is what you just colored. The pizza was excellent. Interesting info about the company but it was really fun, even for adults. Clean restrooms. Plenty of parking and you can go into the Florida Mall which is huge. They have lots of hands on things for kids. Lot of places to sit and color or use the clay with the safe tools provided. The staff was very attentive to the patrons. A huge play zone where the kids can climb inside, walk across a fully enclosed rope bridge and I think there was a slide inside. Really neat. Another place is where the kids can use chalk and write on the slate floor. Kids loved that. A nice break from the Mouse if you are going there. We spent 4 hours there and only left because we wanted to beat the storm. I was very happy there and would go again.

Rhoda White

The children (9, 8, 6, & 2 years) had a GREAT time! Clean, polite workers, and educational! BUT to charge the amount they do for adults is outrageous! This is children’s entertainment (and amazing) but nothing to do with adults. Most children’s places we have been to have free or discounted fees for the parents. Also please note that after paying over $100 to get in there are several additional things to pay inside!

Zuleika Martinez

Your child goes in free on their birthday, you get a discount if you buy tickets online, they have souvenir bottles you can purchase and get free refills the day you purchase and any other day you come its $1.99 the have something similiar with the popcorn but i didnt get it so cant really say the price .. When you come in they give you a plastic bag with 2 tokens you can use those tokens to make a crayon with whatever name you want to put on it and a token for modeling clay vending machine.. All there activity stations are very fun and will really get your kids imagination going.. They have a park for toddlers and a park for bigger kids and a food court .. It was very very fun my kids have enjoyed it.

Matthew Maclauchlan

Crayola needs to put on their website the fact that from opening until 230pm there are hundreds of kids there from schools, even during summer months. It is impossible to enjoy this as a family. Hand sanitizer stations were empty, no soap in bathrooms, and there was no crowd control. My boys were pushed bumped and run into by unsupervised kids. Be prepared to pay for some activities despite the fact that you paid a fee to get in.

Tiffany Thomson

So much to do and kept my kids ages 2-13 entertained for over 4 hours!! Very inexpensive for the amount of fun!

Kurtis S

This place is huge. We weren’t expecting a whole lot, but once you get up on the second floor the place seems to keep going and going. There are a lot of things to do and see. You can make your own crayon wrapper. You can draw with a melted crayon. You can melt crayons and spin them on to a paper. You can melt a crayon down into shapes. They had a ring , car, seahorse, and shark. It was a fun time.

Blake Cowdell

Nice place to take the kids. Probably best from age 5 and on. Cool activities and the staff were all very nice. The cafe food was absolutely terrible. Not only was it high priced but it was disgusting too. Everything else was fun.

jose rivera

This is a great place to go when the weather isn't cooperating. Make sure the kids have some clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. Plenty of fun and creative things to do. Plan on spending a few hours. Be prepared to exit through the gift shop.

Onet Daniela

Nice place, my kids loved it, BUT they need to do something when you buy tickets from Groupon so they can scan the bar code from the app not to stay at 2 lines(FIRST to get their tickets and after that to stay again to enter the playground), it's really not easy to wait twice with small kids!

Xiomy Gazabon

We all had a blast! There are lots of things to do. The kids loved to be able to pick and name their own crayons

Katherine Kareck

Fun place to go. You can make your own crayons, color pics and make a cool video.

Naturally Erinn

My 3 year old had a blast today. We stayed nearly 3 hours. There is plenty to do with included admission but also a few games that you need quarters for. There are also a couple places to get food such as nachos, popcorn and pizza. For the price, the food is pretty good and drinks have free refills as well. The staff is very friendly and patient with the kids. Very few lines for a few activities but they all move quickly with help from the staff. We recieved a coupon for $4 off when we questioned the front cashier in the main store, trying to figure out if it was truly worth the money or not. We are glad we went! The price was well worth it! There are also separate play spaces for older kids and toddlers which is nice. Bathroom was clean as well. This is something we will do again in the future!

Jeremy Parsons

Place has some neat attractions. Staff is not terribly interested in service. Pretty rude at times

genesis rodriguez

It seemed bland for the price and I think kids 5 and under would enjoy more. Lines take a while and half of the things to do require more money.

Lisa D

We visited here for our first time and enjoyed ourselves. The cashiers that greet you upon entry should be more friendly and upbeat. Many of the exhibits were not working or open and that was disappointing because the lines were long for certain activities. Also, it seemed as though they didn't have enough employees working that day and that slowed down a lot of the stations too. There should have been staff members walking around to make sure you knew what to do or how to do it. There seemed to be some confusions at many of the stations also. The cafe workers never greeted us and wasn't very friendly either. The pretzels and popcorn were very tasty. The young ladies in the wax hand stations were awesome! Very friendly! We had a great day! Plan on spending a couple of hours here because there is still so much to see and do.

Jessica Colon

Loved it! We went on a Monday so it was pretty empty so we did everything. It still took us like 5hrs because I wanted to paint and color everything! LOL!. With the ticket you receive 2 tokens and a voucher. They have few areas to use the tokens but they are really meant for the "create your crayon lable" and for the "playdoh". You can get more tokens in the machines inside. The voucher is to get a pet that you can color with markers and clean of to color again and again. We melt crayons in to forms and abstract paintings. If your kids like to color and draw this is a great place to take them.

Tyrus Curtis

The place was cool. They sid not have all the colors of crayons and or markers for the kids to color their pony's. A bit pricey for water. Facility are clean. Children can do a lot without extra money.

Zaneta McCummings

Great place to spend the day with younger kids. Lots of hands on activities and games. Loved it.

Lori Fosu

It took me an hour in line to get tickets I purchased online to get printed out. Their self serve kiosk should make it available for me to print out those tickets. I was exhausted before I even began.

Brianne Mosca

Kids loved it. Price to get in was reasonable, food and snack prices are high. I definitly recommend.

Tammy Williams

Crayons everywhere! Tokens buy you personalized crayons and there is lots to do included in the price. Melting crayons for spin art and coloring. Making hand molds... Be prepared, food is crazy expensive. $3.99 for a soda, $4 for a pretzel, $4 for popcorn! Fun activities just eat before you go

Indy

Had My daughters Birthday party here. The kids had tons of fun! The customer service was exceptional. The Pizza was great. No complains! , Thank you!

Amber Hedrick

Our 3 year old loved this place. We enjoyed it too! A great experience for the whole family. We went on a Monday at 1pm and it wasn't busy.

Kate upton

All of our kids (and us adults) love going here! The staff is welcoming and accommodating, with our daughter who is autistic or our teenager who slammed in finger in a car door. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the kids had a good time.

Darren Desrosiers

I had an amazing time at the Crayola experience! We went after 5, so there was no crowd. Fantastic! Also paid just about half price to enter for my family. One hour with no lines was more than enough time to do everything. Really great! The staff were perfect. We had a few interactions with them and they went above and beyond for me and my family. I felt like they really cared and answered our questions with a huge smile on their faces. A few machines broke and they just gave us a few more coins. Great job!

I go there with my toddler and she just loves it. We got the annual pass and it’s the perfect place to go when it’s rainy outside. She loves to color and climb the inside playground

Adam Yaksich

Family had a good experience and employees are courteous. But too many parts of the experience are broken or understaffed. For example, the Meltdown only has two colors instead of four. The kinetic ball pyramid doesn't have any balls. It's small details that lead to either an exceptional experience or, in this case, mediocrity. I would not buy an annual pass.

Josette Giguere

This place is so much fun. You won't getbitvall done in one c day unless c your there from open to close. But, in can tell you it's awesome. I brought my grancholdren but trust me in will be going back by myself to color and to draw and to have fun. I love making the crayons.

We went on a Tuesday thinking it wouldn’t be too crowded and boy were we wrong. They had so many summer camps there. The line was out to door to get in and we got there at 10:30am. My kids spent half their time waiting in line to do the different activities. And getting lunch there was crazy expensive. It’s a good place to go once and that’s about it. We will not be going back there.

John Clarke

When we arrived, 3 small bus loads of kids were right ahead of us and I got that sinking feeling in my stomach. However, the place is very large and we waited for nothing. Lots and lots and lots of things to do. Spin art. Coloring. Selfies. Crayon making. Great time to spend when it’s 96 degrees out. Food was very expensive so maybe eat ahead

Becca Duensing

This place is a racket. For a family of 5 it cost us $130 to get in, only to find that nearly every activity cost ADDITIONAL money to do. There are a few coloring activities that are included. Big deal. We can do those at home for much less than what we spent to get in. There is a crayon themed play area. Again, not worth the admission price. My kids wanted to do the activities that were going to cost us an additional hefty fee. I feel sick about her we spent and the little we got in return.

Nidia Adorno

I took my grandaughter here and she had a blast ! She didn't even want to dine at Crayola Cafe because she was having so much fun. Great place for the little busy bodies, so much to do. She had hours of fun and didn't even want to go home. Must go again !

Leland Eymer

This place is very good for my 5 year-old son. He loves the playgrounds and the drip art stations, and can easily spend a few hours in the place. It is also a nice place to be during a hot summer day, being indoors and conditioned. However, there isn't very much for older kids or adults, and might not be worth the time or money if you go without a young cold.

Jenna Miner

Amazing experience. Once you go in, you feel like there is no ordinary world.

Marcia Stoner

So much fun, and less than $20 per person with a Groupon. We spent more than 3 hours there with grandkids 5 year old girl & 11 year old boy, we had as much fun as they did. So many creative things to do with crayons. Would definitely go back.

Jessica Harper

My kids love this place! We got annual passes and it’s so worth it. Just a little more and you can go for the entire year. Perfect place to be inside during the hot summer. My only complaint is there isn’t too many options for food. Other than that we love it!

Jemma Hanson

My Grandchildren love this place, it was fun for them use Groupon for discounts. Have a ball!

Meagan

So many fun experiences for kids. Most of the attractions/activities inside are free with your entrance fee, however there are a few that have an additional cost to do. I highly recommend catching the Crayola show while your there - it's a fun interactive experience where you learn how crayons are made.

Dan Broome

It looked fun but should have went there early. Backed out as entrance line was too long. Staff were excellent.

Tom Lemrow

We love stopping in to the Crayola experience nearly every time we are in Orlando! It is such a great place to bring the Kidos when the weather is either to hot or rainy! The price is AMAZING, for only 30$ you can get an annual pass, they offer a military discount and often have free days for military or first responders! This is such a great place for the little ones to get some energy out and some education too! They do a good job of changing things up too, this keeps the kids engaged on repeat visits! Of course they even have a store!

Danielle Hill

If you have nothing better to do in the area, it's a fun experience for kids. It's very pricey for what you get. I'd recommend a children's science museum offer this

Erin Spurlock

Great indoor activities for younger children, the six year old loved it when we went on a school field trip. Good way to spend three or four hours. Has a cafe where lunch and snacks may be purchased.

Michelle Taddeo

I took my 8 year old son there for his bday. It was awesome! He had a great time. If I lived in Orlando I would get passes.

Patrick Wampler

We were the second family in line to enter when we arrived. We had purchased advanced tickets through Groupon so all we needed to do was have them validated. We waited 25 minutes to get to the ticket desk to do that. What should have taken no longer than 5 minutes took way more. After that I wasn't really enthused. The staff was also rude during this process. The place wasn't bad, but the staff was pretty stank throughout. Too bad because this is close to home, but plenty other things to do in Orlando.

Barry Jackson

Kids loved it and we went just after 5 so tickets were even discounted. Win win

Lacresha Ramos

Fun place for families! Most activities included in admission. ❤

Sharon Malave

The experience was awesome lots to do kids had so much fun that I got the membership just to go as many times as we can thank you crayola world you guys are amazing!

Marcos Beracasa

This place is going down, last time took my kid there, they add more games, but you have to pay for, also it look like they need to hired more employees, cause I waited more than 20 min to get some candies but the only lady there was doing some hand thing w a couple girls... Definitely not coming back anymore.

Rob Durrance

Fun for kids and adults. The lines were long for some things but there were also quite a fee Summer Camps.

Danielle Meyer

We came with my 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old. I feel like it was just okay. There was a couple cool things in there, but then there were some things that I feel like my kids need to be bigger to do and appreciate. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Maybe we will try again in another year or so.

Xayri Matos

Good place for little kids. In my opinion there wasn’t so many things to do for the high price we paid. They close early. Some of the staff is friendly. Pizza was good. Place is clean. Hope they keep adding more stuff.

Katelyn Kirk

This was the best attraction we visited. I had no expectations given my let down at other Orlando attractions, but this place was awesome! There was so much to do, we ended up hanging out in there for about three hours and only.left because they closed. There are many different activity stands and tons of stuff for the kids to do, and not to mention adults have fun there too. I had as much fun as the kids.

Tierra Boddie

YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS MORE THAN ONCE. This place is attached to a HUGE mall. Once you come around the corner, you can’t miss this big beautiful and colorful building. Once we got it the lines weren’t that long, we moved very quickly. They have this “waiting area” for the parents and a interactive screen for the kids. THIS AREA IS THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM. Because once you get upstairs, it’s sooooo much interesting and interactive activities. The music was age appropriate and on point for everyone’s liking. It’s something to do for all ages with a lot of hands-on. They have games, play areas, live demonstration, coloring station, building station, live coloring stations etc. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS CROWD CONTROL. This place needs more eyes and ears on the floor. Kids and adults needs to be mindful of other smaller children. It was like A zoo in there and it made it hard for my children to experience everything and move on. Parents just let their children run wild while they are on their phones paying them no mind. I will just come back on a slow day and give my children a better experience.

Arnold Magh

I took my niece here and I was surprised at how much there was to do. Went only did a quarter of the things to do and she was already dog tired. Would recommend all families to go.

Jason Hodge

Fun place for kids - staff acted a little indifferent / stale but that is to be expected from a play center in a shopping mall. The food / snacks were gas station quality. Tickets were expensive and the merchandise was overpriced. Activities were diverse and entertaining.

Robert Mills

It was ok. People were friendly, very obvious this is what they do all day every day. I didnt feel it was worth the money, but what is anymore? Us being 37,30,9,7,4 it's a big span and the best part was making a crayon with our names on it and some cool dance deals. Did everything in an 1hr n 1/2 and we were out. Lots of coloring and electronic enhanced imagining.

Don A

Fun place for kids but pretty easy to do it all. Great for a kid that is patient and wants to take time coloring but for those with short attention spans it is a little less enjoyable.

Matey Checko

My kids loved it. We went there on a Monday and it was not crowded. Perfect timing.

Princess Glitter Sparkle

Thank you Crayola for celebrating Memorial Day and honoring veterans for the month of May. These acts of kindness and gratitude are felt and go such a long way! Thank you from our family!!! There was a cast member/employee that went ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY TIME we interacted with him!!!! I am not sure his name, but he was in the Crayola Factory show-looks like a Model. If he is not a Manager or trainee, please promote him asap!!!! He went out of his way to make sure we had an awesome experience, he helped with issues using the crayon machine and wrappers...and he put on a great show! I wished we lived in area JUST FOR annual pass! Please keep up the great work with this establishment!!

Lee Nikolaidis

A great day out with the family. Perfect for kids under 10. Nice staff too. Restaurant is ok.

Bridget Faria

They allow WAY too many people in there. The place was FULL of daycamp centers, at least four or five different ones. We saw seven buses unload. It was noisy, messy, kids were crying and running around unsupervised. My kid wasn't even able to enjoy all the activities because of the 300 other unsupervised children running around. Lines were super long. I feel like they should either close it to the public when they have that many children booked it let people know when they purchase tickets that schools have booked the venue. Had the potential to be a great experience, but it wasn't. Maybe next time.

Deepak Badiger

As the name suggests crayola crayons are great for colouring. Crayola experience at Florida has some of the good and interesting fun items that makes you visit the place again. Some of the interesting fun games are colour sticks that kids enjoy, a theatre that shows history about crayola and has a live demo of how crayons are made. It is very interesting. There are other fun games like paint your own picture, make a crayon model, fun and interesting frog dance and more. It’s a fun place for kids and I’m sure they will enjoy every visit. There is a pizza and pop corn center just in case kids are hungry. A thumbs up to crayola experience.

Rajesh Khubchandani

First time visiting Crayola Experience. Very beautifully designed place. Lots of bright colors to make ur kids eyes pop. Many different activities for ur children to experience and being an adult you will not be left out as well.

Priscilla Gonzalez

Crayola Experience is a fun place. Certainly, not for older kids but younger children will love it. Keep in mind, free entrance for your child's birth date. Be prepare to spend 2-3 hours here (this location isn't "huge").

Carrie Leone

Even as a childless adult, this was a great, interactive experience. And it smelled just like a brand new box of Crayola crayons...the best smell in the world!

sunlando flo

Too pricey. The only way your child could enjoy this is by a school field trip. Its 10 bucks if you send your kids through the school. No way im paying original price for two kids. My child loved it and had fun, so if you could afford it, go for it. If you cant, wait for the school field trip to crayola experience.

Kali Dervin

Our family went when they were first opening, and this past summer of 2019. It was exciting to see the new activities they had introduce. Go for the season pass it's unbeatable!!!

Rice Kake

Great for smaller kids. Just make sure to bring your hand sanitizer. The ones there are always broke or empty and every other kid is sneezing or coughing

Vivek Shankam

Fun place for kids of all ages. They have more than 30 activities for kids. Great place!

Stacy Holcomb

I had a bad experience due to it being summer and a lot of summer campers taking over the fun but Crayola had contacted me and offered to send me free tickets for my troubles, which I did receive in the mail. I also felt that they took my concerns into consideration about their playground area not being monitored and not having a limit on how many kids can access it at one time. I will go back but probably not during the summer. Highly impressed though with the level of customer service and that restored my faith to go back.

Jenny Tapia

I love having the annual membership my children and I have the best time ever we love coming on rainy days or when it’s super hot outside and we wanna escape the heat of Orlando There is so much to do and the staff is terrific.
