I have a 717 that I took in with a small electrical problem which I deduced to being relays and PTO switch. I dropped off on a Monday and the following Wednesday I call them it's done and over an $800 dollar bill later. Good parts and products just lousy technicians.

I have been dealing with this company for thirty five years. Have bought five riding lawnmowers from them and had them service them also. I bought a zero turn from them two years ago and the blade belt broke, so I called them to pick it up and repair it and put new blades on it while it was there. I went there to their store to look at another mower for another property of mine and went to pay for my zero turn repairs. The bill was $600.00 , $300 of it was picking it up and bringing it back. I could have gotten a tow truck cheaper then that. I paid that bill and left will never go back, and I Live 19 miles from their store. .

Just purchased a new X350 and it was a great buying experience. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist who asked Johnny to help us. He explained all the features X350 and was very knowledgeable. Jimmy took over from there and did all the paperwork and arranged to have the mower delivered today. Larry followed us Seaford, delivered the new one and picked up the trade. Couldn't ask for a more pleasurable buying process.
