A great place to learn and see things you never knew about the area. I wish my school took us top these places instead of all the non sense they filled our days up with"busy work" to make themselves look like they did their jobs. ...hint hint educators. Keep the kids interested and excited and they will desire knowledge

Great experience learning about the Nanticoke people dating back to at least 16,000 years. They have inhabited the eastern shore of Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia as well as other areas in the region. Sterling Street and June Robbins do an excellent job telling the history and showing some of the artifacts on display. The museum staff is also willing to travel and do informational sessions to schools, businesses, and other organizations interested in the rich history of the Nanticoke people.

Kelley

Great little museum with alot of local history!
