A small little play place for kids. Fun activities like a firetruck, garden, and grocery. A nice outdoor space. Missing one star because I feel like they could add something that ties in the local area bit more. It's a great little playhouse, though.

Wonderful place for young kiddos to let loose... although there should be more benches thru out the museum for parents/grandparents to sit & enjoy watching their children play & interact with others... enjoyed watching & listening to the laughter, chatter and imagination of the kiddos set free.... wonderful place to spend a free hours, or the day.. life is short enjoy the view!!!!

Excellent place for small children. There were some really nice play areas where children can play and learn about different types of stuff ranging from planting veggies to fire trucks and boats. Best for toddlers. They have story time and a small shop for snacks.

Really nice place, it's clean and they rotate the exhibits and toys out occasionally so it is always interesting. They have a really nice area for kids under three and plenty of learning opportunities for older kids.

Looks are definitely deceiving here. Looks a bit sketchy from the outside, inside is very cute. Great for the 5 and under crowd. 6 and 7 year old's should enjoy the zipline.

The website is a bit deceiving however it was clean and offered a lot of hands-on things to do, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed.

Our 3yr old had quite a bit of fun. It's not large by any means but great for the price and offers plenty of options for playing pretend and learning. The outdoor section is closed during Winter months so we'll definitely go back this Spring/Summer to see what's outside.

We've been to the Children's Museum a few times and while there was always a lot for a toddler to do, a lot of the toys were old and it felt a bit run down. We went today for the first time in months, and everything was updated! It's so much more welcoming and bright now, and while I wish the staff were a bit more involved, making sure toys were returned to their exhibits (my kid wanted a duplo truck, but older kids had gathered them up and walked off with most of them) and speaking to parents of children behaving inappropriately (pushing, throwing toys), and the firetruck siren is WAY too loud (and only turns off if you flip the switch—it really should only be on when a child is actively pressing a button so kids can't turn it on and LEAVE, with the siren blaring indefinitely) overall it's a great place for a toddler to get plenty of energy out and explore. There's a bee hive to watch, a few reptiles/amphibians, an old-fashioned fridge covered in magnets, a designated baby/early toddler room with non-chokeable toys and a small slide with carpeted stairs, and lots of areas for pretending and building, and an AMAZING sensory wall with lights. There are even two microscopes! And a pipe organ! And an outdoor playground! I recommend it, though, as with most kid-friendly places, prepare for NOISE.

Amazing place for young kids of all ages. My son enjoyed the fire truck :), playing the organ, model kitchen etc. The light place was innovative and engaging. I recommend for families with young kids who have just started exploring things.

This is a very cool little. If you come expecting it to be like the bigger museums in cities like Providence Boston and Brooklyn then you will be disappointed.however if you come hoping for a good place for your kids to play and instructive and educational format that you're in the right place! My kids loved it!

Nice little spot for your children to become creative and get their imagination flowing,what better in today's electronic age. I have been taking my kids here for years. My kids are now older but we have had many good play times and memories here. Really wish age interests didn't exist because we all at time need to get our imagination ignited. We will miss this place. Buy a pass if you would like a repeat, it's 8 dollars per person and can be pricey for some families.

Classic and enjoyable. Smaller, one floor place with interesting exhibits. Kids love it, and it's easy to watch them from one place as they frolic. Clean. Wish the exhibits would change more often. During summer they have outside areas, one with water play.

Small museum that is very good for toddlers and younger children. Has a nice outdoor play area. This is a great museum for young kids who like to use their imaginations. At only $8.00 for admission, it's definitely worth a morning or rainy day.

I love this place! Such a great place for kids. It's not huge, but there's a lot to do here. There's even a toddler area for the little ones. The staff is so friendly and everything is kept nice and picked up throughout the day. I highly recommend for birthday parties! The outside area could use quite a bit of work, but I think they have plans for it.

The childrens muesum may be small. But does BIG wonders for our little growing minds. We are a several times a week family. And out children love everything. From the science experiments, the reptiles, the playscapes and all the themes.

Discovered this sweet museum when we set out to go to the submarine museum in the nearby area and it was closed for maintenance. Small contained play area filled with fun activities for children under 10. My seven year old son loved the maker space activity and the kids all enjoyed the zip line outside in the play yard. Kids older than 10 will likely be bored. It's currently $8 per person over 1 year old.

A very good hands on learning experience. They had my 3 year old daughter and 6 month year old son actively engaged the entire time. The experience would be best for the ages of 5 and under.

Small but good. They have a big room with foam blocks that is always a hit. The outdoor area has a zipline, which is very cool. Not my favorite children's museum, but it's nice to have when I'm in that area.
