A fascinating place to learn more about the earthy treasure of Arizona. A nice collection of beautiful stones ang gems. However, some modernization and renovation can put extra points to this wonderful place. Honestly!

Useful Stuff

One of my favorite places to come with the kids. It's amazing the variety of gems and beautiful minerals. Right on the basement of Flandrau planetarium.

It was amazing! Planets, sharks, rocks, fish, butterflies. We got to celebrate Earth Day there and there were activities for the girls. So many hands on lessons I'm hopeful lots will stick with the girls.

Hidden in the basement of the Planetarium it has a very large and impressive mineral collection originating from all over the world. Really beautiful crystals and colorful minerals. In the back there are also some fossils.
