I have tried to get in touch with this driver, I have called up to 5 times a day, he calls during my meeting I call back 5 minutes later and he is gone for the day. They don't have a 4wd truck that can deliver a 160lb gun safe to South Fork. Get a dispatcher to answer the phone that can schedule deliveries and if you can't deal with snow don't do business in Northern Wyoming.

NPT has been consistently slow in delivering my shipments. Of the seven or so deliveries they have made, 4 of the seven have arrive damaged. All but one have arrived several days to a week late. Every time I have had to track down the order only to discover that it is just sitting in their warehouse collecting dust. I gave them a two star only because the drivers have been decent. If you want something promptly I suggest arranging another carrier.
