Hmmm. The 5 star review was done by the owner of this business. Here's my take on Dragon Moving. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. I had contacted this company to rearrange things in my storage space, an easy job not expected to be more than a couple of hours. I contacted them originally because they had a Yelp coupon for $50 off. They told me they had no idea what I was talking about, that they never put a coupon out and that their rates were $125/hour. I advised them to contact Yelp and get it straightened out and that I'd find someone else to help me at a cheaper price. They seemed to want the job, so I asked them how much they'd charge. THEY said $50/hour for 2 movers. I agreed and we set an appointment. I verified the price with them again before we hung up and they said yes, $50/hour for 2 movers. Great, best price I was quoted. The day before the appointment, I got a text asking what time. I replied with the time and address. The next morning - just after 7 am - I got a text saying they would be there. They then added that they didn't put the coupon on Yelp, they had no coupon deals,and that they had flagged that. At 2:19 - 40 minutes before our appointment - they texted that their rate was $125/hour, not $50. I replied that they were the ones that offered the rate of $50/hour, that they had verified the price more than once and that they could not change their price 1/2 hour before they were scheduled to do the work. They replied they were still on another job IN CASPER! I said fine, that we could set another day and that I expected them to honor the price they had asked for $50/hour. The replied with a series of texts that they didn't move me or put my items in storage, that they would not be liable for any damages and that when they do a move, they do a full inventory and take pictures. Whatever. I replied that they obviously did not want to do the job, that they were unbelievably unprofessional and to just forget it, I'd hire someone else to do the job. Do not hire these people unless you don't care if they bail on you at the last minute.
