They arrived 5 hours late. That's the best part. They had no packing materials and only two tie down straps. To pack my dishes, I had to round up boxes and they used my towels as packing material. Instead of removing drawers they used my box tape to tape them shut. I am now removing residue from my furniture. They used my tools to remove the mirror from the dresser, then left then left them on the floor. Luckily I took them with me. They dropped two pieces of art wrapped together and broke the glass and the frames. They lost a remote control from a TV when it was tapped to it (Impossible but true). I cannot recommend they for any serious move.

I was referred to them by someone who had a decent experience. I was told on 2 occasions that I would be called back and never was, including 1 time when the owner said that she would call me back in 5 minutes and that was 5 days ago. They quoted me a price that I was willing to pay, but then referred me to somebody else (as equally unreliable as them); I believe they weren't expecting me to pay what they quoted. They then wanted to come see the safe and I agreed even after the quote. To this date, no call back, no nothing. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

The movers arrived an hour late and weren't apologetic at all. They did move our items into the truck quickly but damaged several items in the process. When it came time to drive across town, they said they were going to stop and get a soda on the way (which I thought was fine, I would be thirsty too). However, that turned into an additional 45 minute wait that I WAS CHARGED FOR! So not only was I not given any kind of discount for the hour we had to wait for them to arrive, but I was also charged for time when they were not working, which I think is inexcusable. The only reason I am not giving them one star is because they are much, much cheaper than any other company. But be warned, you get what you pay for.

His mom is majority owner and works for #1 properties in Cheyenne, late, over priced, broke our stuff and had a small truck that took many trips to complete a simple cross town move. Look elsewhere for your moving needs.

Made a move to Colorado, now we're in a home, missing lots of items, ie a small tackle box made in to a tool box, Christmas decorations, my Easter eggs that were hand made by my mom, broken. What else..broken items..when they say fragile its there for a reason. All these guys had to do is move all my packed items from a container to my town home, then to a storage shed 2 days it took them! Find someone else to do your move,

They showed up more than a half hour early. I have a couple of very heavy items that needed to be moved (one is about 400 lbs). They have a minimum of hour, whereas other places I called have a 3 hour minimum. They moved an elliptical trainer down the stairs, which had 2 turns in it, without any damage to the walls or equipment. The heavier item's path wasn't as onerous (went from one garage to another), but they took good care and placed it exactly where I asked with no complaints. This outfit is homegrown. When I'd call they'd answer with a simple 'Hello' so I'd question whether I got the right number. But the lady was friendly. The guys doing the work don't show up in uniform polo shirts. But they were very easy to get along with and exercised professionalism. We even joked a bit while they got the job done. They acted like they enjoyed what they were doing. Bottom line, they arrived early, did the job exactly as asked for cheaper than anyone else I called...and they were friendly to boot.

This is the 2nd time using clydes and my wife and I were very satisfied with the results. Very friendly movers and they took their time and made sure that nothing was damaged. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers who have a professional attitude and treat your stuff as gently as possible.

Pedro and his buddy was very helpful. Came right on time. Very efficient and polite. They were quick and work real hard and organize. Definitely use them again for sure! Mary was booking us for the labors and she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you.
