I had a very harrowing experience with Arrow Moving and Storage while planning a move from Colorado to California. Sunny, who is a senior consultant at this company had given me a two day (16th and 17th Feb 2018 ) window according to which I booked my flight for the 18th, then rescheduled on 16th evening for a later date leaving me with no option and putting me in a very stressful situation. They also have a complicated refund process. I would suggest not to use this company for any sort of move even though their rates might be competitive.

As the day went on, more people kept showing up to help out. I had a dreadful experience with Arrow. It seemed to be one thing after another going wrong, and it seemed endless. Arrow initially confirmed they would arrive between 9 and 11 am on Tuesday. This was confirmed to us on the Friday before. We thus hired a maid service and carpet cleaner. The maid service was scheduled to begin at or around 12pm, which would give time for the movers to work and allow the maids to come through and clean areas the movers had already cleared. The carpet cleaner was scheduled to come at or around 3 pm, when the house would be emptied and the maids finished. We called the morning of the move, and apparently the woman at Arrow had no clue how to schedule a move properly, because we were told they would arrive between 11 and 1. The woman swore that the schedule always said 11 to 1, and she couldn't fathom why someone would have told us it would be earlier. The movers did not arrive until closer to 1:30, when the maids had already arrived and were working around the furniture that should have been out of the house had Arrow followed its own schedule. The people on the phone at the Cheyenne office were utterly incompetent, having no idea that one person had promised between 9 and 11 and the other scheduled between 11 and 1. This led to us paying money for maids to sit around and wait for the movers who were late to their own appointment to get our items out the door. But wait, it gets worse! The aforementioned incompetents at the main office told us our shipment would arrive by Sunday, so we packed enough clothes to last until then. When we arrived, we called to confirm, and yet again they were totally incapable of keeping their own appointments straight. They told us the items wouldn't arrive until WEDNESDAY! We didn't have enough clothes or items to last us that long, so we had to spend significantly more money than we budgeted to supplement our empty house while waiting for them to arrive. They continually called my wife assuring us the shipment would "probably" arrive sooner than Wednesday (as I came to realize, they are quite careful with their words to avoid out-and-out promises). They called Monday, and Tuesday, continuing to try and give us hope that our furniture would arrive sooner than expected, and the shipment still didn't arrive. It took until Wednesday to show up. I was glad when my items arrived, thinking my business with this miserable unprofessional company had concluded. But wait, there's more! A friend of mine was kind enough to let me use his credit card to front me the cost of the move with the understanding I would pay him back. He is Canadian, and his MasterCard thus charges him in Canadian dollars. It uses a present conversion rate for the amount in question. Arrow's incompetence with scheduling apparently extends to its billing practices, because it charged my friend's card a second $2,789 USD the day after it charged him for the original purchase. Arrow waited an entire day to attempt to rectify its error by refunding the amount in USD. Here's the problem with Arrow's refund. The exchange rate changed between the day it charged his card incorrectly and the day it refunded the money. That means he lost almost $150 due to Arrow's egregious error. He has filed a dispute with MasterCard to refund him the difference. Arrow cannot properly schedule. It cannot provide decent customer service. It cannot deliver on time. It cannot bill properly. Every single step of the process has been a nightmare and the dispute with MasterCard is still outstanding, so I am having to deal with this weeks after my move. Caveat emptor. This is the worst moving company I've ever had the displeasure of utilizing, and you have been warned. Avoid them and find someone else.

We worked with Mayflower (Arrow Moving & Storage) recently in a move from Cheyenne, WY to Oro Valley, AZ. All throughout the process the people we worked with were professional and courteous. At one point when the closing on our new house was delayed, they worked with us to postpone delivery of our belongings. The crew that packed, transported, and unloaded out stuff were most careful and took time to ensure that every box was placed in the proper location. I'd recommend using them if you are considering a move.

Arrow came in at the last minute to help us move out of our house after our previous movers cancelled on us last minute- and we had to be out of our house the next day. They could have just decided not to pack us up because it was in the middle of their work day that they decided they would head over to our house after finishing up at others. David P., Steve, Bobby, and Vince P. were absolutely amazing! They showed up to our home prepared to work hard! They listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Outstanding service. Had Dan and David P. for my packers, and no issues at all. Were polite, took care of all my stuff, and asked plenty of questions during packing. Unfortunately, my scheduled truck and driver didn't show up, but this company sent out all their guys today to pack out my house and load up one of their trucks to make sure we could move on time. They ensured I knew every piece of furniture that was coming in that may have been damaged ....they would bring it to my attention. This was my 5th military move in 14 years. The team at Arrow Moving & Storage were amazing! The 4 ladies that came and packed up our stuff did great! They each took the time to carefully pack all our items as if they were packing their own household items/personal effects for a cross country move! Thank you so much to Tabby, Paula, Kristina and Jasmine for all the care you placed/provided to my families things. It helped alleviate my wife’s stress being 8 months preggo and being her first military furnished/paid for/planned move. David P. & Bobby were very Professional & Clean-by putting down the rubber mats down through out the whole house to protect our wood floors and carpet. Pick up & clean up all the unwrap papers & boxes. They would very careful with uploading and putting the house hold goods into the house. Padded up the front door way frame, hallways to be sure that they won't scratch up the wall or paint. Super friendly, helpful & great sense of humor!!! They help us relax, keep us calm during our stressful times. Thank you so much David P & Bobby! You guys was AWESOME! Will definitely refer you & the company to our friends and family.
