It was a done deal when we figured out that a month of free storage was included with the move. Didn't want to ship everything right away. Too expensive. We shipped the first amount and then after getting 2 work paychecks we were able to afford the rest of it. They made our move to London a reality. The storage bonus was a such a big help and relieved lots of stress. Everyone was very nice to me. They left our old home very clean when it was a cleared out. On move in day the movers unpacked a lot for us and took all empty boxes with them. Which was something we asked for. Very clean and tidy move in.

I was in Milwaukee for a training when a co-worker of mine back at the office had asked me to send him some equipment that he needed. This included a desk and a few files as well as some gear. I wasn't sure what to use or how to go about it, but all i knew is that it had to be done quickly and cost efficiently. Sunset provided many services and options so I decided to go with them. With this being an international move, I was a bit more stressed and picky as to what moving company to use because it was a longer move. I found Sunset with my cousin after looking around and comparing prices and services. Chose this company which was closer to where my cousin lived and our moving experience was great. The movers were very careful when moving everything out and they listened to everything we were asking for which was where to put certain items and if they were able to place certain things towards the front of the truck so that we can get to them upon arrival. They were patient and nice. Also, using their shipping via ocean was not pricey at all. Awesome job!!!

Much better experience than expected. After speaking with friends and reading a lot online I was convinced that International moving is always a bumpy ride with a lot of risk involve to the customer. After unpacking everything in our new Vancouver home I can say.. I was wrong. Getting a hassle free move out of the U.S. is definitely possible and this is the company who made me a believer. No tricks or hidden costs. 100% recommend them.

For the prices they're charging you expect the best. Well... I did get the best. I was thinking I was going to be let down because international moves don't come cheap but their performance and communication was surprisingly great! The phone staff, the movers and the first truck driver were all a pleasure to work with.

Scheduled my move greatly. I only scheduled it one week in advance. They were totally able to accommodate my move date and time. My movers were Noa, Onur and Jack. They were AMAZING! Totally professional and respectful. They took excellent care of my belongings. This was the best move ever because of them. I 100% recommend this moving company. A+!

Hats off to a company that make something so complicated much easier. Not only easier on the service aspect but easier on my wallet and easier to deal with most movers. Crystal clear pricing structure, very well trained movers, a staff full of hospitality experts. I dealt with some rude moving companies in the past. It was nice to work with one that really cares about how feel. Getting to Germany felt so difficult in the beginning and then it actually happened without any problems. Gosh, can't thank them enough.

I started packing before I even scheduled the move. Just the bigger things mostly. Packing was the most time consuming part so I wanted to get it out of the way. Started getting exhausted form packing and it was getting in the way of my work schedule because I was staying up late after work to get it done. Finished about 75% of the packing and then I just had it. I started calling around different moving companies to get quotes. Sunset offered me a great incentive by offering partial packing free of charge after I booked Shipping FCL. They always were helpful over the phone and on their website with the live chat option. I got most of the questions out of the way but whenever I had follow up questions I just hopped on their website and asked them on the chat feature. Communication was super convenient working with them. Throughout the whole move I was able to check in to see how everything was going and if things were still on for the target for the arrival date. Calgary took under weeks and they handled all the forms. This was definitely one of the better moves I've been through.

This was my first time moving out of the country I was really impressed by their high quality service. This was nothing like the local moves I've had around town. They were much more thorough and professional. Movers took me out of my loft apartment on the 6th floor by elevator and then stairs. 3 movers worked fast and set it up so there was always a full load waiting when the elevator returned. At the other end I was greeted by a different set of movers in Austria. They didn't speak english very clearly and I'm not yet fluent in german so I mostly pointed where I wanted things. They were very friendly and paid attention to my body language to make sure I was happy. Before leaving they opened almost every box and waited around why I searched for any damage. There was none. They gave me a form to sign which confirmed I was happy with the whole move and that was that!

These guys are GREAT! They work in such a good fast pace, I had somewhere to be in the afternoon the day they came. But they were able to get everything together that morning. If anyone gets their services know that they give you guys free boxes and free rate estimate!!

Tremendous value here with their policy. 2 other companies gave me a quote over teethe phone and then offered insurance at add charge. Here they focus more on in home estimates for a more accurate quote and insurance comes with your move. Using them was a better overall value than choosing their competitors. I saved money by not paying extra for insurance and was relaxed knowing that I was covered. Movers in Milwaukee did well and the moving team in Manchester help us get settled comfortably. Good amount of updates and full explanations on my questions. Won't need to but I would use again.

I'm the type of person who's not afraid to be negative and point out mistakes. Speaking your mind helps companies grow. I have zero negativity for this company. They did an OUTSTANDING job with our move to Vancouver, BC. No extra fees at the end and no moments that weren't discussed. Customer service was very honest, very upfront and didn't sugar coat things. Movers were educated hardworking guys who understood how to deal with fragile things. I had some concerns how they were going to wrap our chandelier and very tall lamp that we love. They had a method for everything during the move. A+ service.
