ATTN: Please spend the extra money to hire professionals! I had thee most horrible experience with this company. Movers were ok, but didn't wrap certain things that I requested to be wrapped, and tracked mud in my house. After my things were moved to the new location, I had to wait 45 mins for them to finalize my payment. Mover waited in my home while his manager couldn't be reached. WEEKS later I spoke with Van I. for some resolve - he initially refused to give his name and has not gotten back to me as he promised. I would NEVER go through them again.

On the day of our scheduled move Speedymen did not even show up. After finally getting ahold of someone in the office after many calls and over an hour of calling, they told us that they cancelled our move because of truck issues. This was never communicated to us. We ended up calling a different moving company because we needed to be out of our apartment by 12pm. I have since been trying to get in contact with their office to get our deposit back because they failed to provide a service. I've called multiple times and each time (when I actually get ahold of someone) they say that they'll call me back. They have never called me back.

Please choose any other mover for your move. Unprofessional, inconsiderate towards people belongings. They said they couldn't move any glass! That's part of the job of moving. Things were broken. They took a break in the middle of my move.. Not to mention they were already 4 hours late to arrive at the beginning. Just, never again. I'll hire homeless people before hiring these movers again. Good luck if you decide to choose these lames.

From All of The Great Reviews, So Excited To See What My Experience Will Be! On a fixed income things can get difficult, getting SpeedyMen Movers along with the price quoted was a blessing and all I could actually afford at the time. I in no way possible could have moved us myself. Opted to pay in advance to lock in the deal. All packed up and ready to go. Now, I can have a peace of mind, take care of household and await to be serviced. I spoke with Jay at extension 2, his customer service is just fine, his knowledge of products and services answered any questions I may have had. Something you may want to be abreast of is: Prices do fluctuate a bit with whether your move is early in the week or towards the weekend. Other than that, will complete my review after services rendered. Happy Moving!!! Alright, day of service came and went, it was professional though they showed up a little later than told, I didn't mind, it gave me time to finish a few things, service was indeed -speedy, also, a decent experience! Quentin and Rick did a excellent job with the move. Would've given a extra cash tip if I could, but with every relocation, things are tiiiiiiiight. Just a heads up, it always helps to be prepared for a move by being prepacked and organized, makes things go easier for everyone, saves energy and goes much faster. So grateful I chose SpeedyMen. Yes, I'd choose them again. Absolutely.

Horrible experience with Speedy Man movers, unprofessional workers, took them one hour to move the refrigerator out, then the refrigerator doesn't work after powered on. The mover did not cover the leather sofa so the leather got scratched, and the wood floor got deep scratches too... we called Jay many times, all he did is to schedule the GE technician to our home, he said Speedy man will pay for the service, but no response after we sent him the GE invoice, GE technician confirmed that the mover wired the door back oppositely and the issue was caused by the movers! I rarely write reviews but this time I hope the review can help other home owners make their choices wisely. I would not want to give any star if it allows.

This is the second time that I have used Speedymen to move my daughter. The price is very reasonable, and the movers have been wonderful to work with. We have had Quentin on the moving team both times. He is such a hard worker and very professional!! This o=move we also had Tim and Jahmaal. They were both very hard working and professional as well. Quentin was sure to keep the team moving and the move completely in the time frame that was given. If I even need another moving team I will be sure to request Quentin as the team lead!!

Victor and Quinton were professional and handled my move beautifully. When I encountered car trouble at the end of the day, they waited with me over 1 hour while a tow-truck was sent-so that I would not be alone. Exceptional customer service. Thanks guys!

When I called to confirm the day of, customer service told me that the movers would arrive by 3. When they didn’t show, I called customer service for over an hour straight with no answer. Spend the extra $100 and save your sanity and go with someone else.

My experience with SpeedyMen was horrible. The owner Jay was very rude and unprofessional. I originally was quoted two men for two hours when the movers arrived it was three movers. Which was fine because It was later in the day, I wasn't aware that I was begin charge for a men when I only requested two. Once the move was halfway over I was informed that my price has increased because I had an three mover (which I didn't request). I went back and forth with Jay he was rude, unprofessional and couldn't explain why I wasn't notified in the beginning of the move. On top of rude service my stove has a big bent on the side and my tv stand was cracked in so many places. I wouldn't recommend this company to move my dog cage. I will never use SpeedyMen again.
