It was quite disappointing with my movers. I heard a lot of complaining and gripping. It is a stressful time without that. I was there customer. They need to work on that. Things were broken and it just wasn't a smooth move with this company. They are quite expense too. I wouldn't recommend this company. I recieved $39.00 for all my broken items and did not include the armoire they ruined.

They park their delivery tractor trailers in the handicapped parking. It was June 21st in La Crosse WI. I not only called the police dept. To have them ticketed, I ALSO called your dispatcher. I have posted a photo of the truck parked in the Handicapped spot unloading. See the blue curb in front and along side of the truck?

The estimate was right on. The truck driver, Allen Johansen was professional and hard working. The truck was clean and they did lots of communicating with us to make sure everything was as smooth as possible. No damage to our stuff at all! A great experience.

We moved from North Carolina to Sun Prairie. Our movers worked in horrible weather conditions loading the truck (97+ degrees)and did a remarkable job under the circumstances. They arrived on time to both load and unload. Communications from start to finish were excellent. All staff I dealt with were helpful and professional. I'm very happy with the move and the company. Worst service ever. Completely uncooperative and obtuse. Eli pretended to be the top person and blocked me from speaking with anyone in charge. Brandon was very unhelpful. The woman who answered the phone and refused to give her name was the most obnoxious, passive-aggressive person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my life. The owner needs to know his employees are about the laziest bunch on the planet and are actively doing everything they can to get out of doing any work by making it impossible to deal with the company.

Ben and the team at Reynolds Transfer were very helpful and professional. They took delivery of a large machine tool, held it for a very cheap rate, and then professional moved it into our space when we were ready for it. They made was could have been the hardest part of project the easiest.

Reynolds moved us twice recently, first of furniture from Wisconsin to Bethesda, Maryland and second of our household to Madison, Wisconsin. Both moves went splendidly. We had heard good things about Reynolds from friends they had moved. We followed their advice and are glad we did. We are inexperienced movers and Reynolds people gave us good advice on what to do. They were friendly, helpful, and thoroughly professional. We will give enthusiastic Reynolds recommendations to anyone looking for help to make a move!

Your men exceeded my expectations. 1. Arrived early on site and had the machine ready to be loaded by our scheduled arrival time 2. Treated the machine as if it was worth a million bucks a. Protecting blocks underneath forks b. Nothing was slid on the ground, only placed c. Precision guidance for locating d. Everything that they or I deemed critical to equipment was double protected 3. Very tidy job in tarping the machine for trucking. 4. Once at destination the machine was placed within 1/8” of our desired location in both directions. If I recall correctly, there were 5 guys doing the move. Not a single person was standing around waiting for direction. They all knew what to do, what the expectations were, and the guided communication was impressive. I have the utmost respect for your team.
