I hate Whoops moving

Sure they can move furniture. But they steal, I am missing a video game called fallout 4 that cost me 60 hard earned dollars. I suggest you do background checks on your employees and fire anyone with more than a speeding ticket.

DAMAGED FURNITURE and MISSING ITEMS! My experience with NO WHOOPS MOVING was an UNSATISFACTORY experience. They packed my items in Eau Claire and moved them to my new home. This is the first time I have EVER had an experience that would prompt a review like this LOST ITEMS: 1. MIRROR MOUNTS: During this move they lost mounting brackets for a dresser - which later they said the dresser was not mounted so they were not responsible for the lost of the mounting brackets. One of their own employees told Paul that he remembered the mirrors being mounted. Paul responded to me questioning the loss as if I had done with walk through and there was nothing left in my previous home and they were not delivered at my new home....they must not have ever existed. When I simply asked him to replace the mounts, he did not respond to any future emails to get this resolved. As soon as they got paid, they ignore their responsibility to you. 2. MOVING BLANKETS: During this same move....I had roughly 30 moving blankets that I said the movers could use since they ran out of supplies during the move. Paul stated that it would be great for them to use mine since they would have to go back to their storage unit and get theirs and this would take time....I thought okay...go a head and use mine since I packed myself during my last move and had the supplies available. They took 2/3 of MY BLANKETS with them after they finished this move and when questioned about it said that I needed to show proof of ownership of my own blankets with receipts and then they would consider the replacement if I could show proof the blankets were mine. DAMAGED ITEMS: I have photos that indicate damage that was done to new dressers and a wine cabinet. I asked them about the repair and they told me that I should go and get a wood marker from the hardware store. They would send me a check to reimburse me for the cost of the marker after they received and reviewed the receipt....REALLY? So....did this job get complete? Well, YES it did. But PAUL had very little concern about making certain that ALL of my items were delivered to me UNDAMAGED. I would suggest in the future taking photos of all of you house hold goods and doing a complete DETAILED INVENTORY of items. This will insure that you have PROOF that your furniture was not damaged prior to dealing with NO WHOOPS MOVING. I have complete email conversations threads with PAUL and NO WHOOPS and I would be happy to provide them to anyone who is interested in their customer service policy and responses to being questioned about damaged they caused as well as loss. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review of a business. I think I like most individuals will usually just leave silently. Because of the level of dissatisfaction I felt like I needed to post this to caution people in the future.

This is a team of people who know what they are doing. They work hard, they do the work quickly and with politeness. What is really impressive is the experience with which they do the work. The price is right and there really are not any "whoops" in the process. I used them on 2 separate occasions. Can not speak highly enough of the team.

Great job guys. Would highly recommend to anyone. They made sure we were aware of any scratches before before touching our furniture etc and then wrapped it up to prevent any damage. Nicest guys also.

No Whoops Moving

Well I think we’re great lol. I couldn’t figure out how to reply to any of these so I’m doing it like this. I see some great reviews and for those I thank you so so much you were great to work with!!!!!!!! I see reviews from people I’ve never heard of and jobs that never happened tho too and of course those are the bad ones. All feedback is good feedback tho fake feedback is upsetting I’ll try and figure out how to address those all tho and get them fixed. Thank you everyone will keep doing our best to make your moves as easy as possible!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible and scetchy service. Called to see if they took checks, they said yes. Come Moving day, they upped the quoted price by over $200 and then threatened to call the police when it wasn’t paid in cash. Not at all a way to run a business. Don’t even risk it with these guys!!!

Well. They started a fire in our kitchen (of the home we had just bought). Our original hardwood floors were damaged. Initially they promised to make things right. A couple of months passed without resolution; they stopped responding completely to my texts, phone calls, and emails. We did our best to try and work with them, even agreeing to allow the owner to try and repair the floors himself. However, once they completely ceased communication, it became apparent that they had no intentions of resolving the issue fairly, in a timely manner, or at all.

I needed to move out of my 1 bedroom apartment in Eau Claire, WI and deliver half the items to a location 112 miles away then move the remaining items to another state 200 more miles away. They scheduled the move to take place just 2 days later, arrived exactly when they said they would, handled all my furniture and boxes with the greatest care, and got the whole job done ahead of my expected schedule! Their rates are extremely reasonable and the move team was so personable. They took on the stress for me and handled everything like true professionals. Thank you to Paul, Faith, and Luke from the bottom of my heart. I would recommend them to all and definitely use them again. Don’t call a moving broker, call No Whoops Moving. They’ll get the job done at an affordable rate!

I normally do not take the time to right reviews, but this experience was so awful I had to write something for my own piece of mind. I hope this review will avoid others from going through what we went through. We hired No Whoops to move us in June of 2015. They were scheduled to come on moving day at 8am with 6-7 people to pack our entire house. Paul stated that they would finish by 5-6pm that evening to allow us enough time to come in and clean and do last minute things. When move day came, only two guys showed up and not until 9am. They were there all day by themselves until a handful of people showed up at 4:30pm. Paul stated that they got delayed at another job but would get our house packed and would text us if there were any issues. We then had to change our plans of leaving town the following morning with the moving truck because we now had to clean and finish up at that time instead. When we got to our house the next morning, all our lawn furniture was sitting in the garage. No one had notified us that they could not fit it on the truck. On top of this, all the items we asked them not to pack such as; cleaning supplies, clothes, and items for the new owners, food, etc. had all been packed and was on its way to our storage units in another state. Plus the movers had damaged a wall that we then had to fix. We spent four hours finding cleaning supplies, a place to store our lawn furniture, and fixing a damaged wall; therefore, we were unable to leave with the moving truck. When we finally got to our storage units the next day they were a mess and that is an understatement! Things were literally thrown all over. Half of our belongings were not wrapped or protected. None of our mattresses were bagged and that was just what we could see from the door. We had another moving company come to give us an estimate to move us from our storage units to our new home. They didn’t even what to touch our stuff for liability purposes so they requested that we had to be there when they loaded us. Once our stuff was moved to our new home we found numerous pieces of wall art that were damaged, a mattress that had burn holes on it from being slid across something without being bagged, a TV that was smashed, numerous pieces of furniture that had damage to them and we got the joy of finding the perishable food that we asked them not to pack. They actually packed eggs in one box and all the items in that box were ruined and were thrown out because we couldn’t get the smell out. As any unhappy customer I did contact Paul at No Whoops Moving. He didn’t respond at first but with persistence he did finally call me. His response to me was that I needed to report damage within 24 hours for it to be covered by insurance but that I had to prove it was them that did the damage. He then stated that he didn’t make enough money on the job to pay for the damage out of his pocket. He was very cold and unsympathetic to what happened. This was just another job. After I talked to him on the phone I did take pictures of some of the items damaged and emailed them to him but he did not respond. My advice to anyone out there looking at this company is DON’T DO IT! They will come in cheaper but you are better off to spend the extra money on professionals that will do it right and treat you and your belongings with the care and respect they deserve. Plus you will have the piece of mind knowing if something is damaged they will make it right.

These guys are so easy to work with. The communication between everyone was simply the best. We had a very difficult narrow tight staircase on the load side and they got every item around and up with no nicks dings or dents at all it was unbelievable, watching these guys talk through everything you could really tell that they know exactly what they are doing!!! Paul, Smokey, Faith, and Austen were all super friendly and full of smiles the entire time it really made moving easy and stress free so much so in fact before we even knew it they were done quick and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this company we will be hiring them back when we move next year for sure!!!!!!!!!
