Mr. Mover did a great job!!! They moved me last minute and it wasn't a easy move. I had a 3,300 sq foot home of furniture to move. I was very happy. Nothing broke and the rest of my furniture was brought to storage. They even packed stuff up last minute because all the packing wasn't done! I will be using them again once I move to our new home!

My wife and I hired Mr. Mover to move our furniture and large/bulky items from our previous home to our newly constructed home. They took the necessary measures in protecting our existing home, our new home, and our furniture. Their crew of 4, (Steve, Colin, Nate, and Anthony) were extremely helpful, hardworking, and friendly. It was nice to see the experienced crew members helping out and training the new guy. We were impressed with their ability to remember what was being moved and where it was to be placed in our new home. Mr. Mover was one of the higher priced movers we looked at, but we knew we would be getting quality service based on all the reviews we read for their company as well as competing companies. If we ever have to move again, they will be receiving our first call.

Great service. Professional, swift and efficient. Great packing. We moved from Vancouver to Ottawa. Everything arrived in perfect condition, no damage whatsoever. Great communication with the driver upon arrival. Price was slightly higher than quoted, but that was expected, due to the "guess-timation" of weight vs space. I highly recommend them.

We hired them to move a piano. I think if we hadn't prepaid they wouldn't have moved it. We sent pictures and informed them of the size of it and pictures of the location it was taken out of and put into. They sent two guys for a piano, two. One was old and overweight. Getting it out wasn't difficult but it took them 2 hours to get it in with lots of swearing. They almost hit the neighbors car with the truck. They had time to call for additional help but didn't. They called their boss to complain and he denied ever getting the pictures. At the end they had the audacity to say "don't call us again". I would never ask these folks to move anything for me again. This is their job, how could they be so drastically unprepared?

We needed to move only .8 miles away, and we were moving a 4,500 square foot home including outdoor furniture. After researching and getting quotes from 5 different moving companies, Mr. Mover was recommended by a friend. They were so prompt with calls and emails, and their online quote system was very straightforward. Although we were hesitant at first that they don’t come to the house to give a quote, their price was the best and we were told the move could be in done in one day versus two days like other companies stated. Hands down, best decision we made to hire Mr. Mover! We had an awesome crew of 5 guys. They were friendly, strong, and quick even though they wrapped up and taped every piece of furniture. We had a 4 month old who needed to nap in his crib a few times that day, and they quietly worked around him and allowed the nursery to be wrapped up last and then put back together first at the new house. Let me save you all from doing the research, hire Mr. Mover!! Anyone who is moving, Mr. Mover will do it the best!

I just moved into my new house and the previous owner didnt get a fridge out. Instead he scheduled Mr. Mover to remove it after I closed on the house. As I didnt have any other options I let them in to take it. First one of the movers proceeded to start casing the place, asking questions about the size, looking around, and then when he saw we didnt have anything moved in yet he had the audacity to suggest taking the one item we had which was a plate of cookies. For the move itself one of the movers suggested removing the front door while the other said it would be fine. You guessed it... they left it on and in the process they proceeded to put a golf ball size hole facing the street into my door and then started indicating that it is an old door and needed replaced anyway... very unprofessional in my opinion. 4 days later I get a call from their office telling me that I can expect someone to come out again to put wood putty into the hole and try to patch it which is something that my wife and I had already done as a stop gap with the cold winter chills coming on us already. If the company wants to do right, they should offer financial restitution and not offer to try and do a patch job when they are not professional enough to do the job they claim to be good at (moving things) without causing these problems. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company due to the relatively poor attitudes, the general feeling that they will steal from you if left unsupervised long enough, and their general lack of respect for my property.

Fantastic service and great prices. We used Mr Mover over the holiday week in December 28, 2017. There crew was professional and clean. We had a problem getting a couch upstairs due to our small staircase. One of the crew members noticed we had a balcony and placed the couch in my sons room. Our move was on a very snowy day. If I would have gone with one of the hourly company’s I’m sure we would have paid double. There one rate is the best! Thank you!

I've used Mr. Mover 3 times over the past 8 years, most recently in April of 2019. Different crew of guys which was OK, but the bill was Significantly higher with fewer items to move and less distance to travel. I felt taken advantage of. Not planning to use them again.

These guys did a terrible job. New owner is really dropping the ball. Hired them to do an easy move. My apartment, no stairs, straight out the garage to a drive up storage unit and they still damaged my leather sofa and wooden dresser. Don't expect to be reimbursed for the items. The most they'll offer is to 'patch' things up....... very rude and unconcerned with damages to your furniture. These guys are unbelievable. Someone should tell them that lashing out at customers isn't going to be good for their business.I think this company used to be good under previous management but unfortunately... not anymore.

We hired Mr. Mover because they were recommended by a friend. They moved all the large furniture from our old house to new, including our platform king sized bed. I think they were professional in that they went over all the items with me beforehand and when we got to the new place they went over where everything was to go. The price was reasonable too. The issue we had came to the disassembling and reassembling of our bed. After it was reassembled and they had left, we noticed that evening that the base was not assembled correctly. I called Mr Mover back the next day and spoke with the manager to explain what happened. They were apprehensive to come back and fix it, but eventually the moving team we had came back to fix it. They were polite about it and acted as though they knew they had assembled it incorrectly in the first place. Fine. They fixed it and left. Later that evening we found that they decided not to finish reattaching the platform to the bed. Just laziness. All in all it was an okay experience, nothing got damaged, just make sure you check everything over if you are having anything reassembled.

PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!! I HAD THIS SO CALLED MOVING COMPANY DAMAGE MY STEPS TO MY BASEMENT AND DAMAGE MY FLOORING DOWNSTAIRS. NO RESPONSE FOR A MONTH. HAD TO OPEN UP A HOME INSURANCE CLAIM BECAUSE NO RESPONSE. MY INSURANCE COMPANY TRIED CALLING MR MOVER TO TELL THEM THEY WILL BE SUED AND NO RESPONSE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. SHAME ON THEM! AND NO NEED TO RESPOND NICK, YOU WERENT EVEN INVOLVED. YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT YOU DID SO NO EXCUSES. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD CALL IT QUITS......

We reviewed what needed to be moved to our new Wauwatosa location, what needed to go into our portable storage units and what needed to be moved to my in laws' house. terrible service. DO NOT USE, USE DIFFERENT COMPANY. Completed list in advanced, made some additions. Mover forgot to grab items on list, was told it was because I made changes to list. Changes were additional items not subtractions. Unwilling to refund cost of items left behind. STAY AWAY. Luke the general manger not willing to help, told me I was at fault for making changes to list. Recommend two guys and a truck or MKE Movers.
