The office staff was friendly and informative. The moving company sent very hard working employees. They padded all the furniture and wrapped all the upholstered furniture, mattresses, box springs, etc. with the film to keep them clean. They pointed out prior damage. So far, we have not found any damage to our furniture or to walls. They carefully disassembled and reassembled desks and tables. The men were very pleasant and took direction very well. We got good value and they were very careful. I have moved a dozen times...this was the best move.

I received a text 1 hour before the movers were scheduled to arrive, it stated that the truck needed to be taken to the shop and that I would not be serviced. A phone call would have been much more courteous, as well as some problem solving as to how they would still assist me in my move. When I called he told me to call a different company, he gave me no additional resources or offer to reschedule for the next day. Instead of offering to assist my move as soon as the truck was fixed, he told me he was booked for the next day. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Cannot say enough good about Grizzly Movers. We used them a few months ago and just called them today for moving something else for us. They treat the items like they belong to them, extreme care is taken. They are on time, professional and very reasonable. We highly recommend them for small or large moving items. Will never, ever use another moving company again, only Grizzly Movers for us.

This is the best company we have ever used. The Grizzly Movers team were prompt, polite, careful, not a single broken item, or damage to either home.
