Eric and Jared were prompt, professional, courteous, and enjoyable to work with. We were so pleased with their performance we hired them for our final load coming up this week. Our belongings traveled safely to their destination with minimal movement on the truck. The strategically placed items remained in their neatly packed positions almost as if they were one large unit! We would highly recommend their services, not only for the value and their pleasant personalities, but also because they place a high priority on the careful handling of your possessions and treat them as if they were their own.

By far the best money I've ever spent. We only needed them for a couple hours to help unload into the house. 2 guys came and were both extremely polite and considerate of our belongings and our house (doors/walls/etc). It was also raining earlier in the day so everyones shoes were wet/dirty. We had asked them to move everything into the house where there was wood floor instead of carpet because of this. The few items we had them bring into carpeted areas they took their shoes off no problem. We got a cattle sized hauling trailer, 20' uhaul truck and 6x12 trailer unloaded in 2 hours with their help! Would definitely hire them again!!!

Scratched furniture. Broken furniture. Got really rude claiming that he was not paid, and upon contacting my financial institution, got proof that he had infact cashed the check. After all that he still denied neing paid. I believe that this was an attempt to detract from the issue of broken furniture. That part is supposition. This guy has a five star rating. I don't remember the last time I spoke poorly of someone, especially where their income is concerned, but this was over the top rude.

Horrible, Slow and slowest This was the worst moving company I have ever used. To say the moved slow. Is a understatement I have seen tortoise move faster. No concern for handling our items my oak table had deep scratches. Box of items marked fragile dropped in front of my husband Eric didn't say anything, Well unpacking 6 cups broken worth at least 100.00 don't hire these jerks.

Please never use this company to help you move. We have moved multiple times due to work and this was by far the worst packing I have ever seen done, even when we did it ourselves. We had almost $8000 is damaged items due to their lack of attention to detail and organization. The owner claimed “this house was a mess and not ready to move” we had everything boxed up that was not in use for cleaning or to be put in a personal vehicle. Multiple rooms were cleaned out already with nothing in them. We even brought most of the items from the basement upstairs for them. The owner also claims “no blankets were provided”. It’s true we did not have any Uhaul blankets but we did have plenty of blankets to be used. In fact there was a bag of blankets by the back of the truck that they repeatedly tried to load only to be told that was to cover things. It is clear they were not competent to perform this job as they packed a charcoal grill (that was dismantled and wrapped up in a bag)on top of a kitchen table with nothing in between to protect it. Beyond that they also damaged a TV stand, our bedroom furniture, our heater, and our office desk. Their only response to us was a mocking reply to a review we placed about them. They encouraged a review so we gave it. We thought we were happy with the job they performed until we saw how everything was packed. Don’t use this company, just save yourself a headache.

Excellent service. Two men were on time and were true professionals. They took great care with the furniture as they were loading and packed the truck to make sure all items would arrive in as good of condition as they were as they left the house. I highly recommend.

These guys did a great job getting us loaded up for our move to Arizona. I especially appreciated their great communications and their hard work. I had to remove a couple of stars since when we arrived in AZ nearly all of our pristine Amish furniture was terribly dinged, scratched, or gouged. It might have been packed well enough for across town but got really beat up going across country.

This was the fourth moving company I hired in the span of four days, they were a bit more expensive than some of the competition, but also the first company to... Deliver, what they promised. I hired them for a truck and trailer with a crew of two. They showed up, bing bang boom, done super quickly, not one complaint about having to drag my couch up five flights of stairs due to it wouldn't fit on my elevator. Absolutely will hire again when I move out. Side note, Eric was just a cool dude.

I had used random, so-called movers before and was burned. Then I found Eric. He was ready with his team, and was communicative before, during, and after the job. Moved from out of state to WI through UPack and had Eric's Moving and Delivery subcontracted from UPack to provide 2 movers for 2 hours to help unload. Unfortunately one of the movers did not show that morning so we got a person that had "never worked as a mover before" and was out of shape and unable to lift anything but small boxes. It was clear that there was a lack of moving experience just by the way they tried to lift items. Because of the lack of strength, stamina and experience I had to assist for our 5 large items (dining room table, 3 dressers, and a china hutch). Moving across the country you get some dings and broken furniture, I get it, I have moved all over the world with the military. But it sucks to see an inexperienced, physically unable crew come in and drop boxes down stairs multiple times, drop furniture, drag mattresses outside, etc. On the upside communication with Eric as good. Both the movers that were sent where very nice, communicated well, and worked very hard.

I wouldn't give them the 1 star. They did not show up to move. Their owner would just text me and refuse to call and offer any recourse for their mishap. Take caution. Hire the local teenagers and get a Uhaul
