I would highly recommend this business! The movers worked efficiently and timely with zero damage done to the house or furniture. After they moved everything into the new place, they were offering to move existing furniture within the house which was extremely helpful. The movers were very polite and fun to talk with. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Did an amazing job and made a stressful event not as bad. They were prompt, friendly, courteous, and brought equipment to better help protect our furniture. They especially did a great job because we are moving to a smaller place and were worried about our sectional. They made it seem like a walk in the park and were done moving everything within an hour. The rates were reasonable and the owner even gave me a call later that night to ensure everything went smoothly. I am so glad I decided to go with movers this time and not put myself or my furniture at risk of damage/injury. Definitely recommend them to everyone I know now!

When I knew I was moving I did some research on the cost of hiring someone to help move the big items. The fees I found in my research were way out of my reach. My Realtor recommended that I call Coulee Region Moving services for a quote and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could afford them. Colin was prompt in scheduling a time to give me an estimate and set up the moving date when it worked for me. The movers that came were experienced, efficient and patient with packing the truck so that my items were safe during transport. The billing process was easily understandable and any questions I had were answered quickly. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the very near future.

If you are thinking of moving, think of Coulee Region Moving Services. I'd usually describe myself as CHEAP when it comes to things I can figure out how to do on my own (changing oil, auto light bulbs, etc.), but in the case of moving, I hired this service with NO REGRETS! Colin and team are kind, courteous, FUN, and respectful and my moving day could not have been better. I will use this service again and again. AND I definitely recommend renting the totes. SO NICE not to have all the cardboard.

Called several places to purchase moving boxes and they were the only ones that returned my phone call. He was so nice and I stopped by within the hour and purchased my boxes. This company showed up and entered the front door looked around and decided the customer wasn't ready which is disabled and everything was ready and started that the house smelled horribly of smoke. This company proceeded with telling the customer that they would back the truck up and be back and decided to leave all together and left this disabled girl to try and figure out how to move her things due to her not being able to physically on the day of her move and upset and stressed and unable to get her things moved in a timely manner due to this company abandoning this customer due to looking like she wasn't ready and because her home smelt like smoke. Looking at the starred employees listed in your website these employees should have had enough professionalism and knowledge along with courtesy to help this customer to the fullest capacity of the requested amount of time hired for and make moving day the least stressful as possible.

Movers were quick and on time. They actually finished ahead of time. However, they were a bit to fast and sacrificed care for our furniture. the often set things down hard and went through doors awkwardly often bumping the door frame. At one point we told them to slow down and take it easy. On one ocassion they set down a piece of oak furniture so hard the bottom chipped a piece about 1"x2". They offered to glue it but I was not comfortible that they would do a good job. The owner did check in at the end of the move and said he would check back to see how things turned out with the movers taking care of the chip, however we never heard back from him. I think the company could be great if they took their time and treated furniture with a bit more respect. I had much better care through Two Men and a Truck.

Highly recommend this company to anyone moving in the future. My roommates and I used CRMS to move us over the summer, we had a lot of furniture to move into not a lot of space. Their movers did an amazing job carefully, but quickly moving our things into our new house. Super friendly and kind employees! Even as college students it was affordable and well worth the money that saved us a lot of time and hassle. Hope to have the opportunity to hire them again. Thanks CRMS!!!

Can't speak for their moving services, but do not the use them for U-Haul! We reserved a trailer online midweek, with instructions to pick it up here on a Saturday at 1 pm. When we arrived, no one was around, and no one answered the phone. Luckily, U-Haul customer service was able to 'remote dispatch' us over the phone, so we were able to complete the rental and go. (We've rented 5 U-Hauls over the last couple months, so we are familiar with the procedures and how to hook up the trailers). However, there were 2 trailers to choose from, and both were filthy. We chose the one that didn't have a bunch of junk in the back, but was just sandy and dirty. This method of rental did end up causing us a headache upon return of the trailer out of town, which never would have happened if someone would've been there as planned.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. I contacted back in early June concerning an upcoming move, via their website. It took a couple of days, no biggy, to respond back. Owner/President said it would be a couple of weeks for him to get a quote, no biggy, and I provided him ample amount of information to assist with the quote, I am a seasoned mover as I am military and know what they need to make a quote. It is now 175ish days later and not a word form him yet. I ended up taking a week of vacation just to get myself moved.

I had a great experience working with this company. My move was fairly complex as I was living across the state and required them to jump through a bunch of hoops in order for my employer to reimburse my travel expenses. They were accommodating to my scheduling needs and arrived on time (meaning it was an early morning for them) with an excellent attitude. The personable staff also worked with incredible efficiency, as my wife and I stood around and watched, which took all of the stress out of our move. Additionally, they took great care to safely move our items and ensure they were properly protected during transit. I would, and have, recommend them to anybody looking for moving assistance.

I would highly recommend Coulee Region Moving Services.
