Very timely and professional staff from the first initial online contact through moving day itself. All furniture was moved to the truck and wrapped up and secured for the drive to the new place. All questions were answered and the team worked nonstop until the job was completed. My all day project turned into half a day so the company saved me money in the end. Called and spoke with Linda who was very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was able to make the move work with our timeline. The team was professional and courteous at all times. Classic Moving & Storage , Eau Calire WI, helped us prepare for our move to FL in Sept. 2017. The service was EXCELLENT. We met with the staff several times learning how to do our own packing. When we were not totally ready for the move date in Oct,. the y helped us on-site finish packing. The level of professionalism more than met our expectations. The same was true for Tony , the Northwest Van Lines transportation coordinator. The furniture was packed and delivered on the exact agreed upon dates with all items accounted for and without damage. We give our highest recommendations for other future users..
