We needed to relocate our office during a renovation. CH Coakley met with us and took us through their process and what to do to be ready for moving day. They provided everything we could need for the move so we could concentrate on packing and logistics of our relocation, and not on trying to find boxes, tape and labels. One week prior to the move CH Coakley came in a did a PowerPoint presentation for our staff on the move and what to expect the day of the move. The day of the move they showed up on time and got us moved to our temporary office without any interruption to our business, and when the time came to move back after the renovations that was seamless too! The Coakley team was helpful, courteous, careful, organized and came in under their quoted budget!!

Working with C.H. Coakley was an amazing experience. We had a 2 floor 50,000 sq. ft. office removal that was time sensitive, C.H.Coakley knocked it out of the park! Their staff was courteous, aware of the buildings needs and restrictions, they expedited the 2 day, after hours move / disposal without any disruptions. I was put in charge of my first company move earlier this year, and was quite overwhelmed with what was in front of me. I put it out to bid and got four bids, meeting with each one. I ended up with CH Coakley, not to be confused with the other Coakley's in town, for a few reasons. They showed up as a team including the owner, to walk the space and discuss with me which made me feel like our job big or small was just as important as another. They had the best price for services, and made me feel less worried after the meeting. Their entire crew was super detailed, courteous, careful with our belongings, and very attentive through the entire process. They guided and were straight with what we needed to do on our end to have a successful move, which lead to us being very prepared and being done three hours earlier than priced...they actually gave us the credit for this time! Then, they were super helpful helping get the old place in shape for the new owners. I can't say enough, other than make sure you're calling the right Coakley - CH Coakley on MLK Drive!

Our property has many rules and regulations that need to be followed by the vendors that come into our building. We had several floors of furniture that we needed to be removed and CH Coakley did an excellent job of not only removing the furniture in a timely manner, but staying within the guidelines that we have set in the building.
