Outstanding company! Thoughtful and trustworthy people. Busy B's Moving did such an expert job with our moving project! The 3 men were highly professional. We had a challenging issue with getting the truck close enough to one of our buildings, and they came early with the truck and carefully maneuvered over lawn with no damage to the grass to make it work. Efficient & organized, making certain to pack things carefully and stack boxes so that the labels were visible. They met our expectations and more. What a relief to have such a smooth job with our move. The office staff was enormously helpful and adapted to our changing needs. Thank you to everyone at Busy B's for taking the stress off of a big job.

Blaze and the others were very professional and personable, but very disappointed with how they dealt with the boxes. I have used movers multiple times and this is the first time I've ever had breakage. What is the point of bubble wrapping fragile items and indicating on the boxes that they are fragile when the boxes are just piled on top of one another and smash them down due to the weight?

Worth every penny. 1) Punctual. 2) Same day booking is available. 3) Respectful of our belongings in terms of placement, movement, care and not breaking or scratching anything. 4) Worked around 1 dog & 1 cat until we could put them away. 5) Navigated the parking garage storage and the actual unit with ease. 6) Dealt with ongoing city construction that makes driving to our place a serious headache. Cel dealt with it all with a sincere smile & genuine tone. 7) Worked on a football game Saturday (Michigan @ UW). Maneuvered through traffic with ease. 8) Locally owned & operated. These guys are the right kind of start-up. They even provide quotes via Yelp. 9) Worked the stairs in the unit with ease. And, with no complaints. 10) I'm not a paid advertisement and I'm not easily impressed. These guys earned this 5 star review simply by being professional, men of character (nothing is broken, missing and was cheerful even when the rain started) so I made it my business to provide my 1st Google review. EVER!! I adore great service & they delivered.

These guys are awesome and I cant believe theres not more reviews! They showed up on time, were super polite and professional, and clearly have a lot of experience. They treated my things as if their own, and were surprisingly fast. After quotes from other companies, these prices are extremely fair. Blaze made sure to keep me within my quote and budget, and even finished up for less! I would hire Busy B's Moving again in a heartbeat, and will recommend them to everyone I know. However, I came across this company and ended up getting them to help me move and I couldn’t have been any more satisfied. Awesome company! Everyone was very helpful and polite! I had a 2 day move and had to keep my stuff in one of their trucks over night. They moved me fast and were very careful with all of my things. I would absolutely recommend Busy B's for any of your moving needs.

They were 2 hours late, broke a dresser, and charged me for the travel time associated with their tardiness, so I payed twice as much as I was supposed to. One of the movers offered me a $10 Chick-fil-a gift card in an attempt to make me feel better about getting badly overcharged. Over the phone, they told me I’d get a full refund to my credit card, which I never received (I’ve given them almost 2 months). Take the other reviews with a grain of salt. They are likely from friends and family of the movers themselves. I’ve lived in Madison for 5 years, and have used the services of larger moving companies without any problems. Plan ahead and use one of them instead.

Did a cross country move for me in June - picked up on Monday and delivered the next day (1000+ miles away). Every other national moving company told me the best they could do was a 2-4 week delivery time. Cost was at least 50% less than all the other quotes I received (no random fees either), and everyone was extraordinarily professional, hardworking, and extremely quick. Everything was in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to hire them again, fantastic company.

I had an excellent experience with Busy B's Moving. They were respectful, hardworking, and professional. After my grandpa passed away we had to have his house emptied and moved to a storage unit. Busy B's Moving really stepped up to the plate and helped ease that stressful time for my family and I. They took their time and listened to us. They also helped wrap and take apart some of the bigger items. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.
