This was the third time that I used Antoin (owner) to help me move. As always, the price is fair, and the service is exceptional. Aintoin will work with you to schedule an appointment to come to your place to define the scope of the job, and give you a cost estimate, and agree on the moving date. On the moving date, Aintoin and his crew will come to your place and wrap all your furniture so it doesn't get damaged during the move. They are very friendly, clean and professional. All my three moves went super smooth andI would strongly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Antoin!

They were set to deliver my mattress between the hours of 8-12 and told me that it would be closer to 9 oclock because I was second on the list. They did not come before 12pm and did not pick up their phone or return my phone message I left them. I would get service somewhere else who could at least give a courtesy call saying they will be late, I had intended to just go into work late but now it appears I need to take the entire day off.

They were so nice and super fast. We finished an hour early. They had blankets and things to wrap some our furniture (no extra charge) and where very sweet professional.

I had a reservation with uhaul to finish moving my apartment, when I went to pick up the truck they had double booked me and wouldn’t have a truck for me til the next day. I had to be out of my apartment that same day though. I ended up finding big arm moving and delivery and decided to call hoping maybe they could help. When I called I was shocked that they just asked my address and said they’d send someone right over. They arrived in 1 1/2 hours. It was so fast. My stuff was packed and on its way to my new place in less than an hour. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Antoine and Chad were so professional. I ended up not having to do it myself and paid less than I would have if I used Uhaul. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I needed to move a 600lbs safe about two miles. The first company wanted $1000 and said it would take 5 hours. Big Arm took care of it in about an hour for $250. The crew was awesome.

Once the team arrived it went quickly although the movers made some unwanted comments of how "pretty girls make them stronger" which made me uncomfortable. My main issue is that they were 2 hours late and I had to call management to find out where they were. This means I had to call in to work and got hardly any unpacking done that day. The only attempt they made to remedy this was a half hearted apology. This poor customer service and untimeliness made my move significantly more stressful than other moves I've had in the past where I didn't hire professional movers. Yes their rate on average is about $20 cheaper an hour than other Madison area movers but in hindsight I would either do the move myself with the help of friends or pay the extra $20/hour to not be hit on by the movers and for them to show up on time.

These guys were AMAZING! Not only were they super professional and knowledgeable, they were actually FUN! My move wasn’t stressful nor did it feel like work. They were quick and they were so friendly! I would recommend this company over and over again. We are more than pleased with Big Arm Moving and Delivery. Korey, Antoine and the crew went above and beyond to help us with our move. We had to cancel our move at the very last minute and reschedule and Korey did everything he could to help our move happen on the new date. The movers were friendly and I never heard them complain even once although they had to go up and down the stairs too many times to count. I will recommend them to anyone that needs movers.
