Awesome company and people. We had so much stuff, more than my online guess. The two who did the packing hustled all day and took great care of our stuff. The next morning, two others came to do the move. Again, very professional and O.M.G. were they hard-working! It was non-stop, hustle, hustle, hustle. Great care of our stuff, patient with us as we decided where to put stuff, and they seriously worked harder than I've ever seen people. We were shaking our heads thinking "man, good to be young!"

Very professional and helpful. A couple of issues came up on the move, mover was injured and there was some minor damage to a table. They went out of their way to be fair and honest. They gave us a huge discount for the time lost from the employee injury and fully reimbursed us for the damage to the table without any hassle. I would use them any time I moved. Mistakes happen and they owned up to it. Honest company, worked hard, and made our move much much easier.

I used them to move about 10 miles from my one bedroom apartment to a two story house. They arrived early in their range of moving time, were very professional and nice, and very quick. Didn't break a single of the moved items. I will say that when moving my bed to the second floor, they chipped off a piece of my ceiling, but they contacted me within two days about it, and fixed it for me free of charge. They even offered to come back if the ceiling paint they used did not match.

Great experience! Very efficient! Mark dug in and stacked well packed walls of boxes while Cal wrapped all our furniture pieces. They packed a 20 ft U-haul in two and a half hours and we had no damage after driving load 500+ miles! Highly recommend!

We were more prepared for the move than we had anticipated and we asked them to move a lot more than we had originally quoted, but this was no problem for them. Three movers worked nonstop to get us from an overfilled 2-bedroom apartment to a single-family home in around 6 hours. The movers were easy to work with, careful to preserve furniture, and only once made a decision that seemed more in favor of working quickly than working well. (They chose to carry a recliner as a single piece rather than separating its back and moving it as 2 separate pieces.) When we priced the move with local companies, Badger Brothers came in significantly below the competition and the quality and speed of their work is better than we experienced in earlier moves with a company charging far more. I recommend considering asking them to have 3 movers come out rather than their default 2. It's a cliché to say that I would give them six stars if I could, but that's the case here.

I moved using Badger Brothers during the 2019 polar vortex (wind chill of -50). Their trucks wouldn’t start because of the cold but they were willing to go to any length to get me moved! I could not have been more pleased by their professionalism and ability to follow through despite the forces of Mother Nature! I can not begin to explain how fantastic these guys are, they moved my three bedroom duplex to an upstairs 3 bedroom condo in the rain! The service was phenomenal they did everything including disassemble and assemble furniture all in 4 hours. They did not take one break in that fours hours. We just completed a 2 bedroom condo to a 2 bedroom plus office house move this weekend. We had many boxes, bags and a good bit of furniture including a large king platform bed frame that was very heavy. Andrew and Shawn arrived on time, called ahead to make sure we knew they were coming. They were polite, careful, and asked first, when in doubt about something. They wrapped every piece of furniture. We had no breakage or damage. They were very helpful unloading with placing furniture and making sure that we were happy with the placement. I would recommend them definitely. My only suggestion is that you are very clear on the amount and type of items you have. Thanks

I made a move from Columbus, Ohio to Madison, WI and only needed unloading help. I chose Badger brothers based purely on their positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. My arrival time kept getting later and later, but the Badger Brothers were waiting for us when we got there and were incredibly flexible with our changing time. They stayed in contact and were great to work with. The movers that helped us were fantastic. It did take a little longer than I expected it to take, but it was still reasonable for the circumstances and I would hire them again.

Matt and Cam were amazing - they showed up on time, introduced themselves and shook my hand, were really friendly, and worked SO hard loading and un-loading. I used Badger Brothers Moving for my move in 2014, and my husband and I used them for a move this past Friday. We continue to be extremely impressed with the work ethic of Badger Brothers and their employees! We received a confirmation call the day before the move to confirm all of the details (i.e., start time, starting address, ending address, quote, etc.). The two movers, Andrew and Zane, arrived on time with positive attitudes. They were careful with our belongings, but moved quickly. They would walk quickly or lightly jog back to the apartment after putting items in the truck so that they wouldn't waste any time (Badger Brothers bills a flat rate per hour (that is prorated to the minute the move is done) that includes everything -- the truck, gas, mileage, labor, furniture pads, etc.). Andrew and Zane were professional, friendly, and considerate of our time. All of our belongings arrived in the condition in which they were packed. Nothing was broken or damaged in the slightest. In the hassle of moving, it was nice to know that part of the process was going to go smoothly -- and that was our time with Badger Brothers. I highly recommend this business.

After getting 5 quotes from 5 different companies, I landed on BBros! Picking moving companies can be like playing the lottary. There was a vast difference in quotes I received and BBros was higher than the lowest quote. Also they matched the hourly rate when I wrote in and asked showing the other quote. None could have predicted that they day of my move would be the worst day of the year - as two power substations blew up in the area of my move, cutting power which was critical to my move. Not to mention it was the day we had record heatwave. None wants to do stairmaster with a sofa on their back! Guys were champs , despite the move starting later than expected to this power outage disaster and finishing almost at midnight. They never once stopped or complained. None of my items were damaged (always a plus), and they worked as swiftly as they could. What I can say is, consistency and reliability matters: the company turned out to hold their promises and estimates for moving. That is not what you get from everyone. So go ahead... Move on! Move forward!

The truck was superbly packed, and both fragile items and large furniture pieces were given the care they needed. Make sure you set aside anything you don't want in the truck, because once they get started you'll be amazed how quickly things are flying out of your home. I wish I had used them on the moving in end as well- they blew my other movers out of the water.

My entire experience with Badger Brothers was great. Lukas and Hayden were polite, friendly, fast, and careful while moving my furniture. They even took apart my treadmill in the basement and put it back together on the second floor of my new place--that alone was worth hiring them! They did leave a few scuff marks on the walls of my brand new house, but Adrian personally came out and took care of them all himself--great customer service! Hopefully I won't be moving again for a while, but I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for good, affordable movers!

Everything you expect from a moving company. Great communication from the office, as i was scheduled to be moved during this years "Polar Vortex" and due to the extreme cold had to be rescheduled. Eric and Sarah both made sure i was kept in the loop every step of the way, and got me rescheduled as soon as it was safe for the guys to work. The 2 movers, Ben and Ryan, were awesome. They got everything done in a prompt and efficient manner, wasted no time, and took excellent care of my furniture. Even with the all that snow on the ground, nothing was even slightly scuffed. I called Badger Brothers Moving to assist me in moving furniture and household items from Fox Lake Wisconsin to the homes of my sons. The crew loaded the truck based on the stops they needed to make. The first one was in West Bend and the second was in Oak Creek. Every item was handled with care. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and secured firmly in the truck. The two young men Badger Bros. Moving Co. sent me today were great!!! Aaron and Miles worked their A$$ës off today, called 15 minutes prior to our appointment, were very punctual, and showed up right on time! We moved a rather stuffed efficiency into a 1 bedroom, going from and to a second floor unit. Only took 3.33 hours (with travel included) and was just shy of $500. Not cheap, but exactly what i expected, no surprise fees, or b.s. charges that get tacked on last minute. Lastly, they also offered great customer service. I hadn't slept the night before just from nerves about financing the move, and the actual move itself. But both Aaron and Miles were very kind, friendly, professional, and made the whole thing a little easier. We even got to chatting here n there n i almost felt like i was 'hangin with the boys', like the good old days.. I was incredibly impressed.

My wife and I hired Badger Brothers to move our two bedroom apartment across town. Booking was easy and convenient with Sarah, who was very pleasant and helpful throughout. We booked our move a month out and they had availability on our date, but I would suggest booking sooner if you don't have flexibility on a morning vs afternoon time slot. We opted to have Badger Brothers pack just the kitchen, and Jayce and Ramiro did a great job. They arrived on time, were very polite and efficient, and everything survived the actual move. Packing was billed at the same hourly rate as the move, and our well-stocked apartment kitchen took about 2.5 hours. On the day of the move, the team's first job took longer than anticipated, but when they realized they would be running late they called to give me an update and were right on time with the updated ETA. Myles and Varick were fantastic, they hustled and we got everything out, moved across town, and into the new apartment in just about 3 hours. (My wife and I did happily help carry things up and down the stairs, so estimate about 1-2 hours longer if you let their team do all the work. The company's original estimate of 4-6 hours was pretty accurate.) They were friendly and had great attitudes throughout, and were able to move a dresser that we weren't quite sure was going to fit down the stairs. We were really impressed by how hard they worked. Moving is stressful and Badger Brothers made it easy, we'd definitely recommend them to anyone moving in the Madison area.

One of our desks was damaged with moving (definitely our fault for not putting together crappy ikea furniture well in the first place) and they handled it so well. They even offered to put a few more screws in it for us to repair the seam that came apart. They were polite, professional and friendly. They were very close to their estimate too!

The first time BBM helped me move, I had a really good experience. The second move was very different. After contacting BBM and discussing all of the issues I experienced with the owner, I was initially issued a moderate refund. The owner reached out to me a second time to ensure that my partner and I were both satisfied with our move and resolution of our concerns. We were not satisfied. After several discussions, we came to a mutual agreement on settling our concerns. The owner apologized profusely. He was desperate to make the situation right and appease his customers. I am so impressed that he cares so much about his customers and the image of his business. Eric really attacked the problem head on and made it his goal to fix it. And he definitely did fix it.

We had a great experience with Badger Brothers Moving! When we last moved, I had a horrible experience with one of Badger Brothers' competitors, so I approached this move with skepticism. The other mover had given me a quote that our move would take about 8 hours. With the other mover, the pace of moving slowed down considerably during the last two hours, and my brother caught the two guys sitting in the truck doing nothing after we hadn't seen them for a half hour. Lo and behold, the move magically took just as long as they had said it would, even though they'd hardly worked the last two hours. Contrast that with Badger - they gave us a quote of about 8 hours, too, based on my description of our stuff. The rate was lower, so I was pleased - but not nearly as pleased as I was when they took less time! Our movers (Andrew & Nick) were literally jogging down our apartment hallway on trips back from the truck. They weren't doing it for show, either - while I was loading my car, my husband (whom they hadn't met) came home unexpectedly and saw them working really hard. They wrapped all of our furniture quickly and fully, and expertly disassembled and re-assembled our beds (the prior movers lost hardware and didn't know how to put things together). It was a pleasure, both personally and professionally, to work with these guys. Heartily recommend!

Been trying to get a hold Of the manager for a month now. I’m assuming that the manager sees that I’ve called but is too lazy to take care of business that doesn’t make them money. Every time I call the lady on the phone says “he’s not here right now can I get a name and a message” every single time says the same sentence word for word.
