Tailgated me at about 10ft distance at 60 mph on hwy 14, then passed me on the right, all the way in the ditch while screaming obscenities at myself and my wife as I slowed down and tried to pull off to the side of the road to allow this maniac to pass me since he was in such an apparent hurry. He tried to rub the side of my vehicle with his oversized truck in an attempt to intimidate me. He then refuse to stop and discuss this event with me further.

Bobby and Tyler (aka "Taylor") did a great job! They were very high energy, very careful, and overall did a great job! I will be rehiring them to move my mom very soon. We just used A1 to move our furniture within town and they did a great job. They were quick, careful with moving large items, and affordable. Our team of Bobby and Taylor did a great job and I would highly recommend them and A1.

Had A1 move me from house to a storage unit as I could not move in to apartment for a month. Everything seem great. When moving the items from the storage unit to the apartment, did not use A1 for the second move There few a few item missing. The missing items included glass shelves and a sound bar. I called A1 and he blew me off. When I post a 1 star review he called me and kept insisting his employees were not thieves. I had not thought that as these items were not worth much. I assumed they were broke and they would deal with if I called in a month. I would not recommend using this mover.

Our daughter and son-in-law used A1 to move furniture from our home to their home. We had some extremely heavy items but the 2 guys that came moved everything without any trouble. They were very friendly and very careful as they worked. The driver did an amazing job manuvering the truck and very long trailer into our driveway and especially at our daughter’s home. There were cars parked in his way and he was a pro. They were very reasonable as well. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was they were 3 1/2 hours late. But they were very apologetic and did such a nice job that we were able to work around it. We would definitely recommend A1.

Jason and Paul moved me today. They were able to be at my place much earlier than originally promised, and spent less than an hour moving my stuff. Friendly nice guys. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating hiring a mover!

The most disgusting movers there is..They said 3 times all our items would fit in their trailer for sure and then half way through loading they told us we had to rent a U Haul which was addittional $631.00 besides the $2,700 they charged. Cost us over $3,31.00 to move about 150 miles. Many items were broken..they threw a lot of out yard items off truck in a pile...found bins that I clearly marked "FOOD..KITCHEN" buried in garage. Very disrespectful and took advantsge of senior citizens. I will be reporting them to BBB. We are still trying to get sturr out of garage to unpack. I have items in bins that we have moved 16 times and never get broke and they broke them. I had bruises on my arm from a dresser with light bulbs in a drawer that didn't pull out all the way and had to put my arm through small opening to get light bulbs out so I wouldn't have broken glass. They tipped end tables upside down and everything fell out and I had to pick up from their trailer floor while they were almost knocking me over. I have paid other movers to move us 900 miles and only damage was dented lamp shade. VERY inexperienced and not caring about anyones belongings. Just all about the money. They drove U Haul we paid for and left enough gas to only go 26 miles..It was lucky we made it to get gas which cost 91.76..The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to post this review

Jason and his team did an awesome job! The estimate was honest and straight forward, with ideas to save and pack. Very patient with me in a stressful time.They hustled and kept moving, all things arrived as I packed them. As my stress level peaked at times they were great and very respectful. Highly Recommend!!!

It was not a good experience at all. The team was late. We were given a written arrival time and they were an hour late. They underestimated how much we had to move and it was a scramble to get enough truck space for all our stuff. They tried to park the truck where it's not allowed and the sheriff was called two times to address the trucks on the side of the road. The trucks were not secured with locks overnight until we told the foreman to get locks. We had damaged goods that they refused to address because according to the guy in charge, "once you pay the bill we aren't responsible for any damaged goods." We hadn't even unpacked a box yet. We ended up with four pieces of our property that were damaged. Jason, the guy in charge, wouldn't listen to us when we tried to explain things to him. His attitude was "I've been doing this for 12 year and I know what I'm doing." If only that were true. His crew was fine, but he was very unprofessional.

These guys literally ran moving our stuff for 8 hours in 85 deg heat. They were polite, efficient and super careful. We had no scuffs, bumps or broken items. I would definitely use them again if I were to move. We could not have thanked them enough for their hard work.

I cant thank Jason & A1 movers enough! Professional, dependable, honest, & thorough. I was quite skeptocal hiring movers being a woman & single mom, but Jason ensured me it was okay. Not to mention he went above & beyond to be sure my family's belongings were moved on time. Highly recommend them!

They are nothing but trouble...why take the risk when there are reputable companies! We contracted with A1 Movers in June of '18 for them to pick up our belongings, store them at their facility for two weeks and deliver them to our new home. In addition to the cost of the move, we paid an additional $75 for $5,000 of insurance to cover any damage that may result at the hands of A1 Movers. We were initially quoted one price and then after the belongings were picked up they informed us the initial quote was only for the initial move...after refusing to pay additional, we agreed upon the a price near the original quote. I wish I could say that the problems ended there. Upon delivering our belongings, we noticed damage to both of our leather couches. We contacted Jason at A1 and informed him of the damage and he initially stated he would stand behind his company and cover the costs of the damage. Over the course of two months, we emailed back and forth with each response from A1 proving that they were less and less willing to stand behind their contract and insurance policy. Needless to say, they eventually stopped responding and refused to pay the repair costs and also refused to provide any information regarding the insurance carrier they used in selling me the supplemental policy; this prevented me from making a claim myself. The response I received from A1 was that the damage would work itself out over time based on their having never seen the damage; instead they talked to an upholstery shop who provided this guidance without inspecting the damage. I provided a quote for repair of $200 for both pieces of furniture - still, the opted to be unethical and stop communication. I am happy to share the full email transcript of my communication back and forth with Jason as proof of their business practices. I filed a complaint with the BBB and A1 Movers opted to ignore it and not respond or defend their actions. As I stated before, do yourself a favor and hire someone else! If they refuse to stand behind a simple $200 damage claim after I purchased insurance, they definitely won't stand behind a more expensive damage claim to your property of belongings.

I was shocked to see 1-star reviews on this page, and all I can say is that whatever went on in the past, we could not have been happier. A1 was simply AMAZING for us. Jason gave us a fair quote up front for an hourly rate. Zach and Mike (our crew) put in an 11-hour day and were still smiling at the end of it -- they literally RAN while moving our items, and yet treated everything safely and with care. I will hire them again (send Zach and Mike!) and will recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU for your hard work and humor during a long and trying day.

First, this is a bate and switch operation. They give you a price to move and then charge you double. They work fast but too fast. They are not concerned with fragile items and just throw things into storage. Beware is all I can say...

That is the lowest star which they DON'T deserve. Asked about moving a piece of furniture and they said they would. They asked for a picture of the furniture and then they ghosted me. I contacted MULTIPLE times and got nothing. They should have said NO if they didnt want to do it. So stay away from them.

So, I was manipulated into leaving a 5 star review in order to receive a partial refund for services terribly rendered. The small commercial job I hired A1 for turned out to be a terrible headache for the following reasons: -The two guys bothered me early in the morning to try to move my appointment up calling repeatedly. - When we began, one (Bobby) complained about his job and boss very unprofessionally. - They had no tools, had to ask my building neighbors and also ruined a hammer of mine. - They destroyed a piece of furniture I'd asked them to take apart so it could go into storage. - The price quoted did NOT match the price I was charged. - They left the material to be moved OUTSIDE leaning against the neighbors building. - When I called them to come back and finish the job (after hearing from irritated tenants and landlords) they took no accountability and returned too late to finish the job. - After having to hire someone else to finish the job, I contacted the owner, Jason, to express my grievances to the owner. He became very defensive, mean, and unprofessional. I was given a partial refund to leave a 5 star review but this is the truth. What was meant to avoid a headache turned into a much bigger one. Don't hire this company, I can't believe they're still in business.
