AC Transfer gave us a fair and honest estimate and the move cost was well under the bid for our estate. We selected them because of positive feedback from family that had moved with them. If you want a legitimate, experienced moving company that can handle a large estate move you're treated like a family member.

we recently hired this moving company to just turn a piano from its side to standing up . Not even a 30 minute job. When we called and spoke to them they said it would cost 160.00 for the a hour. Which we were willing to pay. But them we were billed 480.00. I called and they stated they had a 3 hour min which when we called for a price this was never stated at all... They said sorry and will only credit 240.00 back in fact they do not credit your credit card they mail checks we will see if I even receive the check. What happened is you call get a price they bill you something different then refuse to give you all your money back. This is very shady and wrong.... They state they write everything down so did I they said 160.00. I would of never hired them to literally turn a piano up right not move to another room or location but in the same room in the same spot not even 30 minute job and you get billed on your credit card for something else. Terrible way to do business. I have lived in this area for 30 plus years I will never recommend them and advise anyone hiring them have them write the price on paper and sign this way they can not bill you a wrong amount later and say to bad... Movers arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes late. My Mom was sure they were not coming. After three phone calls to the office and told they should be there in a few minutes. This was unacceptable. The price quoted was high, However Tom told us he would rather quote high and give a credit in the end to make the customer happy. That did not happen. The moving guys were excellent. Respectiful and hard working. They deserve an A+

Tom and his crew were amazing. They handled our items with white glove service. I would highly recommend. There was a gentleman named Neri (sp?) who was so helpful and professional. They packed our items with care and made the whole process less stressful for us. Definitely give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
